Baba answer how you deem fit.

Yea, Lagos was featured in Civil War but some say it was all CGI. Including the CDC facility.
Such things don't bother me because they don't matter. Most action sequences are shot in a control environment, so it's nothing out of the ordinary.

1. Versatility- SL Jackson
SLJ always plays himself in every film. He's always SLJ, no matter what role he's playing. In your world, this could be perceived as versatility. Where I come from, it's called being typecast.

JackBizzle:
2. Box office- SL Jackson
More films equals more box office.

JackBizzle:
4. Popularity- SL Jackson.
SLJ has appeared in numerous films, it's only inevitable that he will be more popular than DW in popular culture.

What a strange question. I'm not sure how to respond because I'm not sure what you're implying.

Yea, it would be in East Africa but I don't think those two nations you mentioned.

The Nations would be those sharing borders with the giant Lake (Victoria or something). So should be Tanzania/Kenya.
Wakanda is north of Tanzania, almost halfway between Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan, as well as Ethiopia. In fact, if you consider Uganda's proximity to Lake Victoria, it's exactly where Uganda should be, or Rwanda if you venture further south.

Bro, double-check your map. Also, brush up on your Wakanda lore.

Fictitious nations do not count, although if there were any geographical analogies to be drawn, it would be either Uganda or Rwanda.

Assuming this isn't complete bollocks and is a valid criterion for identifying someone with antisocial disorder, then I gotta say, never been prouder to be a psychopath, lol.

Stoic demeanor...It is what it is...
He knows he's limited and goes for this kinda roles...
There's nothing wrong with understanding and exploiting your limitations. It's something that all good actors do.

True

He's decent..But it ends there.. He comes across as Stilted and limited.. Inability to immerse himself in his character... Point is, When I'm watching him..I know he's acting no matter the role compared to other actors of limited abilities, you still feel the character they are playing can still act this way..
But I understand your opinion..
He isn't particularly expressive, but that doesn't mean he can't act; rather, he excels in a specific way. He has the ability to magnify and exploit his flaws. It led to lucrative roles in Man of Steel and The Witcher that required a stoic demeanour.

He won't win any Oscars, but he's a cut above Dwayne because, unlike Dwayne, he's actually convincing when he's fully immersed in his role. Blew me away in Man of Steel, he did.

Don't know about that..He's a decent actor to me...He can clearly express emotions...Some actors can't...
Cavill for example, dude's face always the same...
That isn't what I meant at all. He's incapable of projecting nuanced emotion, which is why he portrays himself in movies.

I disagree with your assessment of Cavill; he is, in my opinion, a competent actor.

Chibudollar:
nah, I didn't elevate him to any status, I am even surprised as to why he is one of the highest earners
He's very marketable.

His marketability, combined with his large fan base, ensures box office success for the films he stars in, resulting in increased interest and royalties for him.

Chibudollar:
but one of the highest paid with the toilet paper range
Dwayne Johnson is a mediocre actor who is self-aware and hilarious. It makes him very marketable, allowing him to play different versions of himself in his films and even poke fun at himself on occasion. He isn't nearly as diverse as Leonardo DiCaprio, but that suits him just fine because he never aspires to be an Oscar winner.

I'm a fan, but the difference between you and me is that I'm aware of his limitations, whereas you elevates him to a status where he'd be the first to tell you he's unqualified.

I agree he's not top tier talent wise, but at the same time, he's not so bad where he can't try out a few other things...

Yea, he's done quite ok for himself..
Dwayne Johnson has the acting range of a toilet paper. It's hard to imagine him in a nuanced role.

Still haven't seen this, I know what it will be like...I think The Rock has the potential to take more drama roles but he keeps on sticking to these roles, he insists on being the biggest, baddest guy in his movies.. If he continues this way, he won't be getting much when his body stops looking this way...
Don't be fooled by his charisma; Dwayne Johnson is only averagely talented. If you took away his muscles and charm, he'd become a minor character. He'll probably retire from acting when he's too old to play a convincing badass. I mean, the guy has amassed so much wealth and has so many investments that even if he stopped acting today, he'd still be in the top ten highest paid actors for the foreseeable future.

Nah, the action isn't why I'm grumbling jare, it's the lack of warmth and fluidity, maybe GOT's S1 spoilt me a little bit, but do you remember how you felt when Ned stark and his family were leaving winterfell for kings landing? or When Potter was leaving for school, hell even when Frodo was about to leave the shire? That kind of feeling is only felt when the background has built up the emotions for it, and it's lacking in WOT, most of the conversations are one liners, there is this lack of real, deep conversation or interactions that would build warmth, hate, premonition, even a little fear. I just wasn't feeling it, it just might be because it's unfinished, but we'll see....

Lol, how else to know the characters than to read the books, and I've done that 3 times, that's why I say what I say, people who really love the books wont say it, but they feel it, there's something lacking and I hope its remedied going forward.

...and we actually did get some action, the channeling scenes were dope, the trollocs were also portrayed really well...
Given that you have read the books, I'd expect you to be more understanding than you've shown.

It would be unfair to compare WoT to GoT because the two shows are so dissimilar. The first is loosely based on historical politics, while the second is based on religion so their structures are vastly different.

Adapting books with a major theme of magic, in my experience, is extremely difficult because there are no real-life parallels to draw from or ground them in. Give the show more mileage; if the high production value is considered, it's only a matter of time before it comes good.

Well said.

Game of thrones was all talk and exposition for the first episode.

Wheel of Time is just getting started with 3 episodes in. We havent seen the other Aes sedai sisters. Furthermore, the white cloaks are still being introduced.

Things are building up......

For now, Wheel Of Time is 6/10
People often forget that television shows are not like movies, in which action takes precedence over exposition due to time constraints. The quality of television shows improves over time.

I was expecting better than this from the wheel of time, kinda underwhelming currently but I hope it picks up.... Nobody don drop review for WOT for here?
Do you think you're going to get some action right away? Shows like WoT take a long time to get going because world building takes a lot of time. If you give it time, the world-building will eventually pay off. In the meantime, spend some time getting to know the characters and the world they live in. You'll be glad you did, trust me.

Daniel Day-Lewis performance in There Will Be Blood is my favorite ever.
Daniel Day-Lewis is a human chameleon; you forget you're watching an actor and completely immerse yourself in whatever he's doing. He really is that good.

It would be stupid of him not to wrap things up by winning the league that looks already won. Winning the title first would most certainly boost his CV and count as one of the trophies he won in his career given that he has not yet won the ligue un before. Instead of joining a side that sits on the 6th position in the Premier League with no guarantee of top 4 finish.
His job at PSG is a demanding job where you're basically judged on a few knockout games. Plus, I doubt he has anywhere near the power and influence he'll have at United.

United have a lot of egos, but they're in desperate need of direction, and I believe that if Poch takes over, he'll be given carte blanche to build his own team. He doesn't have the option of tearing down and rebuilding the existing infrastructure at PSG. He will, or at least should, at United.
