what kind of play are parents supposed to be playing with a 20 year old? some of you type as if you lack basic cognition. |
is there a safe place anywhere. |
^the topic has been rehashed many times. just check igbo american threads- its no news that majority of AAs are of igbo origin. |
maimunat: Its funny that so many Igbo people still don't know that Islam is growing very fast among them.@ bolded the lady seems to have a blog? she said people told her to change her name to zainab but she refused to do so, preferring to keep her igbo name. my guess is she doesnt want a name change because then she would not be easily identifiable as igbo. |
Well, i havent visited egypt yet but i'm sure the info can be found online. Since everybody just does as they like these days, no brake no jam. |
Nice one, quite innovative. Hope the business can expand to other countries as well. |

the country has always been like that, actually. |
Let's just assume that anambra people migrated from igala, imo people from efik, abia people from akwa ibom, enugu people from maidugri, ebonyi people from calabar.is this verifiable fact from oral legends and/or anthropology, or just conjecture. |
are there any other women in the equation besides the three official ones? |
djustice: She was born into old, quiet, but overwhelming money. She is a daughter of the late Alhaji Lamidi Ogbara, a multi-billionaire from Ikorodu. Ibukun Awosika is one of her sisters. The family is quite wealthy, with property interests once rumoured to encompass more than half of Lagos Island!! Her father was also an avid player in the stock market and was a substantial shareholder in quite a large number of companies, including the former Eko International Bank. She'd already had a stellar career herself as a fashion designer with her Supreme Stitches label, before persuading IBB through the late Maryam Babangida to award her company an oil block.you may be right, but in her interview she said she's from the Olowu family of Ikorodu. are they the same as the Ogbaras. |
i didnt watch the video, but men, do not turn into murderers because of what you read on nl. do the crime, then do the time. |
of course you can be looking for a man with your dad's qualities (specific ones)- that's different. |
husband is husband and daddy is daddy. your husband isnt supposed to be your daddy, imo, anymore than your wife is supposed to be your mother. of course i could be wrong! |
what exactly is the point of this thread? is this because of those goldie and prezzo persons like somebody mentioned? what they did on BBA and whatever they're doing with themselves isnt supposed to concern anybody besides their family members. i dont know anybody from adam, and neither do i expect anybody to know me, so i dont appreciate generalized statements which are trying to imply some individuals are a whole country? |
I meant an armed robber wouldnt be scared to take up your offer, or of you either, for that matter. |
kagel: let every state build their own SCT not looking unto FCTabuja has never been on my list of places to live sha [maybe to visit]. besides, its just too far, and i'm not sure the weather is the same. even though the place is very beautiful and more developed than most of nigeria. i've never been there anyway. but imo it should be ok for expatriates and rich people, no doubt. the idea of a State capital territory is a very good one. |
zeefa: So what happens to the Muslim student in the University? If the law is 4 all students 2 attend chapel fellowship?mission statement for Fountain University: http://www.fountainuniversity.edu.ng/index.php/about-us/our-vc-welcomes-you Fountain University is located in Osogbo, Nigeria The University was established by the Nasrul-lahi-li fathi Society of Nigeria in 2008. It is an Islamic faith based University.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fountain_University if a Christian student decides to go there, they will also have to sign an agreement stating they're aware of this fact and will abide by whatever rules apply. |
zeefa: So what happens to the Muslim student in the University? If the law is 4 all students 2 attend chapel fellowship?from their webpage: Covenant University is a growing, dynamic vision-birthed, vision driven University, founded on a Christian mission ethos and committed to pioneering excellence at the cutting edge of learning. We are driven by the compelling vision of raising a new generation of Leaders for the African Continent on the platform of a Holistic, Human Development and integrated learning curriculum, in order to raise Total Men who will go out to develop their world. Our Core-Values of Spirituality, Possibility Mentality, Capacity Building, Integrity, Responsibility, Diligence and Sacrifice are what defines our commitment to excellence.http://www.covenantuniversity.edu.ng/About-Us i think its clearly stated Covenant is a private Christian university, and as such, any student who wants to attend the place, would have signed an undertaking to show he or she is aware of this fact. and, its not the only university in nigeria! |
HARDDON: Uя best?with The big Tommy n packs? Oh dear God. You can do betaremember us in prayer bro! |
op why are almost all your posts about men? |
can someone showcase the inside of these abuja homes so we can have an idea what they look like. i think by now every state should have its own abuja. |
their school fees is just under 500k for non-engineering courses. Maybe that's what lured them into the school. (the fact that it's a cheap private uni)wow, education in nigeria is really expensive these days, if under 500k is considered the yardstick for measuring cost. how do people cope, and still have enough left over for phones, brazilian hair and flashy rides? |
my point is the language used was very factual and indicated a specific time frame. how do you explain that. |
