@Cutienik, Enkaydewdrop and Ginababy epele o, i feel u sis on this constipation stuff, if it is just the constipation but no anal fissure it is understandable but once i get constipated like this i know i am in for it, my an... is in deep sh...t. the longer u hold ur poo in the body, the harder it gets and more difficult to pass out, eat plenty fruits first thing in the morning and last thing at night, make smoothie with fruits e.g, cucumber, watermelon, banana, mango, green and red apples, carrots, english pear, etc blend altogether, makes it easier to take all at once especially when chilled, very yummy and u fit even crush your routine drugs in a little quantity to drink.

What i do as an ATC mama is to apply Bonjela on it like 3 times a day, although always hot and peppery but it reliefs and heals it fast, if not that you are preggies i would have said you should get NEO HEALAR herbal suppository, but it CANNOT be used during pregnancy. Pele ur mission is already at permanent site.

Finecheek12, beautiful chick 100, no vex biko, I saw ur post but not knowledgeable about what can be responsible. I noticed my Feb cycle I was placed on clomid I had heavier flow than normal but not something that much to be a cause for concern.

Is this ur 1st cycle on clomid, have you complained to ur doc, or did u self medicate. I know one of the side effects of clomid is a thin endometrium maybe that is the reason for excessive bleeding. Please go to the hospital if you also feel weak

Good, they are quite nice in Union VI, just take pain killer like 10-20mins b4 the procedure don't worry you will be fine, I would say the test was more intrusive for me than painful, next na bfp straight this month no escape for u, so be prepared.

@Chinwendym aka mama Ekene, in addition to what other mamas have said, try and keep the area clean and dry, sweat and breast milk that dripped to that area caused it for my nephew. After bf u can use a soft clean cotton material like men's singlet with little water to clean the area, air it, then apply whatever cream u want to use. As much as possible ensure the area is kept dry, it is difficult sha cos it's the neck

@99Billiondollar, are you in Lagos, hope this is not too late, if so you can try Clinix, they have a female sonographer. I used them when i had my HSG, it was just one guy in the whole team who just took the first xray shot without having to open my vjayjay, the rest were females in all they took 4 xrays and they were very friendly.

before the Clinix HSG, i used Union diagnostic in Victoria Island, it was a team of ladies that did that as well, but some mamas have complained about using union here. Alternatively, u can make enquiries at the lab if the have a female sonographer or request that u want a female sonographer, but in all na the result matter ojare, i always say to myself that they don see more than enough my own na 1 out of the hundreds so no lele.

I admire your tenacity and strength not to be weighed down. Although i only know little about progesterone support, it is one of the easiest conditions to treat. Are you on any other drug alongside the Primolut N?

Since the doc is your friend you can ask enough questions to answer and erase your doubts if you have any. You can read more about low progesterone online

Hello Breadplanets, don't fret, low progesterone is common than you think, good that you came here cos i get waery of people that claim they want to help when it is just to exploit you, not that i am saying the lab guy wants to o and yes there are medications to help improve it. It comes in different forms, suppositories, cream and oral forms. the one i know mamas here talk about and is easily accessible is Vit B6, but discuss with your doc on which will best suit you.

@Praisefulworks, taking a quick break to respond to you and i am going to be a bit harsh, forgive me in advance.

First thing i would say is get it out of your mind that your MIL, SILs and hubby's family hate you and begin to see them like your mum and sister.

One thing i promised myself is to be at peace with my inlaws for my hubby's sake cos everything comes back to affect him and it is more stressful to fight and have issues with my inlaws than to be at peace with them.

My Yoruba people say " ile oko, ile eko" meaning a husband's house, is a school of manners (other interpretations are welcome)

I must say you need a lot of wisdom in handling this, in my culture (Yoruba) you cannot stay back at your parents for anything once both families have done the rights and you have bcom "wife", your new place is henceforth beside your husband and in his house so staying back was not right, even if you were ill the proper thing to do is go and treat yourself in your house not your parents house or for how long would you keep going to your parents house? don't forget u are on the way to becom a parent too.

secondly, for me i cannot, i repeat i cannot get to my inlaws house and seat down doing nothing it is very disrespectful, i cannot see an older person doing something and leave them to continue, i will atleast offer assistance even if it is eye service, you will do just so they don't pick on you. Maybe because i am the lastborn and Yoruba (Yoruba people can like respect ehn) i have learnt from my older ones, that a wife is not suppose to expect her inlaws to cook for her husband even in his parents house, not to talk of cook for her. Please don't do this again, don't get to your inlaws house and expect them to do things for you, only your hubby has that right as the man at his inlaws place.

Whenever i am at my inlaws i wake up earlier than i normally do, i cook more than i cook in my house, i do alot of things that makes them leave me and not want to ask anything of me. Ask me what i do? All "na eye service oo" and should they come with unnecessary wahala, i stylishly get hubby involved maybe ask him to massage my shoulder or leg that it is aching me, next thing he is saying they should leave his wife alone or he drags me away from whatever i am doing even as he is dragging me i am forming busy and saying he should hold on small so it shows like he is taking me away against my wish.

Thirdly, Make yourself relevant and important not by fighting or being too careful, don't isolate urself at your inlaws, jist with them, ask and remember important things about them, get their birthdays and call, being a virtuous woman is by doing, being a great wife is by doing too. There is an unspoken xter if you care about your hubby's family he would go all out for yours, from what you said about ur dh, he is very responsible & caring and his got ur back anyday anytime, so make him know you are worth fighting for and too valuable. Please read Proverbs 31:10-31

As women, we are managers, managing a home, managing friendships & relationships, managing businesses or jobs and managing our Dh with their "egos" too. So equip yourself as a manager and carry out ur duties effectively and efficiently. Let them know your parents brought you up properly and you are up to the task of being a wife (no be beans ooo), though there are terrible people you can't please sha!, but i will do my part and what is expected of me, the rest is that person or family's headached. Pweetymii, thank you my sister, God sama you with twin BFP. ehen so this FA is a no no for regular cycles, and Legendsmother warned me o, but i got wonderful testimony from my friend and her friend and thought to give it a try cos i never believed in it, i used fertilityblend years back and reacted terribly to it, so i just saw both FA & FB as the same, now i know better.

Anyway i'll probably be on folic acid and just omega3-6-9 for now cos it seems everything i take has one issue or the other.

i would advice you give it a while before u visit a gynea, most times being tensed up and anxious has a way of affecting the body and makes it go awol which is why it is advised to always be relaxed and try as much as possible to get TTC off ones mind, we have heard testimonies from "when i wasn't thinking of it" happen to a lot of mamas. Most docs will tell you to give it a year of actively trying before they will attend to you.

But that said, do you have any under lying issue to make you want to see a doc? seeing tissue in AF could be normal as you uterine linning sheds as part of AF which could attimes be visible since pregnancy did not occur that is why it is possible to have AF and not Ovulate. Also do you know how to calculate or check ur fertile period i.e ovulation? Having a 25days cycle means u would ovulate probably 3 days earlier than in a normal 28days cycle all things being equal. Have you been on any prenatal supplements? has your cycle always been 25days?

Kai this ATC na wa, when u get af u'll pray it stops coming, when it doesn't come and it's not due to bfp u'll carry torchlight and start looking for it. Na wa oo

I did hpt urine that gave me BFN I will wait till cd33 which is Friday to do BPT if AF doesn't come B4 then. I pray it is BFP otherwise FA release my AF, I'll rather have AF and keep trying than move to no AF and no BFP

I actually asked google and it says it naturally lengthens ones cycle and messes ur cycle if you have a regular cycle so I guess that's what happened.

You both remind me of a lady that sat close to me at Marathon Messiah Praise, she was heavily pregnant with an infant about a year old and i couldn't stop looking at her, she must have thought i was reprimanding her in my mind from the way i was staring, but i was silently praying, and weeping in my heart asking God to look upon me with mercy and bring an end to my wait.

Hello dearie, try adding cucumber, grapefruit and mint leaf to the lemon, just slice everything in a jug of water and leave in the fridge over or up to 6 hourd for all the flavours to infuse. It will help with CM, before drinking i like to add hot/warm water to each cup. i prefer drinking it warm and you can drink it all day and cycle-round.
