2. You need to be ready/committed to honouring the terms of the scholarship/contract. Be prepared to return at the completion of your course as agreed.
There are a couple of ways to go around it, though;
1. Let your spouse get a Tier 2-sponsored job while in the UK. Then he changes from Tier 4 dependent visa to Tier 2 holder, then you can apply as his/her Tier-2 dependent upon the completion of your course.
2. You can return home then apply for Tier 2-sponsored jobs from here...Since you're pretty sure you'll get a job with your certification.
I may be going to the UK for a one-year MSc programme; fully-funded and with living stipends. Can my spouse apply as a dependent under me?
Also, the scholarship wants awardees to return back to their home countries. There is a very huge chance of me getting a job and a Tier 2 due to my degree, which is on the shortage list, is there any implication for not returning or switching to a Tier 2 Visa?
dubaiprince: Based on my understanding, the child is a tier 2 dependant and the process of achieving citizenship status would be in line with the parent.
Estroller: Not automatically, but the kids can skip the ILR phase and apply for naturalisation as soon as any of their parents gets ILR. You also don't need to include them as your dependants if there are no plans to take them out of the UK untill you or your other half gets ILR.
giselle237: once parents get their ILR, they could then directly apply for the Uk born child’s citizenship. fill out the online form called MN1. The form is pretty straight forward however you need to provide a reference. Have a look on www.gov.uk of those that can be referees You will need the following for the online form: 1. How does the applicant know the applicant 2. Referee's date of birth 3. Referee's daytime telephone number 4. Referee's email address 5. Is the referee a British Citizen 6. Current British citizen passport number You need 2 referees. The child’s nursery manager can help. The acceptable list of people is long so this should not be a problm. Explain your situation to them and give a print out of the form MN1 and highlight the sections which needs to be filled. Then transcribe that information from the form to the online application. Submit the application and pay. Check below for fees.
It'll either be a yes or no, after which you can decide what next.
oluswaggz: Please is there a way to request for sponsorship from an employer after resuming the job. The job was gotten while in UK as a student partner dependant. The employer is also an eligible sponsor on the UK list though they didn’t talk about sponsorship during the recruitment process.
May i ask, what's the difference between Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Data Science?
I see different courses online along those three lines and they seem intertwined.
At first, I thought I'd be best fitted in Data Analytics but seeing this video frim Alex changed my mind towards Business Analytics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4syHs3M82E
My question is: what's the difference between Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Data Science?
Your employer is confident of your skill set that's why they've issued you the CoS.
You can proceed to visa application. They won't request any other documents accept the ones your employeer requested.
GiggsTk: Hi everyone, What happens if you already got a job and a CoS without an NVQ 3 certification, just some background working in a care home. Does the issue of the certification come up with the Visa application? Urgent response please...
Is it advisable to book a flight ticket before my visa/passport arrive?
Context: I have a resumption date of 1 Feb with NHS. Visa application has moved to VAC from DMC today. So I'm expecting the collectiom email next week.
But I'll like to move fast on flight booking to save cost. What do you advise?

Couldn't get and send the requested document till this Monday.
Fingers crossed.
Mikool101: Good evening. Please when did you get NSF mail and when did you respond? I got mine last Friday and I responded next day Saturday. Though I have been advised to wait till Monday to send paid mail to them if I don't get a feedback about my application tomorrow.
Please, what number did you call to check the status?
The numbers I have aren't connecting.
Jayjord19: Anyone got email for collection TLS Ikeja Dec 17th yet? Called on Friday last week and was told a decision has been made, still tracking won't move from Application Received By DMC to Application Transferred To VAC
Actually, you can process your travel yourself from the comfort of your mobile device. In fact, most embassies don't encourage the use of an agent.
If you don't mind, share the journey so far and all that's entailed. There are thousands of people that can guide you here.
setobaba: For me I’ve paid 50% of my traveling fees, I pray I don’t get scammed, I can’t stand to see young intelligent youths shouting the names of grannies around.
Being married or single has nothing to do with being responsible. An ir/responsible bachelor will become an ir/responsible husband/father.
@YinkaOke, I'd advise you get a property lawyer or manager to manage the property. It'll save you a lot of stress and wahala.
Doing your due diligence is key, but in an economy like Nigeria's, one must be prepared for the worst. A fairly okay tenant could slide into poverty within a month and be unable to meet up with his obligations.
Best wishes.
kalu61: Know what he or she do for a living. That will give you idea if they can meet up with payment. If you have any regulations, spell it out. Apart from that, a good tenant is a good tenant and a bad tenant is a bad tenant.
Family people are better than most bachelor who may like going out and coming back late couple with a lot of friends visiting, blasting music etc.
Caution fee is a most. I repeat, caution fee is a most.
But I'm interested in how you arrived at the conclusion that "most" traders;
1. Trade with about $20.
2. Are not greedy but limited by profit taking restrictions?
*TP isn't the same as withdrawal to fiat account. You can TP and still have your funds in your Stable coins right in your wallet.
Hightowa: Dear OpenHeaven2019 Mazinewmoney and all our honourable advocate of TP Thanks for the wonderful work you've doing here despite not being paid and still being insulted sometimes
Crypto no be beans o, I've realise most folk fail to take profit not because they're greedy but because they just can't
For instance: if you buy a coin for 10kusd (10,000 dollars) and that coin rise 10% you will have 11kusd, 1k dollar being profit you can decide to take while your initial 10kusd is still there but when you buy a coin for 20 dollar and it rise 20% you will have 24 dollar, 4 dollar is profit you can't even take
You will still need those reports at the visa application stage.
What country is that? How many years ago did you visit there? Why is it almost impossible to get the police report?
Gratefulme: Provision of police clearance certificate for nmc registration, what if its near impossible getting clearance from a country one once lived in for years? What can be done please?
Summary: The United Kingdom has announced plans to expand the health and care visa scheme for the recruitment of persons interested in offering services as care workers.
While I do not concur with the author's central allegation of a politicised documentary and other points, I truly know it's unethical to have someone who was affected by the issue at stake to lead the investigation and documentary.
His emotions and interest for "vengeance" could becloud logic and objective thinking.
The reference to political sponsorship and usage of cultists by politicians wasn't explicit nor indicting.
There were a couple of inconsistent labelling and usage of footage. Misleading (mis)representation.
