Its not hausa marks.

Looks like it was done intentionally, so it might be around sudan side, where their tribal markings are raised, not flat.
Romance › Re: Shout Out To Girls Dating My Future Husband. by tpia5: 9:11pm On Jan 04, 2013
People are seriously starting to think about settling down.

I fear for this grab and go generation, not sure if its increased or not.

E don do nah.

Dont be starting what you wont be able to finish and dont be opening any can of worms- the situation is bad enough as it is!

Beware of fallout.

Poster is probably male or just plain crazy either way.

Who does anyone want to flirt with here- do any of the guys sound like they're not extremely street savvy and most of them are probably observing you in your bathroom, unbeknownst to you, while you think you're flirting with them!

@ whoever wants to buy the op's crap.

Christianity Etc › Re: Crossing Your Legs In Church, Is It Wrong? by tpia5: 8:39pm On Jan 04, 2013
This thread is now officially, a farce.

Theatre of the absurd.
Christianity Etc › Re: Crossing Your Legs In Church, Is It Wrong? by tpia5: 8:36pm On Jan 04, 2013
What's with all these silly questions?

@ the person asking how others will know someone calling himself okija juju is not a christian.

I dont think a nigerian will be asking all these, or making this kind of brouhaha.

People need to come clean about their ethnicity and stop being trickish.
Christianity Etc › Re: Dont Be Unequally Yoked With Unbelievers!!! by tpia5: 1:25pm On Jan 04, 2013
If you must comment, do so without fighting unnecessarily, thanks.

So far, there's nothing aggravating about the thread, not sure why you feel aggravated.

Its just a discussion.

Lady Winona: Oh well, I guess I should start by apologizing because I'm about to burst a lot of 'bubbles' here.
First of all, that picture right there is totally normal. Like someone commented, it is a primitive reflex specifically the palmar grasp which is present in ALL babies and is considered abnormal if absent. So, while this news will be such a sensation to those in the non-medical field, to us, it is a meh situation.
Secondly and this goes to jelitta, why the f*** do u ve those false nails on u! My God!, u re in a special care baby unit with a preterm, and from the look of it, a very low birth weight neonate at that in an incubator with resuscitation going on and u ve those false nails on u! The baby's chances of living are minimal at best without having u to add to the risk. Jesus!! I'm concluding at this point that u re a medical student or a student nurse cos I refuse to believe that u re a houseofficer or resident doctor cos u wld ve been seriously cautioned or punished. O
Now dt I've vented my anger/concern, u all can carry on
Visitor to that ward, perhaps.

She probably knows someone who works there. Either that, or she's in nigeria.

You dont need to " know" anything and neither do you need to spy on other people's farms.

Christianity Etc › Re: Dont Be Unequally Yoked With Unbelievers!!! by tpia5: 2:17am On Jan 04, 2013
For example, can someone claim to be a christian yet visit nl sexuality section regularly, like i did once.

I am not easily swayed by that kind of thing, and at the time, i felt the sexuality section posters might be feeling they were in a protective cocoon of x ratings, so thats why i decided to check out the place and remind them its not so.

Was i unequally yoked while i was there?

I dont think i was, but its not something i'd advise people to do randomly because you are not me, and the fact that i did it doesnt necessarily mean others should, since you dont know if that's where you're supposed to be at that time.

Is this confusing?
Christianity Etc › Re: Dont Be Unequally Yoked With Unbelievers!!! by tpia5: 2:07am On Jan 04, 2013
Anything that yokes you with unbelievers is to be avoided.

Yoke meaning or implying idolatry, s.exual sin, etc.

Things that bind you and your body.

Its an unequal yoke because you serve different masters.

However, general interaction wouldnt be a yoke imo since no man is an island and interaction is a fact of life.

tpacalipse: Soon some will walk out at the wedding receptions.
Well, food should still be served because people cant just come all that way for nothing.

And the couple should still pay any bills they owe to the wedding planners.

Please think of an explanation for this before atheists and other non- christians descend on the thread, thanks.

Although if na this kain church dey tell some women say make dem stand when everybody is standing, or to stop crossing their legs arrogantly in church, or to not colonize the front like say na your papa house, the women in question no go mind sha!

What you're doing is wrong, check yourself or maybe your meds.
Culture › Re: Real Authentic Yoruba Tribal Mark by tpia5: 9:23pm On Jan 03, 2013
I think its in sudan that they intentionally " keloidify" their scarifications.

Other places, not so much or not at all.
Romance › Re: Why Do Girls Grow So Fast And Old Than Guys? by tpia5: 9:17pm On Jan 03, 2013
I was thinking about this the other day, and those were my conclusions.

Most males dont have the hair burden of the women, meaning they keep it low and this reduces their stress.
Romance › Re: Why Do Girls Grow So Fast And Old Than Guys? by tpia5: 9:12pm On Jan 03, 2013
Hormones, genes, etc.

Also, men tend to look younger because they dont have to dolly up like women do, not so much extensions, makeup, etc.

They dont do everything together like women ie for example, men who do their hair, still wont need makeup, and vice versa. Whereas women, will do everything together and at once- combine the hair extensions, use makeup ( lots of it), take care of kids, look for husband where applicable, wear high heels, etc etc.

Not saying these are bad, but explaining why it could contribute to faster aging.
Romance › Re: Why Do Ladies, Women Visit Native Doctors For A Man To Marry Them ? by tpia5: 9:06pm On Jan 03, 2013
MADE MANN: Plz, does this kind of juju marriage last?
Not everyone is into it for a lasting marriage.

People have differnt priorities.

For some, its about the determination to bear mrs no matter whose ox is gored, for others its to avoid the complications of having a child outside wedlock, for others its to settle scores, for some its about influence or property ( inheritance), etc etc.

Not everybody goes into marriage assuming it will last, it depends on the person's reason for getting married and also their personality.

If they want the marriage to last, then whoever practices such will just keep their babalawo on speed dial, that's all.
