I just finished the virtual Interview. They asked me normal interview questions like tell us about yourself, what are your career expectations, where do you see yourself in 2-5 years, What do you know about the insurance industry, Why do you wanna work in the finance sector ( this was because I have a different background)? Basically questions like this. The interviewers were very kind and easy to talk to. Hope this helps those yet to do their interview. Success to everyone

B.sc holders should be the one creating job and not the other way round.

Even in advanced countries, those that went to school still look for jobs. If everybody start creating jobs, who would work under those companies?

I don't agree with your point, its like 50/50 because practical oriented companies prefer HND holders, I know of a top rated company that preferred hiring HND to bsc not because they don't have the money but from past experience bsc holder did not meet the company target expectation

You know just ONE top rated company, what about the rest? See the way you made a 50/50 statement when you know fully well that majority of companies still prefer BSc over HND. Anyway, we would all be alright.
