How can the INEC be expecting Peter Obi to tender only the STATE-LEVEL Collated Results for the States they were disputing, without him tendering all the Polling-unit Results, and all Wards Collated Results, and all the LGAs Collated Results of all the States he intended to dispute..??
How could the INEC be expecting them to present some LGAs inside any state which they are disputing, and then leave out some other LGAs,, yet they were supposed to be disputing the results in the whole of the mentioned states, and including “other states”?For the Fact that he wrote “And Other States” inside his petition,, he is at liberty to dispute the whole if the 36 States and the FCT... Thus, the 11 mentioned states are sacrosanct.. Any other states he added are at his choice |

Kingjite1: Hello guys,
I am going to brief few weeks before the lockdown I joined an India factory as a casual worker for the past two years and my supervisor had a great relationship but due to changes in management the new boss and my supervisor are always in disagreement.
Majority of the period it is the India guy that is at fault always looking for a way to punish my supervisor because my supervisor is being cherished by his direct boss.
For instance, when he gives an order and the end product is bad he would deny that he never gave such order so my supervisor derive a means to checkmate him anytime he gives such order my supervisor would tell him to sign on it.
So both of them were Tom and Jerry, so he was always looking for my supervisor replacement which was kind of tough because it is very sensitive department.
So due to my relationship supervisor he has taught me alot about the job to point that i do cover dor him when he not around,so early this year the india guy and my supervisor had a heated arguement regarding a mistake cause by the india guy which attracted the india man boss so they remove my supervisor.
Later in the day i was called up was offered the role of supervisor which i decline because i consider it a betrayer to my supervisor and number two reason was that if he can treat my supervisor that way what is the guratee i won't received the same treatment.
Regardless of higher pay cause everything is not about money.
For good three days i was harass to take up the job but i stood my ground that he better sack me than to take the position then .
When he saw that i was not going to take the job my supervisor was called back to work.
After that incident the india man has been like someone pour a tank of cold water on him.
He no longer shout at workers again it just an overnight change which really suprise everyone. God bless you. You act is commendable. |
Family › Re: Have Two Baby Mamas,must I Marry Both? by TYCO77: 5:51pm On May 29, 2023 |
master2023: Good day nairalanders please pardon me, I just registered newly and I felt I should share my story,I needs your advice if am doing the right thing or not, I am from rivers, I was once married, and my marriage lasted for 5years when I lost my wife, through our 5years of marriage we didn't had anybaby but we kept on pushing and believing God someday for blessing of the womb.
we loved each other then to the extent that I didn't give room for family members to pressure to get someone else to give me children because I didn't want to break her heart, well she eventually died,I felt so bad but then I have move ahead, one year later, I saw another lady who I got attracted to, and we started going on, she knows about my history as we both discussed our past and we started dating though we only dated for few months(2) and by this time, I realised that it's wasnt the kind of person I may like to settle down with in future, so in agreement I had to beg the lady that I wouldn't want to waste her time because I didn't find her interesting and that I cannot cope.
Please note that she is nice and a wife material, but after studying her for few time, I just note that I wasn't feeling her anymore, she agreed saying that it's was better it's was early to break up than wasting her time. This was how we ended our relationship, all through our sweet moment was always in hotel and through our sexual activities we were using condom but there was one day,I had the condom buste and couldn't help it but pour inside her, but after that time we were no longer seeing each other as everyone had gone their seperate ways and my parent were aware of it, about two months later I found this new lady who currently is leaving with me ,I found her interesting and we are so cool with each other, it's was just as if she was like my late wife and we blended so fast and as if I was already seeing her as my wife already because I have never one day use condom on her, this was what I wanted.
Why we were dating just about a month to the new relationship, the previous lady we broke up together requested that she wanted us to see that she wanted to tell me something which I told her to meet me in an open place.and behold when we met she gave me the shock of my life that she had been sick until she discovered that she was pregnant, and the date tally with the period the condom busts, I was confused and didn't no what to decide because one, I had never had any child or got anyone pregnant before not to talk of terminating one's life which i can't imagine myself doing, so the lady ask me if she should terminate the pregnancy but I couldn't give answer instead I told her that for me I cannot take part in taking someone's life and that if wants to keep the baby I will take responsibility for the both but marriage is totally no go area because I already have someone in my life already, but if she wants to terminate it, I shouldn't be involved into it.. this was how she kept the pregnancy then I talked about it with my current woman and she was in support of not terminating it seeing that it's was God blessing and no one have the right to take someone's life. But somehow when my parent got to know about the news and saw the previous lady, they liked her and started pressuring me to abadom the current one and return back to the first lady since she had giving me what I couldn't get for almost 5years till death came visiting..... But I would not agree with my parent because I know what I want and I have seen it already so this caused serious issues in my family as I started to safeguide the current one who was leaving with me by relocating her to a rented apartment for fear of embarrassment because I truelly love and wanted to be with her. Then about 3weeks later, my current woman had her own pregnancy meanwhile I am the one taking the other lady for antinata clinic every time and making sure she wasn't lacking anything...so now that my main woman is pregnant also, I had to do every necessary arrangements to meet with her people to report my self with the companies of my friends and some relatives to formally do introduction ceremony with my current lady with the commitment that after she have delivered I will return back with full families for the pride price.... This was how the Jorney began. And with the help of family members who had wedge in to settle the dispute with my parents, as time goes on, my parents begin to like this current lady and I immediately relocated her back to my house and we started leaving our normal life.......soon the first baby mama delivered a bouncing baby boy, about 3months later, the one leaving with me also had her own bouncing baby boy, so far so good I have been trying my best to meet up to the demands of the first baby mama and most importantly my baby.... Because what ever I give to the one with me at home, I also give same thing to baby mama outside, I am just waiting for some months time before I will finally return to my woman parent for final bride price.....though I am very happy now, and proud to be a father to both children ... But off recent some person have come in again to pressure my parent for me to marry the two baby mamas that if I marry one,it's would be wise to marry the second one to show appreciation.... But I have tried to make them understand that doing that will create more problem for the 1st baby mama emotionally because I am not sexually attracted to her again right from when we left each other. But the pressure is giving me more concern as this is not what I want. This is the reasons why I decided to seek your advice because if I run to any relative they would support my parent saying that it's will be in my interest should incase the woman in my house is misbehaving, she would sit up knowing well that there is another wife, and there would be competition between them as they would be trying their best to be the best... Please what do you think.......I am 41, the 1st baby mama is 38 while the one with me is 33.
I am open for criticism because I know I have already fuckup in the past. Stick to your decision, marry the one you love and attracted to, do not cave in to the pressure. |

Afodot0022: Top of the day to you naira landers,
I know some of you will criticize me here for always bringing my marital issues here.
Well i believe we got lots of married responsible people here that might have gone through what i am facing through and may have one or two advice for me on how to navigate through my issues.
Some of you are unaware of my stories, i will urge you to read through my stories under my profile name and have better understanding about how it unfolded.
Now i am still struggling emotionally base on the problem am having with my wife, the disloyal, cheating and dishonesty from her ever since she got the job and get an accommodation in the barrack.
She has been a complete different person entirely and still surprise how she turned to be who she is now. well i have decided to divorce her and sent her away because she had caused me enough pains emotionally which am yet to heal from, my peace of mind and mental health is at stake and dont want to run mad because of a woman. I dont think i deserve that. .
My advice to single men and women planning to settle down soon should be very careful with the person they want to marry and know the person very well cos people do change alot when circumstances struck.
That man or woman you are so in love with now might turn out to be a beast when you later end up getting married. Marriage is a very difficult journey.
Now i and my wife are separated living apart but my two daughters are still leaving with me and with the help of my aged mom and sister, they are taking care of them and doing well.
Now am kinda confuse whether i should let the kids go stay with their mother or they should stay with me. Though she is not dragging custody with me but I realize the kids staying with me for now gives me that emotional strength and doesn't make me feel lonely, but if i take them to their mom, i might start missing them and loneliness and depression may strike being that i will be living alone.
I just want to get advice from divorced or separated men or women and even married and single here how they handle the custody part of their kids when their marriage ended, is it easy as a man to raise two girls age 5 and 6yrs and what are the issues relating to these.
As i said, i have a mom and aunt that can look after them very well and all i have to do is provide for them all they will be needing physically and financially, but i just what to be sure if am taking the right decision and wont regret taking their full custody.
pls anyone with useful advice should drop here cos am in a dilemma right now and want to get solution to my issues.
Pls sorry for the typo errors, am writing this with emotions scattered. My people has an adage that says, 'A dog trained by a woman steals egg'. A word is enough for the wise. |

South South Yenagoa is over rated. Benin too many old buildings.
South East. Umuahia is rubbish. Abakaliki is picking up compared to the last time I was there. Awka could still do better. Owerri is not that bad.
I have been to all the states in Nigeria so I am talking from experience. Umuahia township is well planned, what she needs are modern buildings, good infrastructures and sanitation. The shopping complex located at the former Ogwumabiri market should be removed or redesigned. |

I served my dear country in one of the most beautiful state in the Nigeria, (Akwa Ibom) even though I was not happy about the village I was posted for my PPA but the villagers proved to me that Akwa Ibom people are the most wonderful tribe in Nigeria when it comes to taking care of strangers and cooking the best soup
I served in 2015/2016 batch B stream II at Nkot Nseyen, ikono local Government, Akwa Ibom state and my PPA was nkot Nseyen community secondary school.
If you are privilege to serve in Nkot Nseyen village, your one year service will be full of fun and you will beg federal government to give you extra year
My experience were mostly exciting with the Akwa Ibom people and their soup, I remember I tasted periwinkle soup for the first time there but I shouted when I was unable to break the periwinkle with my teeth, I later learn how to suck it
So my fellow Nairalanders, it's NYSC is 50!!! Please tell the world where and when you served and share your little experience in one sentence

It is just like sharing the fund to all states including the FCT, but this is not what the constitution says. It stipulates that the money be shared to at least to 24 states and FCT, which entails FCT, Abuja must get a share of the fund even if some states do not get a share. If per venture, all the states got share of the cash, FCT, Abuja must as a matter of necessity get her share. |

I ve been to all the state's in Nigeria as a former commercial driver. I ve been driving till last year when I decided to settle down on the business I now operate..
Of the six geopolitical regions, southwest remains the least developed outside Lagos and very few areas in Ogun. These few areas in Ogun are those bordered with Lagos or those areas Lagos has been for decades trying to annex. Outside these few areas and Abeokuta, Ogun remains very underdeveloped and look more like a farming area with very poor looking inhabitants especially the indigenes of those areas. Non indigenes appear much more prosperous. The Ogun state experience replicates experiences of the other south western states like Osun, Ondo, Ekiti and Oyo. An ancient area like Oyo is expected to be more developed, yet it still has some structures and monuments from 19th century even in the capital Ibadan. There are presence of rusted, Brown roofing sheets covering many residential buildings. Ekiti itself remains the least developed with many of the districts appearing like farm settlements.
I think south westerners have focused much more on Lagos to the detriment of the other south western states. It is high time these politicians that run these states are held accountable for their absolute failure in representation Ethnicity bias aside this is naked truth. |

Family › Re: My Dad's Friend Willed 90% Of His Properties To His Daughters And Not His Son by TYCO77: 7:31pm On Apr 25, 2023 |
IyaebeTheGreat: My Dad's friend and his family are in a mess now as the second wife (now ex) sued him over willing more than 90% of his properties and other valuable possessions to his first and second daughter.
It started long ago when he got married to his first wife(now ex) who had two daughters for him, they were childhood lovers and they lived perfectly.
However trouble started when he got a job in portharcourt and he met this other woman who came for IT , he discovered this woman is from our home town and he got more attracted and decided to keep her as a mistress, but the woman wanted more.
So, the affairs started over there and she was practically living with him while the wife stayed back home. Soon information started reaching his wife about this other woman but the wife always discard such information saying her husband isn't such type of person.
When the same information keeps reaching her, she decided to pay him an impromptu visit and boom she met this other woman there already acting as a wife, she confronted the husband and he told her he intends marrying her as his wife, she got angry and left back to base(home town).
When this other woman came home, she informed this man that she was beaten up by his wife's mother and siblings when she was passing by their house ( it was all lies) and the husband came home and arrested his wife (her 1yr old baby was in the cell with her as well), her mother and all her siblings and further went ahead to marry the other woman.
It was so messy that divorce was the only option they had left, he also forcefully took her two daughters from her and they were now under the care of the new wife. That was how the other woman became his wife and had three children for him( a boy and two girls).
After several years, the children are all grown, he gave them the best training and he endured so much bad behavior from this second wife to save face not until he caught her with charms inside a sack of garri that was sent to her by her mother and that was the last action that led to their separation. He married another woman making it the third one.
The third woman came and couldn't conceive because the second woman made a vow that as long as she remained married to her husband, she'll never bear children. Till today the third woman never had any child but she remained in her marriage childless.
Now, this man has come of age and decided to have a will on all his properties and other possessions. Surprisingly he willed over 90% of his properties and all other possessions to his first two daughters from his first wife leaving his only son from the second wife with only a landed property.
The second wife got hint of this and vow to deal with him by all means. She has sued him to court and involved his kinsmen but this man insists that that's the only compensation he can give to the first wife who never offended him in any way and maintained that he's not going back on his decision.
As at now family and friends are on his neck to have a change of decision considering the fact that his only son is very responsible and does not portray any form of threat or irresponsibility but he's obviously not listening and maintained that nothing can make him change his decision.
Please is he right with such drastic decision?
Is there sense in willing almost all you posses to a female child who will take such inheritance to another family?
How best will you handle such type of situation? What did you call that document, 'WILL' of course, that is his wish, choice and prerogative and it stands, if you holds a thing against that may be you could correct it in your own very will. After all the male child will also invite a lady from another family to enjoy it. I think what happened is that the man has realized that right from the onset he was manipulated, what could not have being came to existence. |

Reminderz: I'm telling you show me the words of Jesus himself where he said he's God... you're telling me the words of other people... and the last quote where he said he and is father was one, he was speaking metaphorically... is just like saying your father that gave birth to you are in the same in the terms of if someone wishes to give your father something, if he's not around, they can give it to you.. which simply means if they've seen you, it is believed they've seen your father because they know you will deliver the message to them... you and your father are two different people physically and literally... he was speaking metaphorically not literally... Jesus later clarified this when he said His Father, which is God is greater than him and also greater than all in John 10v29, John 14v28 and the likes... just like when Moses and Abraham was alive, they were the truth which the people follow
if you interpret all the words that Jesus said in the literal meaning then you'll be on the wrong side of the track, he spoke some words metaphorically, while some in probables and some literally... and again, I told you to show me the words of Jesus himself where he said he's God or where he ordered you to worship him? or where he said that he's your personal lord and saviour...don't beat around the bush The phrase “the Father is greater than I” (John 14:28) was spoken by Jesus during the upper room discourse, and the greater context is the promising of the Holy Spirit to the disciples after Jesus’ resurrection. Jesus says repeatedly that He is doing the Father’s will, thereby implying that He is somehow subservient to the Father. The question then becomes how can Jesus be equal to God when by His own admission He is subservient to the will of God? The answer to this question lies within the nature of the incarnation. During the incarnation, Jesus was temporarily “made lower than the angels” (Hebrews 2:9), which refers to Jesus’ status. The doctrine of the incarnation says that the second Person of the Trinity took on human flesh. Therefore, for all intents and purposes, Jesus was fully human and “made lower than the angels.” However, Jesus is fully divine, too. By taking on human nature, Jesus did not relinquish His divine nature—God cannot stop being God. How do we reconcile the fact that the second Person of the Trinity is fully divine yet fully human and by definition “lower than the angels”? The answer to that question can be found in Philippians 2:5-11. When the second Person of the Trinity took on human form, something amazing occurred. Christ “made himself nothing.” This phrase has generated more ink than almost any other phrase in the Bible. In essence, what it means is that Jesus voluntarily relinquished the prerogative of freely exercising His divine attributes and subjected Himself to the will of the Father while on earth. Another thing to consider is the fact that subservience in role does not equate to subservience in essence. For example, consider an employer/employee relationship. The employer has the right to make demands of the employee, and the employee has the obligation to serve the employer. The roles clearly define a subservient relationship. However, both people are still human beings and share in the same human nature. There is no difference between the two as to their essence; they stand as equals. The fact that one is an employer and the other is an employee does nothing to alter the essential equality of these two individuals as human beings. The same can be said of the members of the Trinity. All three members (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) are essentially equal; i.e., they are all divine in nature. However, in the grand plan of redemption, they play certain roles, and these roles define authority and subservience. The Father commands the Son, and the Father and the Son command the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the fact that the Son took on a human nature and made Himself subservient to the Father in no way denies the deity of the Son, nor does it diminish His essential equality with the Father. The “greatness” spoken of in this verse, then, relates to role, not to essence. |

tinsel: A Federal High court in Abuja had restrained INEC from tampering with the declaration of Binani as the governor elect. The federal high court should as well issue certificate of return to her. Maybe the court will issue her certified true original copy of the C.O.R. Honestly, the judiciary is one of the problems we have in Nigeria |
