Its not only proving the

*but also proving that the pay slips are not doctored.
*and also explaining the bulk cash deposits in the account.

Can he prove the authenticity of the pay slips? Can he get a covering letter from his employers? For someone that earns that much, there should be slight variations in the payslip.

If he can do all these, then he can appeal but i honestly don't think he stands a good chance. Re-applying is better.

I will suggest the sam ething and I guess he applied for a visist visa too,so reapplying will be good.

It will not be good if i didnt respond to this your case.I was refused a WHM visa last November.The ECO refused my application without inviting me for any interview. They invited you because they could have likely give the Visa but maybe you werent too compose and your answers were not too convicing.


The ECO refused my application on the following grounds:
That i am yet to do my NYSC (because i graduated last Aug.
That i submitted a photocopy of my Mum bank statement(this is a blatant lie, the VAC people will not collect your application without original and photocopy)
That though my Uncle's account shows available funds for the sponsorship, the origin of this funds cannot accepted by My uncle Tax cleareance i submitted even when it was written on his sponsorship letter that he works as an executive with a bank, i was still refused.
I have appealled, but what i will want you to know is that those white punks are there refusing Visas even with all the required Documentations submitted.
My Oga's in the House will definatly help You, if u really open your eyes and your mind!

I think you guys should elaborate more on this kind of visa application with the Nigerian environment put into consideration and not what those peeps put on their official websites.I think BDHC giving the scheme a space on the application form here in Nigeria is making Nigerians to leave applying for student visa to getting the WHM visa.Or why the silence on student refusal since?
