Not just this one. Majority of them really. Over the years when i look at military and police officers brutalising civilians, carrying guns with an arrogant swagger of grandeur, in most cases when i look at the individual officer it is clear to me that without a gun i destroy most of them easily in a physical fight. They are just ordinary mortals like everyone else. The guns make them feel like super heroes. phorget: |
Why are the mods of Nairaland allowing this kind of sham picture to be published on the site? Do they not have any sense of respect or shame? |
Why is the OP being mischievous by describing BCS as a "Christian Religious Organisation"? |
The things Nigerian youths will do to trend! Smh |
You'd think that someone that has the boldness to commit such crime in public, would have some kind of supernatural power to fend off the people that would inevitably try to apprehend and subdue him. But see how he was easily held without resistance. Some slaps will even land on his face. Mtcheeew! Mumu. |
Thanks for your enlightenment, but look at those pics much intently - are you sure that's not ringworm? The pic of his torso - I think 100℅ that's ringworm. But I admit the other pics look like tinea versicolor because the patches are lighter than surrounding skin. Or maybe the OP actually is infected with the two skin conditions. shosky1794: |
Nothing in this life disgusts me like the ineptness, stupidity and outright unwillingness to progress that the leadership of Nigeria exhibit. In which other country on this earth will someone that stole billions of Naira not spend time locked up in prison? This one was sentenced to 6 months in prison with the option of 3.5 million naira fine!!! What type of a spell is holding us back? This is unbelievable!!! |
You should have done a better job with the picture if you want to increase your chance of getting the best advice. You should have zoomed in on the shot and give several shots of different areas of the kids body - (if the rashes or blisters are all over the body) Anyway i suspect it's HFM disease. |
Are you in the medical field? Mercychen: |
What type of a dummy are you? Why did you not pay the interest? Smh |
Chai! Why have our youth become so vain? What type of pressure, pain or humiliation was she suffering that pushed her to risk her health or life to undergo the gruelling surgery? If she wasn't ashamed to be on the widely watched show and expose her very flat body, then why could she not live her life post show in peace? |
Right from my sec skool days up to growing older I always found it a bit odd to be discussing or cooing with my friends about how handsome another man is. But the day I saw RMD in the flesh at a hotel lobby many years back, I was surprised at how his good looks sort of froze me for a moment. I figured he looks far more handsome than he appears on TV. Right from then on I decided it's okay to talk about stuff like that as long as I am not over doing it. |
I do not dispute your points about Akwacross not being feasible. But in reality why are you even telling him all that. I find it bizarre that he brought that up at all. The separation of Akwa Ibom and cross river was the most important, necessary and progressive occurrence that happened to the benefit of both states. And his comment also makes me wonder why he thinks that if igbos secede it means other regions will want to secede and form their own alliance. Smh. Some people are just sort of deluded. poiZon: |
Nope! I am not crying more than the bereaved. I am far from a "one nigerianist", and I find it disingenuous that you are asking what Igbos will lose if they cut off from Naija. Smh And you have conveniently not discussed my biggest points in my post which is - "why Ohaneze Ndigbo are warring amongst themselves in this critical times when the should be charting a united front?" That is what I want to discuss with you. I am not worried if Igbos leave or not. That's up to them. Biafrarep: |
Imagine a sectional leader of Ohaneze Ndigbo. Mtcheew! The disease of the rotten leaders of this country plague every tribe, ethnic group, party and creed. Imagine in this day and age of anarchy and uncertainty in the land Ohaneze cannot even unite under one umbrella. How can they have the impetus to achieve goals to the benefit of their region when they are warring in their own group? As for this infantile and ill thought agitation of this group or any other group of igbos demanding to cut away from Naija, sometimes I wonder if they are well informed or educated as to the adjustments, negotiations, resettlement, forfeitures, ejections etc that take place in the case of a region of a country cutting off to go on their own? They should think about all the eventualities involved, and do proper planning and weigh their options before making their move to leave Nigeria if not it will be the greatest disaster for them. |
It's bad enough that anyone should ever use the BRT lane, but I've always felt that any person caught violating the BRT lane with a speed of anywhere from 70km and above should be thrown in jail for anywhere for at least 10 years even if they don't kill a pedestrian. It is totally insane and criminal for someone to be speeding at 70km and above on the BRT lane. |
This barbaric and primitive vice where the masses always thirst to beat, maim and kill criminal suspects - even those that have committed the pettiest of crimes is just sad. |
Our youth now have veered into the point of no return where they just go online to post any imaginary story that comes to their head so as just to trend. Seeing the comments, likes, shares etc, is like a shot of highness directly to their body via their vein. Smh |
I have often wondered why the often catastrophic explosions at sites of criminal acts associated with petroleum products like illegal refineries and stealing from oil pipelines does not deter the masses from continuing in those acts. They keep on stealing from pipelines and illegally refining crude. Meanwhile that person that blamed the multinationals is so dumb. Is it the multinationals operate the illegal refineries? When a people cannot own up to their shortcomings there can never be a positive change. |
This your post I don't know if it was motivated mostly by the urge for you to post something and trend, or by being deeply concerned about the sex tape phenomenon. However I think you are just raising unnecessary dust on this issue. Sex tape issue is the least of the problems plaguing christiandom or the society as a whole today. As a Christian, once you guide your ward on the issues of sexual immorality it is okay. It's left for them to carry on. A lot of people even amongst so called practising Christians will search for the tape and watch it. Even you the poster, I wholly believe you have watched it. So why the whining about it? |
The second picture wan kil me ooo! ![]() And I think that's some kind of photoshop work done on his mouth to make it look more damning. WibusJaga: |
The desperation to sound cool and trend has been steadily consuming our youth and their sense of reasoning for the past decade so much so that I wonder if there is hope for recovery. What is the point of entering the Uber when she drove there? If she has a car and he doesn't - so what? People should go into relationships with awareness of why they are there and what they want. We don't know the true financial status of the guy. What if he has more money than her? What if he doesn't? If she cannot date him because he has no car she should find her way out. And the OP sef is one of today's youth that are desperate to trend by all means, because the topic is quite dumb imo. There is nothing in her action that screams "wife material". Mtcheew! |
It was at the big burial at Oba that it was known that Kanayo hangs out often with this crew, and for me he always seems like sort of the odd one out. Like he's trying too hard. |
That's called a "Barn Owl". |
Ye ye ye ye....... see your mouth. You think it's by your power? There are countless hardworking, motivated and great people that desire to do so but won't. It's not your call. Things could fall into place or not for you to be able to achieve that. You saying you will build such doesn't mean it will happen Frenzy01: |
You are a big mumu for posting this kind of story without pictures to support. You can't talk about all that experience without posting pics as proof that you have actually entered several palatial homes as you claim. I don't even doubt you, but if you don't have pics then shut up! Ndubuisipaul1: |
Person go enter Internet go take random hunting pics claim say na Nairalander shoot the deer. Mtcheew! |
It's important for you to know that handling or being around this tortoise exposes you to the risk of Salmonella poisoning. So you better be wise, reduce handling and wash your hands thoroughly often as long as you keep it. Meanwhile in which type of terrain in your house sef? You leave in a thick bush area? Lastly I hope you are posting pictures really from your yard? Because I know guys of nowadays in social media age will make false claims and post anything just to trend. |
You don't understand the gist of my comment. Our currency in basically garbage presently, as it's been on a free fall since early 2020. Which means that considering the fact the stadium is in SA, it was very unnecessary to state the figure in Naira, as our currency is a very u reliable barometer to use as a gauge for comparison of a large dollar sum. You should have just used the dollar equivalent. TMKsouth: |
Nigeria learning from which people? You and your ilk are part of the problem of this country. Despite the unmatched and historic levels of fiscal fraud and corruption going on under your nose all through your entire existence in this country, you go around in denial or maybe even blissful ignorance of the tragic degeneration of Nigeria. Which kind of ignorant person will even insinuate that South Africa is more corrupt than Nigeria? smh BCASH: |
What is the logic for the OP using the naira equivalent in the headline report? Do you just want to show us that you know about currency converting? it doesn't make sense, and Nigerian's and the rest of the world are already aware of how our currency today is close to worthless. You could have used the dollar equivalent rather which is around 1 million dollars. No need to unnecessarily use our worthless Naira exchange. |
Wow! Fred got old! He even looks older than his older sis ........ assuming that's her recent pic Niece: |
