I spent the night in the hospital after the surgery with the drains still attached, the surgery is to correct some pain and mistakes I made during my journey into womanhood. To be very honest, its hard for people to use common sense again. Maybe as a result of hike in the Price of food sha. Nigeria has more than 100 other problems to deal with, I mean problems that are more important than to worry about NYSC. Even the soldiers cannot curb boko haram, insufficient weapons. We still borrow from IMF to pay huge salaries to politicians who in turn send their kids abroad. Now that you've heard that the masses should be sent to their death, you start the clamor for important one year of military training. Food is so expensive, we can't deploy corpers to farms, we can't use them for safer jobs, it must sha be suicide.... And yet some senseless element supported the slowpoke, claiming he has spoken well. You still refuse to believe that boko haram is actually a ploy by the politician to tackle the ruling party, so you want innocent youths to lose their lives for such ridiculous cause..... As much as I've resisted the urge to comment, I have to say this. The gifts mentioned in the book of Corinthians can only be activated when the apostles lay hand on the Christian. That is why Simeon the sorcerer had to attempt to bribe the apostles to lay hand on him so he can speak in tongues. This brings me to 3 question, and they are; 1) Which apostle laid hand on the so called people speaking in tongues? 2) The gifts varies, and so why is it that no one has claimed to have the gifts of interpreting tongues? 3) Even in the model prayer (Our father who art in heaven) was there a point that Jesus spoke in tongues? I have not really completed the story, I just want you to have something to look forward to' I will post the full story on Okadabooks when I am done with it. PROLOGUE In a setting that looked like that of the primitive era, there was no living thing that could be seen, as if those that lived there had gone into extinction. The background showed that the year was probably the year in which Jesus Christ was killed confirming our prediction about the time being one of the olden days. The background slowly revealed that the place wasn’t void or empty as we thought, but that it has been affected by a recent outbreak of the powerful war. A man, who looked like he was close to dying looked at another man who stood gallant, heaving a breathe that showed that he was tired and spent even though the man he was fighting is close to death. “Sango, he he he he, I told you I ate Eshu’s fruit of destruction already, you can’t defeat me because am now more powerful than you ” The man called Shango who was laying his back on a tree, with a double edged axe lying close to his back looked up in distress and said “I never knew Oya could plan with my enemy just to be my end….” “Shut up, leave that woman out of this, you only played that woman and you deserve everything she has done to you, staunch womanizer” The other man replied passionately and angrily showing the fondness he had for Oya as she was called. “Gbonka, I know I can’t defeat you because of all you have done, but there’s a way to do it” Shango held axe and pointed it to the man he called Gbonka, chanting some weird incantation as he exhausted nearly all of his power “I condemn you to two thousand and fifty years of slumber….. |

Even though I'm a born again Christian from the south, I think I will always agree with Muric for the ways he stands for justice and democratic tenets. That protest was unjustified and we need to apologize to the president for our insubordination especially we Christians that participated in the shameful and meaningless protest
