Just because there's a bit of bias against having foreign dna aka white, arab or other non- black ancestry in the gene pool, doesnt mean its completely absent. |
@ topic the thread isnt discussing first child, but rather, the importance of birth order in choosing a partner. first child is a different thread. |
Its a yoruba superstition. |
onila: Nigerian men dont smack girls booty randomlyI mean, you have different flavours and skin colours smacking your butt now, compared to had you studied in nigeria na only one flavour. |
sadeiyare: I don't sympatize with christains that attend a certain denomination and also come out complaining about them. Why do you go there in the first place or are they not aware of their policies, if you are not comfortable there please leave and go somewhere you will be accomodated.Very difficult to do, it seems. ![]() |
More attacks on bible believing christians and churches, i see! I think the pastor will regret apologizing to her- she's obviously on a mission. |
Yes, blacks have a deep belief in the supernatural. This is mainly because what they experience from fellow human beings, often beats anything that can be considered normal. Christians have this problem because there are a lot of people with wicked character in churches, masquerading as christians. And also christians who are not fully dedicated to their creed- half here and half there, as it were. |
Btw no be book dem send you go read? Ie arent you supposed to be studying or something. |
At least you arent in nigeria where it would be only black men doing that, right? Not sure of the point of this thread but still posted anyway. |
Gov Fashola is on point, but unfortunately, the country has long passed the rubicon as it were. The people he is addressing, are not at the stage where civilized discourse will be allowed to hold sway.Besides, many are half educated or improperly educated. The times we are in, arent of peace. There are just a few oasis here and there in a sea of growing unrest which is trying to take over the whole country. |
I wonder why people are going around asking questions about people's mothers in law? What are they getting at? |
Anyway! ![]() @ topic These things come with being nigerian. Its a poor country . |
Long comment edited for the sake of peace. ![]() |
vislabraye: The kidnappers a silly. How are they going to handle that amount? Is it in raw cash or would it be wired into an account in Cayman IslandShows they did not kidnap her because of money. |
The woman had better be safe , sound and returned safely to her home. If she experiences ANY health effects from this insane kidnapping, we shall see! |
Some are into demonic covenants that require them to bring victims for sacrifice. Others are just plain crazy as a result of generational curses. Either way, Jesus has given us the power to trample wickedness both seen and unseen, known and unknown. |
One just has to be careful of people, thats all. They fixate on these things as an excuse to harm others. |
Do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under their feet, and then turn round and attack you. Yes, we all know the scripture. |
dopeJemi: PLz I'm curiousThe child looks like the husband's kids. |
Looks like the husband's baby but for the fact that its a female. |
At some stage, christians will have sensible answers to serious enquiries from unbelievers? |
Because the flesh is weak. |

Other kidnappers numbering 10 were lurking around the palace until Mrs. Okonjo and her maid came down to offer refreshments to some men working to fix the palace gate. “Immediately they saw our king’s wife, the Queen Mother who was coming towards the gate with her maid to serve the workers soft drinks, she was seized and thrown into a waiting Golf car while another car was parked outside”.se e r'awon kini buruku wonyi? ![]() its a crime to care about the welfare of others? okay o!!!!! the first lady of somewhere who was being criticized for not allowing her workers to cart home the merchandise they were harvesting in her farm, is doing fine in her abode despite the complaints, while an old grandma of 82 years is kidnapped while she brought food and drinks to her workers. epe ti mo awon min sha. |
a better thread title would be how to know if the church you're in, is wrong for you. |
havent attended one of those since my time in ife. |
destinedtee: Thanks Jaydude but have u considered 1Peter1:13 which says 'and who is he that will harm you if ye be followers of that which is good' I personally believe that if all we do is follow and serve God genuinely we don't have to bother about our 'enemies' as it were because God will take care of them. They can't hurt us without the consent of God and i trust that God will never permit them to hurt us.The only way they can gain access to us is when we have defiled ourselves with sin and created a loophole for them to reach us.when you follow and serve God genuinely is when you see your enemies coming out of the woodwork. if you're not serious in your christianity, they wont bother with you. when you defile yourself with sin, you become their best friend. |
Well as for me, my opinion is that the enemies u won't kill if they don't repent wuld just kill you!on point. then they start patting each other on the back and calling themselves "better christians", or better whatever in whichever ramification. |
not sure why some want to believe kidnappers are plying their trade on behalf on the masses. |
usually, when people ask why a married woman would sleep around, the excuse is "she's not happy" hmm, well, to each their own, grown folks are free to do whatever they want i suppose, if they're not bound by any moral rules. for men, they just do it because they feel like. |
Cultured: I never knew that the word " Success ", mean " Corruption " in the mind of an average Nigerian, but today I knowpart of the learning experience! Useless sets of ignoramuses ! Don't work hard and aspire high to become responsible to yourselves and the world at large rather stick your dumb ass in front of your internet links and continue spewing rubbish and envying successful peoplebrick wall, dear. |
address people the way they tell you to address them, simple. he made his point clearly and without drama. |
