Do a little research and find out how long it takes to complete a bridge of such magnitude. It's not something you construct overnight otherwise you'll be setting a death trap for the users. You complete some process and deliberately need to wait for months to start another to be sure you did the right thing among other factors.

Infact go ask a civil engineer or project manager near you to educate you more. Not sure you even have elementary knowledge of physics to know what's involved.
