PDP is not petitioning based on whether he restrained Obaseki or not but on the fact that the court does not have jurisdiction to entertain the matter in the first place, based on which the judge would have returned it to the chief judge of the federal high court for it to be reassigned to either the federal high court Abuja or Benin which have jurisdiction to hear the matter. The matter will either struck out or reassigned on Thursday on grounds of jurisdiction. This is despite the fact he did not restrain Obaseki from contesting.

If there will be reschedule inec must be notified before 7 days to the primary , but PDP only notified them change of primary only 2 days.

Read again, it is only the 21 days notice that is backed by law.
