Please I need your opinions. A friend who is not on nairaland was removed from the UK in 2010 for overstaying. she appealed against it to the immigration tribunal and judgement was given in her favour against the UKBA. Now she is filling a visa application to another country and is being asked if she has ever been removed from any country before? Should the answer be yes or no? Does the tribunal judgement wipe the record clean? Thanks for your replies.
