Christianity Etc › Re: How Bishop Adjeman Successfully Hijacked Winners Chapel Ghana From Oyedepo by Toks2008(m): 9:27am On Apr 22, 2018 |
HigherEd: Putting this story out there is in no attempt to embarrass anyone or any church. As i always walk a very careful lane when reporting issues regarding the church. I have barely laid the facts as I remembered them.
The bible tells the story of how Lucifer rebelled in God's own perfect territory and was cast out with his entire team. So if rebellion and secession can happen in Heaven then it surely can happen in church. Therefore let no atheists nor unbeliever jump on this as reason to villify or misrepresent the church.
The church is Christ bride but it is not perfect, but it is still Christ bride nonetheless. Issue like this are common in Christianity, even from the early days. It then takes wisdom and maturity to handle this challenges as they come.
I do not agree with Adjeman but I kind of understand him. I know in his heart he regards the church leadership and even respects Oyedepo. But somewhere there he feels he is being cheated and that would be where he might have erred. The prosperity character of a church like winners chapel flows from the top and trickles down. Whether the church is in somalia or ogbomoso it would prosper. I'm sure the Ghanian church was even astounded that they could contribute a whole $60,000 a month(back in 2004). Adjeman should have just learnt the principle and left. Men like Enenche, Adeyemi, Poju and Ibeyiomie started under Oyedepo and today have equally financially strong ministries irrespective of poor economy. True |

TheUpsetGirl1: No Nigerian man can make a lady squirt.. I'm a Nigerian and the last time I checked...its a norm for me. I am not a lazy Nigerian guy. The truth is that most ladies can squirt if they try to be comfy about it without minding the sheets and the man must make them comfortable with it.

Cum is an understatement...A real man should make his wife squirt.
But for a lady who has enlarged her kini with giant dildos and cucumber should blame herself and not the innocent man. |

RuthDaniels: Lol,you may be right...
But then, I think there should be a focus on some parts of your post because they require some deep thinking.
A man will marry a lady who shows him she is worth being a wife, what if the lady was only acting to get the ring? Why should a man settle for who finds him worthy to be a husband and not who he finds worthy?
@Emboldened, this is where you all get it wrong.. Not marrying who you really want. There is a difference between marrying the one you want and marrying the one you have. The former lasts longer because it is based on your choice which implies greater commitment. Aside love, if commitment is absent in any union or partnership it is bound to fail. I think it is easier living with whom you choose than who have to be with.
Lol @every man, marriage is about two people mister toks and not one. Leave rethorics biko n face reality...a lasting marriage is not as a result of a man marrying who he wants. My point is very clear and only mature single guys can relate to it. |

RuthDaniels: Your last paragraph says it all. Ladies who intend to do what you advised should be wise enough not to be too direct and handle things maturely.
But Mr Toks are you implying that men at this stage are confused lots who don't know what they want? Secondly what happens to the lady if this man meets another lady whom he really wish to be with even though he is married?
I don't believe any sane man will not know who he wants to be with, believe me every man knows what he wants... the time it will come is what is unknown. When the desired isn't available, the available becomes the desired. But what happens if the initial desire shows up? Dang! In most cases,When a single mature guy wants a wife...he knows what he wants but most especially he knows he wants a wife and any lady who can show him at that stage that she is worth it will have him...whether she is his choice or not is not the issue cos most people don't marry their choice anyways...its about getting married to a woman good enough to be his wife. If everyman decides to marry their choice I guess many marriages will not exist. |

Gone are the days when ladies just sit and hope that guy they desire comes for them..or the days ladies love to form hard to get...
These days the number of single ladies are so much that most guys who truly want to settle down don't even know which lady to go for as almost every lady they meet looks great to have as a wife.
One secret I want many ladies to know is that most men at marriageable stage are so vulnerable and would readily fall for any lady who can show them she is really ready for business and this is why they say "bad girls get the good guys" but the truth is that these girls are not bad but only smart to go for that man they desire.
It does not mean you are cheap and it does not mean you will automatically grant him access to sleep with you but it will go a long way to prove that indeed you are a confident lady who knows what she wants.
Slide into his DM,smile at him, quote his comment and write something good about it...just show him you desire him even if you can't woo him directly and if he refuses to see the obvious...move on to another man that catches your fancy but stop waiting for any guy you desire to come for you....go for him

It's not about the correctness but No reasonable president should say this openly.... And more so...he is so very wrong...No Nigerian youth is lazy...not one and this is why they excel outside Nigeria...Even yahoo boys are mentally dynamic regardless of the bad nature of the biz...Buhari is known for his verbal blunders from 1983...infact Fela sang about him in beast of no nation Album.

timesup234: Most of you idiotts are brainwashed mugus. Poverty has reduced you to a complete morron. Now listen well and listen good, if you earn 150 k in Nigeria you are a zillion times better than someone earning 2,000 pounds monthly in UK. 80% of Nigeria in London will never be able to mortgage a home till they die. Note the word "mortgage". Even a briccklayer is richer than such person. Stop being a fool and idiott! First and foremost i guess it is clear I'm discussing with someone with a very low IQ cos the true test of a sound mind is the ability to discuss issues without the use of abusive words and also the cognitive mental stamina to withstand contrary opinion without getting angry or personal but for the sake of intelligent people viewing this post i will respond to you. If you skipped my analysis i will help you out once more... 150k in naija can never be compared to 1300quid meaning i had to cut off 700 from the 2k you wrote. If you earn 1300 in U.K,you will live a quality life in U.K and still have a savings of N250k which is 500pounds but with your 150k job in naija you will have to buy quality life and will be left with little or nothing. I cant believe you even wrote the quoted. |

The compatison isnt between the £20k UK job vs the N27k Nigerian job; the story here is about leaving her meagre UK job to return and be with her husband, heck! she might have not even had a job at all in Nigeria but what is wrong with a lady giving up her job which is 5000km away to come be with her family? If it is true minimum wage is £7 per hr, I might considere relocate to UK Its actually £7.5 and the good news is that with your work permit, you will hardly get anything less than £10 per hour but without work permit it will be difficult to even get a £5 per hour job and even when you do,you must be very careful else you may find yourself in deep shit. |

abiolamitodun: Why are men scared of getting married and why is the number of baby mama increasing let's discuss Many men are not scared of marriage but are only scared of committing to just one lady for the rest of their lives cos they have been made to believe in one man one woman.. For me its all about my love for Jesus and i wouldn't like to start sleeping about else i will never bother about marriage but sleep with as many beautiful ladies as i can lay. Go out and see sweet looking ladies and you will see the confusion guys go through in choosing one,,Have you noticed that it is Christian guys who suffer delay in getting married? that is because they are too careful in selecting but for a typical Muslim guy he knows he can always marry more so he just selects from the available and gladly add to the number in due time. In Ngeria another strong factor working against guys desire to marry is the economy and i need not elaborate on this. Another reason is the high expectations of our ladies who who are unrealistic. |
