~Sauron~:

Benitez is the one going senile.
He has now turned Liverpool into TROPHYLESS lots.
Liverpool are now out in 3 of the 4 club competitions in England and might suffer a heartbreak tomorrow in the hands of Arsene Wenger.
Gloomy days ahead. grin grin

So how does the possibility of going 'trophyless' make a manager senile? Eh? So we can assume by your premises that 19 managers in the EPL are going senile. tongue

I'll go further; you haven't won a trophy this season so that makes you . . .

@ bgees

I'm sure. Gerrard aggravated his injury in rehab and will face a battle to be fit for Hull on Saturday ruling him out this Tuesday. But we don't really need him in my opinion. We need Riera and Kuyt to play to their ability as Mascherano and Alonso should dictate the midfield on their day.

You DON'T NEED the win!! I'm sure Arsene knows but its not like we need you guys to have a bad day (Liverpool fans have no probs with Arsenal). However we should be able to beat you guys even with your entire team present especially at Anfield with the goal scoring form we are in currently. Scored 4,4,1,1,5,4,4,2 (total 25) in the last 8 games against defences like Utd, Madrid, Villa, etc. if your defence isn't sorted out asap, we might nick it 2-0 or 2-1.

Good luck against the Scum though, after all a foe to a foe is a friend! smiley
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Liverpool (4) Vs Arsenal (4) On Tuesday 21st April by tocdee(m): 2:44pm On Apr 20, 2009
Naah! Gerrard and Alonso are very principled family men! smiley

And Ade + RVP are definitely out! (Check skysports.com)

Enter Eduardo and Bendtner. My point is: if we don't beat you, then Utd will afford to rest players ahead of your CL clash with them. If we win, the pressure remains on them. Your only chance against those scummies would be to have fresher players than the lot next week, trust me.

grin grin
I saw that photo last year and almost changed clubs. However I verified that it was fake from RAWK! Phew!

Anyway, Gerrard's injured but so are Adebayor and RVP (reported by Sky) and the trio won't be available for the match. I hope Torres runs 2 circles round Silvestre's massive skull before lobbing the ball over the advancing Fabianski and into a net still shaking from a previous goal wink

Seriously, make una leave us win naa. Una no need am, shee?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Liverpool (4) Vs Arsenal (4) On Tuesday 21st April by tocdee(m): 11:53am On Apr 20, 2009
I hope Liverpool lob balls all day to Torres, Kuyt and Riera! Arsenal can't handle those tactics. Also when theytry to play that way, this always happens:

Its funny Fergie called Everton a big team BUT sent out his C-Squad to play. Hypocrite. At least thats what he gets for talking about Rafa and not focusing on the task at hand.

Do you think it's possible Riley hates Fellaini for having lovely hair when he (the Ref) doesn't have any? I feel for the striker.

you obviously didn't see the table. did you?

When teams like Nottingham Forest, Marseille, Ajax and Red Star are ahead of Chelsea on the Euro trophy table, what do expect? grin grin Don't turn this into a dig at Chelsea because they are definitely better than those teams BUT calling them 'The Pride of Europe' is definitely laughable IMO.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: FA Cup Semi-final: Arsenal(1) Vs Chelsea(2) On Saturday 18th April by tocdee(m): 8:26pm On Apr 18, 2009
The Arses have Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday. Surely they'll need to work on that defence before then as Liverpool seems to score 4/5 goals per game these days.

Isn't it funny how Fergie seems to love managers who provide no real threat to his league position? As for the Everton remark, what exactly was his business there? Is he campaigning for an election to something? I clearly recall a remark by the great Bill Shankly himself saying that if Everton were playing a match at his back-yard, he'd simply draw his curtains!! smiley The Liverpool/Everton rivalry was on when Fergie was in nappies.

Go get a life jo! otondo! ever heard of the word mindgame? thats wat Big Sam played, but Rafa acted bitchy. their was no sense of maturity in Rafa's action. you guys should get real jo!!!!!!!!!!!!! lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

Er. . . What was that? Since when did Sam start mind games with Rafa, and what could he hope to achieve? Rafa hasn't even reacted to his recent statements. so what bitchy action did Rafa put up exactly?

That photo just made my day!!

Fergie's like a scared child hiding behind Bitter Sam tongue And I laughed so hard when I saw his face during the interview defending Everton! He looked soooo sad! Clown.

It all means that Liverpool is doing something right finally. Wenger was Fergie's rant target back in Arsenal's glory days, Fergie openly hated Mourinho during the blue years and now surely, the Liverpool are giving the old man cause to worry. I just hope Rafa doesn't bother reacting to these kids.

While I'm obviously disappointed, I've never been so proud to be a Liverpool fan. As usual the fans sang throughout the match while Chelsea fans booed whenever they were behind and cheered whenever they scored!

Heart of a Red!

Yeah, I knoooooow I have been told not to make fun of the retarded but in this case I just can't help myself - (In fact, I will not even attempt to!) See, I knew all along that this laughably son of BITCH - Liverpool FC would be dismissed sooner rather than later, hence the confidence boost Real Madrid gave them can only last so long. Still curious to know as to why this pathetic son of a BITCH have been the laughing stock of European football for decades? Since this month as a whole have been a delight, I will literally advocate for a smiles - grin

Oooooooh I forgot,  do we have any Spanish speaking Nigerian in Nairaland -  ( how do you guys say fat penguin in Spanish? Habla Español anyone? Ha ha ha!

By the way, I salute all the Chelsea fans - knowing perfectly well that the majorities of all you lot are indeed (glory - hunter.)

Please if you're a foreigner reading this comment, I promise you, Nigerians aren't all this silly. I'm sure you have similar half-wits(albeit very few) in your country too.

As for the match, I think both teams gave us a treat. Kudos to the Reds for coming to this occasion wink
