Aufbauh:You mean a government that'll be bound to accountability will be worse than the present occupier of Aso Rock? Delusional mind! |
Okay now..... ASUU is the corruption Buhari wants to end. ASUU is the refineries he wants to fix ASUU is the 100 million people they are lifting out of poverty. In a nation where political leaders are battling for the positif worst government ever, who do you think should be blamed for the docility of the citizens? ASUU of course. As if docility in the present regime is not enough, they're battling to have a bigger problem as Nigeria's leader. Okay o.... |
Damojoy:Which means you don't understand what lecturers do. Secondary school teachers teach, handle classes and perform administrative tasks for their classes. Lecturers teach, perform administrative duties, carry out community service, attend mandatory seminars and conferences, publishes books compulsorily (many times from their own purse), supervise students at various levels, go to other universities to act as external examiners and so on. Lecturers don't live easy lives either in Nigeria or abroad. If you live close to one of them, you wouldn't want to envy anyone among them. |
Falseprofet2:Classicism is the real beast! |
Gbagura: ![]() Peter Obi is no longer a threat that can't win, he's now someone that's more fit for Minister of Youths and Sports. Just imagine the most agile and most sincere candidates among presidential contestants and you think it's about fit. So, Buhari is fit for Nigeria and it is only people of Buhari's class that should lead Nigeria Abi? You really hate the country or shall I say, you don't have an idea what good governance can yield to? |
There are still a lot of issues regarding their planned city. At least, Saudi have money to throw away and they have leaders that think ahead of the next 100 years. Unlike a certain country that's still trapped in the past. Water, zero. Electricity, zero. Unemployment, zero. Yet, they still keep repeating the same circle while celebrating flyovers, trains built with debts without s feasible payment plan while real needs like Education and health are suffering. |
2elliot:You think it's all about morality? This isn't morality bro. It's about being politically relevant. If you're not represented in politics, who would speak for you and defend your interests? Do you think the APC can do that? Do you think the PDP is interested in that? Now that Obi is being widely supported, is it wise for the Igbos to pull him down? Those other tribes, are all their candidates totally clean? Why can't they also bring them down and become politically irrelevant like their Igbos? |
mrvitalis:See, there's no way they won't point it out This is the best opportunities the Igbos have had since 1999 and they're spoiling the opportunity because of selfishness? It's really sad bro. Those of us supporting Obi from outside are doing so because we wished Osinbajo was there and since he's out, Obi is the right person at this time. Do you think Yorubas (especially the educated ones) will have a widely acceptable candidate like Osinbajo and they'll be supporting Obi? |
The greatest oppositions against Peter Obi is not his fellow contestants from other party or the people from other tribes. The Igbos themselves are the one opposing Peter Obj. The selfish politics which sidelined the East since 1999 is what they're still playing. We non-Igbos will keep that in mind. |
Folawealth090:The truth is there are a lot of Americans who don't support this craze even among the so called Democrats. But you see, the abnormal news makes more headline than the normal news. A lot o people are still raising kids that are holistically sound even though America is getting more corrupt. Some are even homeschooling their children. It all depends on you. You don't need to be in the US to be this corrupt. You can choose to be sexually insane while living in Nigeria too. |
Rainstormer:Not a Tinubu supporter But you're insulting Tinubu's handsomeness when he was younger by comparing him with this dude that needs help. |
Thebest12:They'll soon give it a politically correct tag |
Seriously, all these oppostions against Obi by his own kinsmen would make it difficult to support any other Igbo man for presidency seat in te future. They call the Yorubas "Afonja", now look at who is bringing down their own because of petty politics. The North is watching carefully and those non-Igbo southerners supporting Obi are watching too. Shebi they've been shouting marginalization of Igbos all the while? Marginalization is just about to begin. |
Church of England and not Church of Christ The Church of Christ is still standing and we have the church of the devil too. Many will keep falling away but let's focus on the many that will keep standing and the many that will rise. |
mrvitalis:Can someone see what happening in Nigeria's political space and not call Obi a threat to the political circle we've been running. When I observe many elderly people in Ibadan calling Obi, the only viable person, I know he's surely a threat. |
Peterobiisathie:Don't rejoice because Soludo attacks one of your main opposer. It only shows how much fear you have for the person you hitherto called inconsequential. Soludo is an enemy even to you too. |
BamakSNR:When did common sense become a natural human endowment? At no time. People are born and some have sense while other don't. However, we all need common sense t function well. Bring it to the current situation When did presidential debates become part of the requirements for presidency? At no time. However, to truly exercise true democracy where citizens know the capability of who they're choosing, it's necessary for presidential debates. Will it kill Tinubu and Atiku if they attend? Why are they then afraid of intellectual discourse regarding what they're looking for in Aso Rock? |
Blakjewelry:When you're so used to meeting fake people, you'd find it difficult to believe that there are still genuine ones. It depends on you and your circle bro. There's no kind of humans you won't find on this planet. |
quote author=thrillionaire post=118377526]na wa o. Prophet of doom, e be like say your prophecy don come to pass. Wow[/quote]It doesn't take a prophet to know that. You met someone on TikTok (out of all social media). You didn't find anything about him more than your social media conversations and gbam, you marry. What do you expect? Even those who courted for years had marital failure. How much more a girl lost in her fantasy world. She married a man of her dream but now, she's awake. Even though the man is still in the dream. |
Does being a two term governor equalises being able to dole out tens and hundreds of millions in this manner? Then all our former governors are stupendously wealthy. |
CaptainAyub:Ajimobi "overdid" to some extent honestly. If he was really careful of not losing the state to an opposition party, he wouldn't have done some of what he did. |
HydraFeeds:Which one did Buhari do well? Debate, he failed. Running the country efficiently, he failed efficiently. Perhaps Osinbajo who debated Peter Obi in the previous election would have done better. But you people like a Buhari promax. |
Her son only son is vying for office too so what do you expect? |
See how much we spend on foreign education. If education is to be maintained at an adequate level in Nigeria, nobody among the poor may have any chance to study beyond secondary school. That's by the way. The terrible culture of anyhowness is now ingrained in almost every corporate sector in Nigeria. I'm disappointed in Nigerian banks. Imagine, Zenith Bank that was rated as one of the best! |
Avedonn:Atike has not even displayed much zeal in changing Nigeria compared to how much Buhari did. Yet, Buhari failed. Isn't that an indicator that he would fail should he become the president? Judging by the fact that both Buhari and Atiku belong to the same generation |
Bahamas95:You probably notice them with their tags on their foreheads Abi? ![]() No offence o, but how old are you sir? Looks like you just got integrated into the modern world with different religions, belief systems, cultures et cetera. |
Cho cho cho without an action to back it up. That's how we fell for the "I am somebody, I belong to nobody" gimmicks. He should have shown this by acting out an economic policy that'll stimulate massive industrialization in the past 7 years of ruling Nigeria. Instead, his policy is slowing our economic growth but now, he's presenting an applaudable speech. When the Western lenders give him conditions to borrow, you'll see how the story will change. Hasn't the bible say that "The borrower is a slave to the lender" |
Kobonaire234:Another leaking bucket for Nigeria to be wasting millions of dollars. He's clearly not ready to be a president though he's been trying for a long time. |
STOICREALIST:Despite all the cladestine operations of the DSS, this incident has shown that humans are humans, subject to similar problems and passions. And it doesn't matter the class, religious, language or ethnic clothings |
Putindbutt:See, that is Ibadan, the centre of bitter politics which does not exclude religions. I was at a public school when these oyinbo people came, the students were already in their classes and they just left like that. To be honest, civil service especially Tescom related stuff is very sensitive in Ibadan presently and no principal will force students to attend any crusade. It's normal for them to do that so that we can think they're being victimized. Islam has never been victimized in Ibadan from my opinion and in fact, the present government has been doing everything to satisfy them but they'll never be satisfied except they're the one governing and making the state like Buhari is making Nigeria. That's the only way to satisfy them. You can't be in Ibadan and say you don't know about Daniel Kolenda's presence. Isn't that enough to warrant criticism and jealousy? |
The op raised questions but did not do actual fact checking. He/she didn't tell us exactly where the so called bra is presently. On another note, I haven't seen any news from the government showing that the bra is actually from Victoria's Secret. So it is social media sensationalism that's been spreading the propaganda. However, some are defending the northern thieves versus the southern thieves. It doesn't matter where thieves come from, their actions have run down Nigeria and history will never forget their greed and long-throatedness towards the Nigerian Commonwealth. |
