Which one would you rather prefer:a 420k total package 3bed apartment at Ikorodu or a 610k total package 2bed apartment at Alagbole? Since you and your wife don't work around Ketu then please forget that Ikorodu option. I'd rather live in a one bed in "town" than a duplex in Ikorodu and go through the stressful Lagos commute from Ikorodu to VI.

Phobia of fayemi's assessment exam came after some local govt officials were demoted and some retired after sitting for promotional exam. This happened shortly after fayemi inauguration. Teachers were d second category to sit for exam and they resisted so as not to be given d same treatment.
