olrotimi:I am not an economist but is it not easy to agree that the only way out of this power problem is privatisation. Federal government owned institutions in Nigeria is a joke. Nitel et al have shown us that. We would still be reeling under telecommunication problems if the sector was not thrown open. Competition always breeds efficiency or else U are squeezed out of the equation. Increasing the cost of power consumption in Nigeria might be a problem for Nigerians but that problem would be readily diluted out if power is delivered at least 18 to 20 hours a day. Do U know how much is lost everyday due to lack of power supply? ![]() |
Femi is a gem Yeah, right!!! And I am the Captain of the Brazilian team ![]() As for his age, well lets just say believe whatever u want. We all know the truth Matter of fact is that the only Nigerian Eaglet team that had players actually closer to the official age was the trinidad and tobago team assembled by EguaveonI totally agree with open camp policy. However, open camp policy does not mean a one -goal -policy. It should be based strictly on merit and current form. Why do U think that Odejayi is better than this Enyimba's striker who is banging in the goals both in the league and in the African's champions league. Cos Odejayi plays in the Championship and scored a goal against Chelsea How is he any better than the highest goal scorer in Belgium right now? Why is Joseph Akpala not benefiting from the open camp policy when he has been banging the goals all season. Until someone explains to me why these guys whu have been finding the back of the net consistently were ignored and Kayode who just scored a goal against Chelsea (first goal since about 26 matches) was picked over them, I would still be questioning his inclusion. |

Hi Muki |
Eto'o has not done much this season. I would prefer Bakary Kone (based on current performances) |
1st joke -Well he preferred to spill his blood rather than spill his whisky |
@ iice Why did You not point out that the poster recieved some tongue lashing as a response to his post @ topic A girl giving u her number does not neccessarily mean she wants to be third degree'd . She might give her number to u without hesitation. But when it comes to giving the precious, na dat time u go know say khaki no be leather ![]() |
tngtech:Yeah, thats the dilemma right there. But I believe he gave his e mail address ![]() |
tngtech:Or it means that he does not want to display the details on a public forum ![]() |
4 Him:Thanks but no thanks. I have my own subscription Good luck with ur targets and let me know when u start paying spousal support. Would always wanna help a brother in need ![]() |
debosky:Y am I not suprised ![]() |
Kind of funny how AG metamorphosized from the CLUELESS ONE to the SPECIAL ONE. Football can be funny at times ![]() |
Congrats, guys. All the best in Moscow. In my opinion , Man Utd has pretty much wrapped up the league but it would be nice if they are denied the CL. |

chisimdi:lol I know a couple of very good looking guys that are really nice. I have come across some "not too good looking" guys that are complete dicks So what gives? |
I guess I see ur point. U are afraid that people who claim they are nice always have something to hide. Might be true. Might also be false. It depends on the individual in question. There are also some guys that carry with them a bad boy persona but deep down they are very docile and accomodating. It swings both ways. So U see, maybe u should stop judging a book by its cover. Get to know the person first before passing a judgement. |
SexxyNaija:lol You seem to have been blessed with the uncanny ability of meeting an odd collection of men. ![]() And I think that there is a difference between being nice and being clean. I think the problem here is more of hygeine than attitude. |
@ Ify Did u just modify ur post I was about to quote the "YIM ME NOT" part ![]() |
@ ow11 Exactly!!!! They keep on comparing Agboola (and Amokachi ![]() Any player in a team that is at the right place at the right time can score a goal. Now doing that consistently is what makes one a striker. In my book, a goal in 20 games in the Championship is not one of the characteristics of a striker. Heck, a defender can boast of that statistics too. I bet Taiye Taiwo gets more than that in Marseilles and he is not a striker. If we want to introduce new players, lets even start with the highest goalscorer in the Nigerian league, the highest goal scorer in the African champions league , the highest goal scorer in the Belgian league. Last time I checked , they were all Nigerians. In any case, I hope I am wrong about this and this Kayode turns out to be another yeking cos we are seriously in need of one. Going by his ststistics, it does not look likely. |
