with the rate at which fast food chains are springing up everywhere serving "FAT" as food ,have you ever wondered what it would be like to set up a restaurant/diner all over Nigeria(delivery or eat-in) that can cater for only vegetarians,people who are trying to shed or control their weight,nursing mothers who need to stick to a particular diet in order to either shed weight while breast feeding or recovering from an illness/surgery, etc.
ofcourse these are meals that will be served fresh on request and supervised by an in-house nutritionist,and tailored to the needs of the customer/client.
