Well One thing you should note is Culture cannot be downplayed in our society. I interacted with a Zambian friend and we discussed on this issue " The influence of Organizational culture in the work place. We could draw similarity in the cultural environment we both operate.

The interesting thing is such act or actions have been found to be significant in leadership bonding between superiors and staffs. The few mins moment allows for conversation could either be positive for some people. Again in Nigeria its a culture which simple shows respect!!

Any some how it translate... Check it out we work in environments where they say call your boss first name over time we have discovered people tend to give their superior bosses 'call names' which they feel comfortable with.

Dipwater:

Let's assume that the movie producer portrayed yur mohammed in a very bad lite ,does it still justify the killing of an innocent man.why not target the movie makers and kill them instead of killing people that are not related to the film industry

So wat u are trying to say here is dat if a muslim for instance insults my god I shuld kill any available muslim I can lay my hands on.

And u did not show any sympathy for those that were killed u only went ahead to talk on behalf of ur mohammed
Am not a xtian neither am I a muslim I don't biliv in a god. But I value human life over whateva rubbish religion u practice.

U have to agree with me that the law of the land shuld be above the sharia law and the xtian law. Nobody or group of persons shuld be above the law of the land. Cuz we are living in world filled with different belief system.

I feel if the Islamic groups felt disrespected over what was said about their Mohammed. All they needed to do was file a complaint and request a retraction and prosecution for of the film maker. Does that not make sense?? rather than the barbaric act of killing, burning down building and resort to this blog insults angry

Is this action displayed not a prove that violence is embedded in them a contradiction of a religion of peace. Imagine someone says obama should come and tender an apology to them shocked shocked My advice he should wait grin grin Drones are on the way grin grin

ay0201: Are you in jos or have you ever been in jos? this is how crises begin, tomorrow is friday, read inbetween the lines. what a shame. I just hope the whole thing would not escalate into something else.

The more reason we need to get NYSC corpers first to military barracks as their Safe zone

Ok i just seen the link on Narialand...but content has been removed even by youtube!! you see!!! I can tell you people screaming blood have not watched this thing at all...

Please we issues we are dealing with in Nigeria!!!
Politics / Re: Muslims In Jos Protest Film On Prophet Mohammed by tucker12(m): 8:50pm On Sep 13, 2012
First, I like to ask all narialanders to please call all family, friends, brother, sisters, cousins, the list goes on who are serving (NYSC)in the Northern regions to please relocate to MILITARY BARRACKS IF POSSIBLE TONIGHT. The treat level is high and am sure we can use this medium to create a coordinated safety zone. We will be fooling our selves thinking our security agencies hmm our police( they will run for cover hmmmm we know our people) can handle what will be the outcome of volatile regions tomorrow been Friday.

Secondly. It is dishearten that soulless and wicked mindness groups indoctrinate their followers to kill in God name. I have watched with kin interest International news and read various bogs on this issue.

What is interestingly is people who say they are raged have no clue or have seen said trailer...( ask them in Liyba, Yemen, Cario, and now our niaja)
I have tried to check for the clip on youtube with no success. I can assure you 95% of the people who plan to participate in the protest in our country have not clue of the movie!! They have not seen it yet they are their minds poison to create anarchy.

Look my position is simple, Nigerian!!! we have deeper issues, than one lunatic in the US doing his thing. We have serious National issues to deal with, we have terrorist group we live with and we are yet to defeat them, we have our enraging national economic iceberg that we heading towards, we have leadership credibility, we have serial killers on the loose, we have security issues!!!! Now your tired of my story because the list is on going and your mind is piss already abi? Yet Some people are not contented with this problem, they feel they should fuel issues again.

hmmm I lacks words..... Anyway lets all implement point one of my discussion angry angry angry which is critical!!!CALL PEOPLE AND TELL THE The rest is just sentimental talk...

You missed the good of marriage He will definitely pay all that is required to enrich your family .However I can assure you the blatant words of remembrance he will use on you when the chips are down. Besides Do you think he will have regard for your family again knowing he paid to buy ohh marry a wife. Think carefully

Romance / Re: When A Girl Is 30+...and Still Single. by tucker12(m): 3:02pm On Sep 05, 2012
marvelck: When A Girl Is 30+...and still single. Though she's 30+, she still look young and feel young. And she's less bothered by what people say about her. Since she's comfortable, have a good job, a nice apartment and a fine car to go with it. And she dresses and wear things younger girls wear. Though she feels lonely atimes, especially in the night, but she consoles herself either with her BB + pinging to keep herself company, or by watching romantic movies and cuddling her teddy bears to keep herself warm. she partys alot and hang out with other girls, but it can never be like when u're with ur family (wife, husband and kids). and atimes it's fun when you're single and happy, and not under the 'chain' of any man. but the only 'comma' in all of this, is that each time she wants to hang out with other girls, she realizes that these girls are still in their 20s and she's like a aunty in their midst. since girls her age are already married...married with kids!

Hmmm I recall when a client with his friend came over to my office years back when I was worked in lag. My clients friend later called me aside and said he knew my female colleague. He simply asked is she now married? I said NO and he shaked his head and said he knew her in her youthful days. He just smiled and said nothing more.. Anyway she was around 42 then, still no show now.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Michelle Obama's Speech At DNC2012: Democratic National Convention by tucker12(m): 12:18pm On Sep 05, 2012
Breathe taking... I connected to every word of her speech. At a point, I had tears in my eyes. The reason, I thought of every Nigerian family, I thought of the wickedness and disconnect of the wives of our leaders. I thought of the arrogant life style displayed, and the goddess they have turned their world into.
I thought of how the rise to power has made the real person in them come out. I thought of reports where a woman in leadership position slaps her aides. I reflected on cities, towns, Local council, etc in Nigeria, the current degrading status. I thought of our national reps and our national senators, how they have forgotten so quickly, where they all started.
I reflected on the lost national dignity of Nigerian outside the shores of the country. How we have become so untrusted and ridiculed in foreign nations. I reflected on the hardship people go through right from primary to secondary and post-secondary and the frustration of not getting a job when they have finished schooling.
I looked are Obama wife and reflected on her speech. For once, I wondered why the disconnect of our first lady, and the wives of our leaders in Nigeria to reality One day we will have men and women that we all will be proud of. cry cry cry

The more reason you should buy toys within his age range undecided and besides you should try and reduce the the programs his watching on TV. His brain snaps all the picture images and replays them.. when left alone. Now if your not careful he only plays out the pattern of what his watching... I will suggest you reduce his TV hours and spend very constructive hours with him and then you will know if its a case of your child is naturally inquisitive or living his imagination as a result of zero companionship during his play hours.
