Politics › Re: Igbo's Total Support For Pdp Is Political Suicide (my Opinion) by Validated: 5:30am On Jan 28, 2015
In 2011, Jonathan had "landslide" victory. In 2015, it is going to be "moonslide." -

GEJ has already gotten the support of Afenifere (Yoruba), Ohaneze Ndigbo (Ibos), Middle belt Forum (North Central) and South-South Forum. These group have never been in the opposition since the beginning of the 3rd republic. They usually watch to gauge where the pendulum is swinging and then, decide. But more importantly, these groups want the Nigerian nation restructured and GEJ is the ONLY presidential candidate that will do just that. Go and check your history. Wherever Nidigbo, Afenifere, Middle Belt and South-South Forum aligned with takes the Presidency. No amount of internet or social media war or shout for CHANGE can impact it. The real deciders of presidential votes are not internet savvy.

IBB and OBJ know this. They may pretend but they are not happy because Jonathan (David) has retired these giants (Goliaths) o Nigeria politics; and so by February 15, 2015, dare-devil soldiers will be deployed on the streets of Kano, Kaduna North, Katsina and Lagos, where some hoodlums would attempt to foment trouble. No noise will be heard in these states as all will go about their businesses.

PDP has already agreed to allow Buhari to continue to collect his pensions for life as a former head of state, but if he make "fiim", he will spend his last days in 14 years jail term for FORGERY and PERJURY. He taught us, so we are waiting for him. As for Tinubu, his cup is full, so Lagos which he traded with in 2011 will be taken from him.

Please, do not be angry with me to start rough posts and quoting me. I will reproduce this message for you February 16, 2015.

Nigeria does not belong to retired soldiers alone. After all, we have retired Doctors, Engineers, Teachers, Accountants, Economists, etc. They have retired and should remain RETIRED

You people are blinded by 'hatred' and 'born to rule' mentality. If you like find $700 trillion, "We have decided on Continuity and transformation"

why now?
Because when he played gentle you called him kindergarten president, he will now join the big league.

This election cannot be free and fair and I for once support GEJ Dictatorship for the following:
1. Since Buhari does not meet the requirements for president - common WAEC, it was incumbent on INEC to disqualify him
2. The North want power at all cost
3. The retired military have galvanised themselves against the majority voting populace
4. The cabal want to return us to Egypt
5. The only stabilising groups in Nigeria are the middle belt and South South, so any attempt to destroy this will spell doom for Nigeria.

Politics › Do Not Allow Forgery In The Presidential Palace by Validated(op): 8:01am On Jan 24, 2015
As a Nigerian, I support free, fair and credible elections. In fact all developed Nation are places where democracy thrive. We, the people of Nigeria believe that this democracy must be strengthened and nurtured. Be that as it may, we should not become stupid and fools just to sustain democracy.

The constitutional requirements for the office of president is a WAEC certification or equivalent. The APC Presidential candidate cannot provide evidence of fulfilling this basic requirement. Instead, the same man who promised to fight corruption is busy forging certificate. The time it took to forge the papers in circulation on the net is enough to simply ask WAEC to provide a copy, have the copy notarized and present to Nigeria. Running from pillar to post has not and would not solve the problem.

My suggestion are these. If Buhari cannot present an authentic certificate,

1. PDP should activate it's rigging machinery, if elections are to hold st all, after all allowing an unqualified candidate to contest elections is in itself rigging, or
2. INEC should not be allowed to conduct any elections as scheduled

On no account should an unqualified candidate be made a president in 2015!!!
Politics › Re: Buhari’s Certificate, APC And Unanswered Questions by Validated: 7:40am On Jan 24, 2015
If this is Buhari' certificate, I advocate PDP massively rig the elections and let all hell be let loose. If people who want to lead cannot do the right thing, then the PDP can as well scuttle the process. I have said it before that if Buhari does not provide his certificates, GEJ and PDP should neither allow free and fair elections. NOTHING GO HAPPEN!!! WORSE CASE APC WILL MOBILISE SAVE NIGERIA AND THE MILITARY WILL DISPERSE THEM WITHIN A WEEK.WHAT NONSENSE!!!

To all those shouting sai Buhari, please ask your Buhari to demand his certificates from WAEC of Cambridge or wherever. Not one forged piece of paper. We do not need the court to handle this.

The Nigeria constitution is very clear on the issue of qualification. It states that you are qualified to be a President if you have achieved the level of school certificate or its equivalent.
My question to both camps and neutral is: What are the equivalent of a School Certificate?
WASC/WAEC GCE O' Level, City and Guid (C&G) for technical/commercial training , NABTEC for technical and commercial , TTC II or Teacher Grade II and of recent NECO certificate. QED, Every other is certificate of attendance and not admissible.

-- Exactly

This is certainly not news to some of us. It's
almost like standard procedure in Nigeria when a
military head of state is ousted in a coup. Even
the biography we read here on Nairaland
mentioned that his personal property was looted.
Buhari just doesn't want to talk about it,
understandably. People forget IBB was his close
friend and chief of army staff.
Plus there's no contradiction here. There are
supposed to be copies of Buhari's credentials
with the military (unless of course what
happened to the originals happened to the copies
too). And I wouldn't be surprised if they're the
only copies because this is a full-blood military
man who has not had to submit his credentials to
any organization outside of the military during
his career up to the coup.
The only sensible contribution....meanwhile sei

Why accuse military and Buhari while WAEC is still in existence? Let him request copy from WAEC if actually he hot one angry angry

Politics › Kwankwaso: 2019 In View??? by Validated(op): 6:52am On Jan 20, 2015
There are strong indications that Kwankwanso may dump APC as he hopes to keep his presidential ambition alive. The thinking of the Northern turks of which Kwankwanso is one is that if Buhari wins, they will have no hope for presidency in the near future. A close ally of the Governor confirmed that this is the game PDP Is latching on which has resulted in his lack lustre support for the APC campaign. Analysts believe that his recent less critical stance with PDP may have informed Shekarau seemingly 'sidon-look' attitude because having left APC because of Kwankwanso, the latter's return may not be palatable.

PDP sees a hold on Kano and Lagos as critical success factors and Kwankwanso is strategic breaking Kano. Insiders say PDP Is ready to sacrifice Bauchi to win Kano as Lamido seems to be toeing OBJ line.

Please, do not quote me. Time will tell anyway!

In APC voice, why did they not accuse him of it before. You forget that before now all you do is submit your form to INEC now, INEC is mandated to publish same.

The man was "smuggled into NDA" while my elder brother with sound WASC then was denied. The man retired as a teacher while uncertificated Buhari was commissioned and made a Nigerian General. Yet he wants to fight corruption. A child of corruption wants to fight corruption. Nonsense!

Meanwhile. hitherto respected people like Fashola. Falana, Sagay, Keyamo, etc are here busy destroying their future careers by supporting illegality. They forgot that tomorrow, their actions of today will come hurting them. Would Gani Fawehimwi have allowed this illegality of uncertificated "general" contesting for president??

Post presidential, the rest of elections will be walk over as APC will boycott the polls. They will go to court and wait for judgement in 2019 or form a parallel government in Chad or Benin or Niger.

MayorofLagos:
This is for my inlaws.
I just finished meeting with Yellow not long ago, Ive dispatched him with message of felicitation and brotherhood to my in-laws in Ladipo. If you are here reading this and you own shop in Ladipo, pay attention. The exco in Ladipo will be relaying our message to you soon, I want to say before end of next week.

As you all know here, I consider it a great honor to be married to your daughter, Chinyere, a beautiful and charming young maiden from Imo state, the home state of great Igbo warriors and men of valor. Through this marital relationship you and I have become one, and I break kola with you and shout Igbo Kwenu!! I wish I can post personal pictures of myself and my wife and you see me in my own red cap. What troubles Igbo tribe troubles Mayor!

So as we come to this important event in next three weeks or so we must embrace this union and bring about a positivity out of it. Is there any Igbo here that does not love Mayor? Exactly, I didnt think so. You all love me and I love you even more. We must bring our heads together now and join hands together to continue the tradition of oneness and love.

What is the symbol of APC? The broom! Without insulting the intelligence of my lovely inlaws, the broom signifies togetherness, union, productive output, utility, renewal, efficiency, hygiene, bonding....all the good and great things which I hope my union with you through your daughter Chinyere shall bring into fruition.

I have heard in particular circles that certain people in Ladipo market are not pleased and want to vote against APC to register grievance against their shut out two years ago from this market. I know Igbo people to be peace loving, you do not hold grudges, so this has to be a rumour. You have had Babaloja there in Ladipo now for upward of a year and I read a letter written by Ike not long ago in which he poured adulations on the exemplary leadership and support of Babaloja, Alhaji Abibu Oki.

My people, on Feb 14th, we must stand as ONE! APC is the home of Mayor, I call upon you to stand with me and your daughter and we make APC proud, we bring a renewal, a bonding and a progress back to the land.

Bring every foot of an Igboman in earnest to thumbprint for unity and togetherness on Feb 14th.

Igbo kwenu! Igbo kwenu!! Igbo kwenu!!!

I love my brothers. grin grin grin
Sorry, the traders know better. How many times did your APC close the markets on spurious allegations and demand several payments. Are the traders suddenly complying with sanitation laws? BTW, nobody is coming to the market on February 14 & 28, it is at the polling booth and the traders know what is good for them. Another four years of KAI harassment will ruin business.

Politics › Violence:FG should deploy soldiers now!!! by Validated(op): 10:23pm On Jan 18, 2015
Many Nigerians are beginning to be concerned with the rate of arson being perpetrated across the nation especially in the North. From Plateau to Zamfara, Bauchi, Gombe, Rivers, etc it is one case of lives and properties destruction or another. This is inspite of assurances from the two major candidates. Reports also have it that many families have began to relocate to 'safer' places, due to perceived threats and with hindsight of the 2011 post-election violence.

There are clear indications that the elections would not be violence free except solders are deployed now. Clearly our Police CANNOT handle the likely crisis that may result from the elections. An initial 40000 men should be deployed across the Nation now as a first instance to forestall violence.

As commander in chief, GEJ should realise that no one else will be held responsible if there is breakdown of law and order, hence he has no option than to to act now as the C-in-C. With soldiers patrolling the major cities, trouble makers round be kept at bay.

This may not be a popular opinion, but as the saying goes " leadership is not a popularity contest."
