naaahhhhhhh, the check doesnt do it for me, |
its PURE madness it's supposed to be a mere grocery store, but each time i go there shopping i see girls in thier 6 inches stillettos trying to grab attention , and loitering around. |
this is hilarious, guys are still fooling themselves , what makes you think that the pregnancy is yours even after you're married ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha listen to this story, MTN recently had thier staff and thier family registered for a small fee under the UNIC health programme at designated hospitals (this entitled them to certain free medical treatments and checkups)including blood group tests well it happened that after the tests , almost half of their staffs including the big ogas in the office, were fathering someone else's child. so the registeration was stalled and abandoned eventually. 2 reasons 1. the wives would not come forward for consultation 2. doctors didnt want ''wahala' between the couples in other words , BREAK THE NEWS , BREAK THE MARRIAGE. |
hi everyone, i know people go in for IVF and other ways inorder to get pregnant or or just having multiple pregancy. so i ask,are there any special diets or things that help boost fertility in a man or woman especially when you desire multiple pregnancy.(twins, triplets etc) |

OMG! its so cute!! compliment that with a nice clutch, and you're all dooled up for the evening, hmm, lovely pair. @Gamine where do you often find these nice shoes, they are gorgeous! and i can tell you have a really good tast when it comes to shoes. |
hi Y'all, this is quite cool,am Uzo hitched to an amazing english guy, been to the UK a couple of times but most times i like it here in nigeria,i love the fact that we can just come here and talk like girlfriends do, i love everything fashion from home to personal makeover, music , having friends come over for parties, baking, fun outing or just shopping and checking out new stuffs with friends even on nairaland you should read this thread on FASHION ''confessions of a shoe maniac'' its cool too. i have a really great sense of humour and enjoy very good rib cracking jokes. well, nice meeting Evept. oh, did i mention , shhhh i love watching "american" movies,( my hubby hates to hear that ha ha ha ha ) |

hi everyone , still have the Avent sterilizer for sale , interested? send email for pics. uzokk@yahoo.com |
swing is still available, |
well, some still hang around the road side, while some trade from home, you know, they contact thier customers by phone whenever they have new items when i came back i had to find some numbers from my old sim card in order to get in touch with some curtain dealers, from the market And they did everything at my place. it was tough, considering the PHCN factor. |
well if you're a girl and you're 6ft tall and above then your only saviour is Gap. i shop at Gap,basically because thats the only store where i can find the right in-seam pants for my length. the rest just make you feel you're putting on a pair of Micheal Jackson's pants , with the white socks if you know what i mean. |
@HR.Hotness i feel you dear, tejuosho market has been levelled to dust and stones as we speak , i couldnt believe my eyes when i got there. the market was set ablaze last christmas, and since then , they've pulled the entire structure down. |
i quite disagree with you SEYI-BROWN, with the current situation in southafrica (killing of immigrants),no where is safe anymore there are so many countries where industrialisation is booming and yet its regarded as "unsafe" well i forgot to add POWER SUPPLY .its another reason why manufacturing companies cant be succesful here, it hinders a lot of thing . create a good climate for industrialisation , and watch manufacturing companies start coming into the country. |
, thanks winnteam |
thanks aeon. lets take this to yahoo, so we can talk more, uzokk@yahoo.com |
it beats me! i cant stand it , it just drives me crazy. i cant wait for them to catch up with the rest of the world (bollywood ,hollywood) |
pls could you also send me details of available plots particularly the ones located in an estate,in that area too uzokkatyahoodotcom |
hi, this is quite interesting , i live around eleganza area and i havnt quite been to that alpha beach/okun ajah area where i hear construction is booming right now. @aeon my folks are looking to relocate from the mainland soon, do you have a plot of land that is located in an estate anywhere around chicken republic round about area (lekki -epe express way) all the way down to chevron axis . thats how far they can go, not exceeding OLUWANISOLA ESTATE. if you do , pls post a reply here.(prices , title , location etc) |
@ LIFTEDONE i havnt been to that area , my sister has a flat in an estate on that road that has an english name. once you turn off the road from the express way the road leading straight to the beach is so bad especially during the rainy season her ML got stuck one time, she decide to lease it. i cant remeber the name of the street but it was marketed in the uk by one mr Salami its called Admiralty homes,(10mins walk to the beach , good roads ,5 mins drive to shoprite bla bla bla and she fell for it and bought ) so tell me how can i be convinced to buy in the same area, but from what you say ,its worth taking a look at,then we can negotiate on the price. by the way are these lands located in an estate, or just by the road side. |
hi there was an arguement amongst friends that 40% of road accidents in nigeria are caused by women 30% public buses, lorries, etc. and the other 30% okada riders, and unlearned drivers who didnt bother to go to driving school or learn codes and instructions meant for the road. |
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA EVER SINCE I SAW THIS POST I HAVE BEEN LAUGHING FOR THE PAST 3 HRS, GUYS THIS SHOULD GO TO THE JOKES SECTION , PLS PLS HA HA HA HA HA HA FIRST OF ALL I THINK OBALINE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING , SO GUYS ,HE'S NOT A DUMB POSTER, HE JUST DOESNT WANT TO FALL IN THE CATEGORY OF 'PLAYER HATERS' , especially with the P-square fans HA A HA HA HA HA HA @Emad i'm glad you're feeling me ha ha ha ha ha good sense of humour. lol ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha |
@mohawkchic help me out here? if you were taller than your partner would you wear a pair of 4 inch pumps on a day out together (i'm trying to cut down on stilletos in my wardrobe but i saw this lovely pair i want to pick up b4 someone gets it, but the truth is its really high for a 6 footer) |
totally cool ! not really crazy about the jeans version though. |
hi everyone its really sad what happened to business in tejuosho market ( especially for the traders) i go there to do most of my house hold shopping, even personal shopping from curtains to underwear, apparel to food stuffs, because of the variety now i cant even find one customer to buy from, who knows when they'll finish the construction work going on there |
reasons are 1. they lack proffessionalism in thier field of work (really and truly nigerians can be really aggressive even when it is not neccesary, also they kiss asses in thier place of work) 2. inadequate raw/ local materials ,in fact unavailabilty should be the right word take for instance the locally produced pampers, and the imported one ,the difference is soo clear the made in nigeria pampers gives rashes and inflamation on babies skin and doesnt hold that long. they tend to use lesser gel , and instead of using cloth-paper cover like all the other imported ones , they use polythene. in this heat , now tell me,is that torture or what , ESPECIALLY on baby's skin |
definitely , they should! sometimes just having them in there gives the woman some level of encouragement to get this done and over with so you both can carry the baby in your arms. on the other hand my cousin who's a nurse disagrees, she said she often tells the man to stay in another room , and then goes and whispers to the wife (whom at this point is screaming her lungs out in pain) "YOUR HUSBAND IS IN THE OTEHR ROOM AND TRUSTS YOU TO DO THIS AND COME OUT SMILING,BE'COS HE BELIVES YOU'RE A STRONG MOTHER" |
here are 2 of my favorite perfumes. 1.Pure poison by Dior (i use that during the day) 2. Hermes Rouge ( totally , totally intimidating especially at night)problem is when i run out, cant find a bottle to buy when i'm in lagos |
@lady T thanks for that reply to lalaboi, some people on nairaland should not be allowed near the keyboard @lalaboi you just displayed the level of mentality you have.(you should read the replies from TOH,Olanajim, Sheninqua) and tell me if you dont fall into that category of people who would kill the child and then marry the woman. i cant believe in this day and age , some guys still think the way they do.it beats me. if i find love, and the woman completes me , i'll marry her over and over and over again , and be a good father to the child. |
hi everyone i have an idea for a unique reality show and need to talk to some one about it, just to see how it will be accepted in nigeria. |
ha ha ha ha , lol, ha hey guys , ha ha ha , i read the guardian newspaper last saturday and i couldnt help laughing and i just had to post it here ADEDIBU'S DEATH Lawyer (proff Itse Sagay) :its a welcome developement , especially for the growth of democracy in oyo state Nig ambassador to Ghana and ex lagos state governship aspirant (Obanikoro) : this is a great loss to the nation. this is hilarious ha ha ha a ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha |
i love watching "american" movies,( my hubby hates to hear that ha ha ha ha )
