Our dear truthinaction, please enlighten us more about this wonderful tale of Jonahs soul taking a tour of HELL. Jonah already told you his story. Can anyone be alive in a fish belly or inside water for even an hour talk more for about three days? The dead body certainly can't cry. That means part of him was somewhere else which was revealed by his story. He was in the belly of hell. Hell has various compartment and that part of hell is where he went to. His story also confirmed that it was a place of affliction. I don't know what else you want to hear. It wasn't my experience by Jonah's, narrated by him and recorded for our learning. |

Jozzy4: Jonah never died in the fish belly, He was alive praying. Jonah 2:6 "But you, O LORD my God, snatched me from the jaws of death! " NLT
@ Red , so Hell has Belly ? Answer this simple question: from where was he crying for help ... In the belly of the Fish? Isa 5:14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. The Scripture above says hell has opened her mouth. This is consistent with that of Jonah 2:6. Anything that has mouth also a belly. The vision of Mary Baxter also confirmed it. Jesus told her that hell is a woman lying on her back. Not a physical person but a spiritual one. |

Kano State Governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has been quoted as saying that Emir Muhammad Sunusi II must publicly apologise to him and the entire people of Kano State for allegedly dragging the Emirate Council into politics for the ongoing reconciliation moves to yield the desired result.
Ganduje, in his 45-paragrah response to an article, ‘Letter to Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje,’ written by one Jibrin Ibrahim in respect of the face-off between the duo, also said, “Emir Sanusi has the moral burden to withdraw all court cases he’s personally sponsoring against Kano State Government as part of reconciliation conditions.”
The rejoinder, written by the immediate-past Kano State Commissioner for Information, Mallam Muhammed Garba, on behalf of the state governor, read, “It is very important to state that for the reconciliation to yield the desired result, Emir Sanusi has the moral burden to publicly apologise to Governor Ganduje and the entire people of Kano State for dragging the revered Kano Emirate into the murky water of politics.”
It also asked the monarch to extend a hand of fellowship to the emirs of Karaye, Rano, Gaya and Bichi and demonstrate his readiness to assume his position as the Chairman of Kano State Council of Emirs.

abc115: The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Monday dismissed the petition of the Coalition for Change (C4C) against the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari in the February 23 presidential election.
This followed an application for withdrawal of the petition filed by the petitioners on June 10.
During the court session on Monday, the counsel representing Mr Buhari and the All Progressive Congress (APC), Wole Olanipekun and Lateef Fagbemi, informed the court that their clients were yet to be served with a copy of the petition.
Mr Olanipekun said at the last adjourned date, the panel had granted an application for substituted service but that up till Monday morning, the petitioners were yet to serve the processes on the first respondent.
Responding, the counsel representing C4C, Obed Agwu, informed the tribunal that an application for the withdrawal of their petition against the election of Mr Buhari was filed on Monday in court but was yet to be served on the respondents.
Following the non-objection of the application by other parties involved in the matter, the five-member panel led by Mohammed Garba accordingly granted the application and dismissed the suit.

Chrisantus (2007) and Opabunmi (2001) performed at u17 level and neither of them could make it anywhere. Iheanacho is even lucky he had a good agent that could convince Pelegrini to sign him. But he also performed well when they first signed him into man city. He scored every 93 minutes ahead of Aguero. At that level, performance is never accidental. Even the great Okocha never had that score rate at any time. For Super Eagles, he scored vital goals. Do you play football? What impact have you made? Who even knows you? tactius: Yes, state police...until we come to the matter of funding.
How many states are paying salary on a regular basis, talkless of being able to equip any police force to a point that it would be able to stand against armed herdsmen....OR EVEN armed robbers self?
Unless you want a police force made up of people holding sticks who will confront AK-47 wielding herdsmen, forget state police for now. Put pressure on your government to plan better, among other things.
Let us be honest...no state can fund state police. If Federal government is finding it diffiicult to adequately fund Nigeria police how much more states?? No money but the governors are there looting billions. It's corruption that is eating us. There is enough money to fund whatever. We just have to set our priorities right. The governors of the South South shouldn't think they will escape if the Jihad starts. For now, it's the only option. We can't be living daily in the fear of the known and unknown. The body language is very clear. The evil agenda is real. The earlier we get ready, the better for us all. |

Then we should not be independent. We should be under colonial rule. They know that state police is the only way to check the menace of the herdsmen. Even Buhari's interest is not there. It's just a way to divert attention from their evil agenda. And they will strike when it is least expected. Unless they have a better option to curb the activity of the herdsmen, then state police is the only way to go. Enough of the killings. |

olayiwola4u: Dangote is right...using smuggled goods has multiple ill effects to the economy of a country. Few that I can think of are: Adverse effect on local market- the economic transaction of local markets will decline as more people would prefer smuggled goods as they are cheaper. Thus destroying competition and growth in economy. I don't agree with Dangote. Smuggled goods can only come in when they are cheaper and better than locally made goods. Nigerians don't have good pricing policy. Prices of locally made goods are too expensive. The activities of middle men is not helping. If a bag of locally made rice cost 15k, imported rice that cost much less will find it's way in. Let's find ways to produce our goods and make them as cheap as possible, no one will bother to import. Afterall, how did Benin Republic produce theirs very cheap that it gets our patronage? |
