Hi Bro, I need a piece like this. What’s the process? Clone2020: |
Thanks for the thought. To your last point, I am not in a relationship with her as a leverage for myself. It’s absolutely love, tested and trusted. That was about the last thing on my mind when we became friends and started the relationship. Beyond helping ourselves grow professionally, we have an established precept of adding value in our personal lives, knowing fate could pitch us against one another even in the quest for a marriage union. vickyehi: |

Hello fam, trust the weekend has been cool. Please I need your insight here...I have plans to relocate to either Canada or US any time soon but I’d like know which is best advised; relocating as a single or with my fiancé (after wedding which might be in about two years). She should be done with her nursing professional licensing in about 2 years. My consideration is that: 1. I have some stuff I’m still doing back here in Nigeria at the moment. 2. She being a BSc Nurse (in the nearest future), might be a plus for our relocation plans. Would love to read your thoughts and advice on this. Thanks! |

A music organisation in Lagos is employing competent goal getters as marketing executives. Interested candidates should send CV to TRbrigade [at] gmail [dot] com The basic salary for this job is attractive. Allowances and other benefits will also be paid. Kindly share within your networks. |
Impressive effort! But the truth is your face looked better just before or you applied all of those chemical substances. At the end, you were looking dangerously inhuman. Well kept naturals kills it any and every day. sabenabeauty: |
Hundreds of youths have participated in a series of friendly football matches organised to raise awareness and provide viable alternatives to the menace of irregular migration amongst Nigerian youths. The friendly matches which featured exceptional play-off between six teams was organised by The Migrant Project on Sunday at the Ejigbo mini-stadium in Ejigbo, Lagos. According to the organisers, the football matches were aimed at taking the messages on the risks and realities of irregular migration to youths at the grassroot, in the spirit of the ongoing 2018 FIFA World Cup. Starting off the matches was the play-off between two junior teams, the Golden Star FC and the Diamond FC. The match ended in 2 - 0 in favour of the Diamond FC. The senior category featured fiercely contested matches between Success FC and the Golden Star FC. The match ended goalless and resulted in a penalty shootout which was won by Success FC. Similarly, the Invincible FC played against the Bright Star FC, another senior match which ended in penalty shootout in favour of the Invincible FC. Team Lead, Local Migration Experts for The Migrant Project in Lagos, Olusoji Ajao said that the matches in Ejigbo are a part of the project's programme lineup to expand the campaign against irregular migration in Lagos and Nigeria. He said "This is part of our robust community outreach programmes against irregular migration in Lagos. In coming days, we shall visit other locations in Lagos for several matches for both male and female football players and lovers." According to the facility manager of the Ejigbo mini-stadium, Gbenga Popoola, the matches and awareness campaign are a timely intervention to enlighten several youths who have been a victim or intend to embark on irregular migration on the dangers of such act. Media officer for the project, Tayo Elegbede noted that over 1,000 people drowned in the Mediterranean Sea in the first six months of the year while hundreds of thousands are dead in the desert and many experiencing grave inhuman treatments in Libya in their quest to travel to Europe through irregular routes. He said "The Migrant Project is a behavourial change campaign, which aims to fill existing information gaps and enable Nigerians make informed decisions knowing that irregular migration is never a good option."

Globally, only a few people can hold a conversation without talking about sex emotion. That shows that the world is no longer thinking and all most young people want is pleasure pleasure pleasure. This trend is terrible for Nigeria as a developing nation in fact as an under developed nation, this is quite different for most of the advanced countries or developed countries they have structures that could still support and absorb them but we are battling high rate of unemployment, ignorance, overpopulation and all sorts, yet, most youths are thinking and propagating sexual talks at will. We need to reshape our thinking and shift our focus. It shouldn’t be all about sex every now and then. |
Yet another justification that Nigeria isn’t working. This is almost the same thing that triggered the uproar in Tunisia, but for Naija, it’s just another life gone down-history Setting himself ablaze alone is enough to trigger a social change if we’re a thinking and developmentally conscious youthful population and nation. Now, is he a hero, martyr, sacrificial lamb or scapegoat? |
The Ministry of Labour is in the Labour Room, belabouring the masses. I guess your intent of this question is sarcastic. How could a government that hasn’t been able to tackle excessive killings get interested in addressing Labour market injustice? Nigeria never start its journey to nationhood. hakeem4: |
This is the best of advice. If you're not doing either of this, just save your money in the bank. Don't invest in any business you know next to nothing about or can't be physically (constantly) present to oversee. Things aren't always as sweet as they sound. Don't be in a haste to through the money somewhere all in the guise of investing. To dey see your money for account better pass to dey remember say you once had it and one person don chop am. Best! aaronson: |
Aside TBills, what other investment instruments are reliable and secured with a fairly good ROI? Also, what are the current bank rates on Fixed deposits? |
Hello, I need a house or an apartment for short let in Kaduna. Most preferred areas would be Kaduna North, Barnawa, Zaria or Sabon Gari. If you have any or a contact, please reply this thread. Thanks |
Sad realities. We never start for this country oo. mgbadike81: |
Apparently, private investments are poised on profit making against social goods. How many people can afford a 3 bedroom of 15-20 million at a go? My reference here is government financed or managed apartments which are somewhat subsided. This country isn't progressing on any positive frontier. Coldplay007: |
It's a known fact that Nigeria has a huge housing deficit due to several reasons. But one would think that a simple/smart way to solve the problem is to develop moderate and affordable housing plans, one of which is the sales of apartment as practiced in the UK. So, instead of everyone jostling to buy a whole house, individuals can simply buy an apartment in a building and be rested off housing issues. This will also reduce the propensity to stealing and corruption towards buying houses almost everywhere. I see the Lagos state government is trying to do this, but I am not sure of the status and success of the scheme. For those who are more conversant with the housing sector, why is the sales of apartment not a major option for reducing housing issues in Nigeria? |
Chai! See as the whole thread don change focus. No one is updating dollar rates again rather everyone is talking about their needs. It's all good! |
The same religious inclinations/affiliations that have led us to this point of regret? And you think we should still maintain such religious tenets and affiliations? I hope you're not equating spirituality to religiousness? Wheather or not Femi has lost or needs to retrace his faith/religious/spirituality isn't and shouldn't affect or rub off on his professional ethics, at all, pagans and atheists also operate in public institutions and deliver well. So, let's strip social and governmental competences from religion. Firefire: |
Yes, he swore with the bible but the declaration was to uphold the dedicates of his office and do according to his master's leadings. We are first humans before any religious affiliations. Firefire: |
Yes! Adesina was wrong with this but there isn't a need to involve his religious affiliations. Deal with him as a media professional who's expected to be. Firefire: |

Hello Property Masters, I'd like what is the authenticity of a land with only a Layout Plan? I'm interested in a property, when I asked the agent to give me the survey plan or anything to go search with at Alausa, he said that the whole properties do not have a survey plan and as a large virgin land, all it has it the "Layout" which I can also use at Alausa (not sure that's true, though). But I'd like to hear from your experiences: Does Layout plan makes a land genuine and free from government's interferences? Thanks! UPDATE I've just asked him to give me the Layout Plan. He initially said no problem but later said I can go to Alausa and just mention the name of the village, that it's the same thing with the Layout request. (Hope, that's not funny). |
Experts in the house, could you please explain what this title means: "Global C of O". Thanks |
Since you know there's no one you can trust or no such cheap land, I think it's best you keep your money, save up more to get something better and genuine. Best! ebenezer880: |
