If there's money, I think it's advisable to purchase a laptop/computer in the house. That's what my dad did before he kicked the bucket. This will afford you the opportunity to monitor what the girl child watches or does on the system that's been made available for her (same as the male child), she'd also be able to carry out projects, research, read and do assignments via that as well. If a computer is gotten, a small phone can first be bought for her in primary or junior secondary school for security reasons. There could also be a phone stationed permanently at home.
If it's a phone that browses and there's no computer, perhaps age 15 and there should be restrictions as to the usage of the said property.
Regardless, I am of the opinion that one can purchase a phone for the girl child if one deems her mature enough to make right decisions.

I do not suffer from this but here are some things I do;
1- I brush twice daily. Morning after breakfast (sometimes before breakfast and at night after dinner.
2- I brush my tongue real good.
3- I ensure I also brush my upper and lower palates and down to where my uvula (what that dangling thing in your mouth that helps your swallow and speak is called). Every region of my teeth isn't left out as well as my Lingua frenulum and the areas around it.
4- I only eat garlic at night if I must.
You can visit the doctor for routine check ups.
Make use of mouth spray, eat mint chewing gum, watch your diet.
Some diys can also fix this if it isn't from bad oral practices.
