Please How can I join this group. I'm headed to Ontario too. Triplezero50: Hi. Thank you for doing this. There's a group of us planning to settle in Ontario very soon, by God's grace. We are already at the tail end of the wait, hopefully VFS opens soon and we move. Since you asked us to suggest a date and time, we will not mind having this zoom meeting next Sunday, June 14th, at 6pm. Don't know what others here may suggest. Whatever date and time is finally picked will be fine. Once the link and final schedule is available, I will share it with the rest of the group. I'm sure there are lots of questions we want to ask you. I will be posting some of them subsequently. Let me ask the group about this and revert. Again, thank you!
PS: We wouldn't mind you joining us in the group as it was created to get landed folks to help us with much needed info, clarity, and advice. We already got it going and so far, it's been great. We hope to keep the momentum going and pay it forward to those coming behind us after we land too. Let me know what you think please. |

OINP is particular about POF that can be liquidated immediately. Pension letter will not state that and you may very well get an ADR for that AyabaS: Hello house,
Been waiting for ITA since October when scores went crazy. OINP came through yesterday and I'm going for it . The thing is my documents have been ready since last year and are addressed to CIC. Will these suffice or do I have to get the documents again addressed to Ontario specifically?
Also, the plan is to augment POF with 25% of my pension which I believe is acceptable for EE, PNP i'm not so sure. Anyone knows if OINP accepts pension as POF? |

Wow! That means that they have increased their rate o. Unbelievable! In December I still got charged 267CAD Saintee2009: Guys... I paid using sterling bank card but I was surprised at the rate. I was charged 357k+ for 1270 CAD (That's around 281/CAD)... I was confused o because I was expecting a much better rate. The stress of getting the card nko. |

DaddyNimo: it's really annoying how unilag is delaying this program, it should have begun in the month of Oct....let one be tru with it on time and be on the pool with 485. I recommend you write BCS in March instead and get your result in June. I did this program and I regret it. |

Please how does one raise CSE in this case? She mentioned that there was no web form relating to this situation. Thanka Tina26: raise CSE to inform them. You don't know where ones phone number or email might pop up. Its costs nothing to inform them. |

Good morning all,
I ask this question on behalf of someone on this journey and not a part of this thread. Here goes!
She has a paid employment and a side hustle that started a couple of years ago. The side hustle is a fashion design thing. She earned some money from it and also set up Facebook and Instagram pages. However, it was more of a hobby because during to the full time job and unreliable tailors, her service was epileptic
Now, she has submitted her EE application without any mention for the fashion design thing. She has also deactivated and unlike her social media media profiles. A basic Google search will not bring up any relationship between her and the side hustle. Should she be worried about her application not mentioning the fashion thing?
Thank you |

Congrats! Dennyjuff: Hello everyone, and mothers hoping to get their visa.. I got mine less than a week ago and I felt I should come back here to tell my success story and encourage someone because this thread really helped me a lot. I’ve been to US twice, and my husband thrice but this time we wanted medical visa for me, and normal B1/B2 visa for him.. I was on NL almost everyday reading about other people’s experience. So this is how my interview went
Vo : good morning Us : good morning Vo : why do you want to go to the US My husband : me for vacation Me : for me, we want to have our baby there Vo : oh really wen is the baby due.. me : xxxx date Vo : when do you intend traveling Me : xxxx date Vo : what do u do Me : I’m a blah blah blah Vo : turns to husband where do U work Him : xxxx Vo : tell me about what you do for them Him : xxxxxxxxxxxx VO was just listening and nodding Vo : So u earn xxxx amount monthly ? Husband : yes Vo to me : have you made any payment to any doctor in the US? Me : no I haven’t Vo : do you have your doctor’s correspondence Me : yes I do... I gave him the correspondence, my letter of appointment and my hospital bill. Vo : scrolls through them and asks do you have a budget sheet for all your expenses? Me : hands them over Vo : do you have your bank statements? Husband : hands them over (statement for dorm account and for naira account) Vo: where did this amount come from (referring to a bulk payment in the dorm account) Husband : whenever I get my inflow, I use it for xxxxx so I just got the value back and converted them to USD and put it back there. Vo : *checks for inflow and nods* Vo : do you have other children Husband : yes a cute boy .. our first child Vo : has any of you been denied visa to any country lately Husband : yes I was denied my Canadian visa some days after I applied for my US visa so I cudnt indicate it in my application at the time Vo : tell me about why u were denied Husband : they said I don’t have enough strong ties and that’s funny to me because my wife and kid is here and I’ve travelled to other countries and I always come back as at when did I don’t know why they’d think I’m not coming back.. but I reapplied 3 days after Vo : *goes ahead to type plenty plenty things* Vo : okay. I wish you good luck in your travels *tears some small pink paper and says we should proceed to pay the reciprocity fee* And then he says let me give you a word of advice Don’t go to any hospital that would offer you discounts because they say you’re self pay it will come back to haunt you in the future. And next time when you’re applying, you will be asked for your receipts.. also, when travelling , go with all these documents you provided here .. you may need them at the point of entry. We said okay.. thank you so much and proceeded to pay —- I wish everyone Goodluck.. and thanks to this thread, I went prepared knowing the documents they’d ask for. And of course Gods grace had a huge part to play. |

Pls I sent you a PM. Homextras: Hello House, many thanks for the advise. I found solution to my challenge. So i did a recomputing of my CRS score, and found out that my real age gave me my present crs score. It then occurred to me that while I was answering the questions that will validate my express entry profile, after receiving ITA, I made the mistake. So I simply discovered that I can modify family information, and this was where I corrected the error in age. After doing that, my update form was now showing my real age, as previously entered while completing my express entry profile. So I didn't decline the ITA.
Thanks for the divergent advises. God bless and answer our heart desires. |

Yes you can. Someone I know did upfront medical with Qlife just yesterday. You don't have to wait for ITA PLSHELEP: No vex o. I'm only here to learn more.
Can i schedule a medical appointment without ITA? CRS is 473
if yes, which of the medical facilities as Q life says ITA must be provided.
Thanks |
