Get physicaly active (climb stairs,avoid lifts,walk a lot cut on rides,do lots of chores around the house ie bend,clean everything.Its all exercise.and reduce carbohydarate intake, Start by skipping heavy lunch.Take fruit instead.
I am trying to add weight.Maybe we can change.

Okay what I have seen in many cases especially us ladies ,we prophess christianity during the day but in secret we are just something else.
I always think its a desperate attempt to make a guy like you since there's always the stereotype u know.People think the church gal is less corrupt but the shock comes later.

After all theres diffrent kinds of love.The love of God (Agape) has its place.Then the love for for each other (Eros) has its place too.

By me saying christianity has been corrupted I mean people use it as cover for their evil deeds. Instead of it being a lifestyle people use it at their convinience.

Why did you choose to announce your birthday by the way? you know men rarely do tht.

Everything we do has consequences. Some are visible like ur friend's while some arent.
He has to deal with the consequences of his actions if he's a real man.
To hell with his intergrity and status.He should have put all tht into consideration before making her pregnant.
This is a baby here not some 'thing' So he must take full responsibility as a man.That will even make him more honourable than neglecting the gal and the baby.
Ask him to look beyond 'now'. What would happen to that so called integrity if the lady shows up years later with a 5 year old child? say on his wedding day infront of evrybody hes trying to please now??
You know he doesnt have to marry her.Infact tht would be the greatest mistake cz he just doesnt love her!! thts sad.
That would be like a trap marriage and doomed to fail.
All he can do is accept to care for that baby and he has to let his family be aware of that. It will be shocking at first but hey its already happened!!
If he can kindly explain to her his reasons for nt marrying her it would be better but he cant run away from tht responsibility.
Lastly tell him his situation is not unique.it happens all the time.

From the start of this thread I was in favour of prenup.I took the opposing side becoz all of you men were for prenup.There was no opposition and thats why i kept asking why 'we' women are shying from this thread.Its good to act silly at times,rub smbody the wrong way in order to get the reaction. Thts why I came up wth post nup even though I knew I would go nowhere with it. tht was very easy to tell from the flimsy excuses i was trying to give. I  mean you came out guns blaring and that is exactly what I wanted.I learnt smthing too.

I guess it will depend on wht school of thought you both subscribe to after all the tradition of giving a ring for marriage engagement originated from Judaism that was originally a golden nose ring.
There are traditional ways,religious ways and the modern. Soo,it up to both of you.
