I am fully in support of Sim being allowed to run the State the way he sees fit. I don’t think it is proper for Wike or anyone to dictate to him but the way you guys are going about it, especially those who neither live nor are from Rivers State is very repulsive and insulting to Rivers people.

Ikwerre and other minority ethnic groups in the dead eastern region told the British government before independence and the Federal/Regional government after independence, that they didn’t want to remain in the same region with Igbo people.

They agitated to be separated from Igbo people and it was the agitation that led to the creation of the Old Rivers and Cross Rivers States. No one just woke up over night to separate them. They agitated for it and are happy that Gowon finally caved in to their demands. it remains irreversible so your wailing will last for a long time.

2, Ken Sarowiwa was benefiting from the Eastern Nigeria government, but when the civil war erupted, he withdrew and fought against the inclusion of his enclave as Baifran territory. He was later executed like a common criminal by that same masters he served faithfully.
Timi Frank is another Ijaw son, but is lucky he hasn't been served the final dose like that of Sarowiwa and Boro, meanwhile, another of his brothers by the name Omokiri, who happened to be an Itshekiri, is already warming up to his position once his no more.
