This looks like eczema to me.
I sometimes suffer from it and it used to be so bas in the past that I'd have recurring eczema.
The last time I had eczema was in may when my finger almost fell off (got chopped). I was given some drugs and I reacted to one of them, next thing was eczema all over my face (never had it all over prior to that time, it'd be just around my mouth). The things I did:
1- I exfoliated every day with a mixture I made myself which consisted of sugar, dongoyaro (neem) oil that I made myself, a tiny bit of coconut oil (since it sometimes clogs my pores), a little bit of black soap, turmeric and cinnamon powder, 2 drops of cod liver oil, 2 drops of tea tree oil and one pH balancing acid laidat that is not easily gotten (you can leave that. I would then mix and apply on my face, leave for some minutes and then scrub my face gently and wash off with lukewarm water. I made this combo everyday (I didn't make one that'd last more than that day because I wanted to avoid it getting contaminated).
2- I used a good cleanser after having my bath then I'd add some drops of rosewater to a cotton wool and apply on my face
3- I mixed the oils and Shea butter and applied as my face and body cream day and night. You can add more oils (carrot oil, argan oil, JBCO etc) to but the cream and the exfoliating scrub.
4- I drank enough water daily.
5- I ensured I changed my pillowcases every 2-3 days.
These things worked for me and I started to see results after few days.

Omg, I stayed in the barrack for over a year and many military men are so promiscuous!!! Do you know how some of them go about sleeping with anything in skirt? As a corps member, I knew I had to stand my ground because I was very sure corper come, corper go but officers/soldiers go remain. They themselves know, that's why they have many children wherever some of them go.
I do not want to go into details about what I witnessed in the barracks for some reasons but know that some military personnel are more promiscuous than their wives. Chai! I don't want to recount those days o.
My military friends even gisted me about some men they knew who had over 20 kids, always leaving offsprings wherever they went. Thank God for being strong-willed and the fact that I served with the then commanding officer of a battalion and they knew not to even try nonsense with me, they would have disturbed me more than they did.

Autochick4u, I know the likelihood of you being female is about 70% and I have my reason for saying that (unless the said guy has strong evidences to prove otherwise). As much as everyone needs help and it isn't bad asking for one, I strongly suggest that you learn from this, pull yourself together and save your face by doing everything possible to earn a living and when finances are not sufficient, start from the people around you whom you know might be able to help you.
The first thing I do when I am in need is to pray, and God has been faithful and true to His word, He sends help through family members and sometimes through people I don't even know (strangers) but one thing is that it's starts from me knowing what I want and doing the best I can to get them. Someone recently laughed at me (a guy) and said it's not possible to get help from men without sleeping with them when I told him God has a way of coming through for me.
Furthermore, I think you should tone down on the 'pity-me' way you write, more importantly by reducing the 'me, my child and baby daddy' threads you create. I know you need help but I say this because I only do not want people using you. Some will see it as an act of desperation and use that to want to manipulate you or have their way with you. You have to be concerned about the your safety and that of your child as there exist dangerous people here on Nairaland as well as in the real world.
