If he had given the 25million naira to three youths with one good business plan. In the next 10years, they will have employed 150 people.

Its not a matter of being emotional about anything. These species can be tamed and there's no rocket science about it. Like someone said zimbabweans are doing the business in Kwara and we've not heard of anyone dying there. Another thing we need to put into consideration is that, its not a must we buy the breed of fulani herdsmen. We can buy other breeds.

I have even gone to google to research on pellets been harmful to cows. Bros, I am assuring you that these fulani foolishmen cannot do anything if we start doing this business. Location also matters in things like this, brother.

If you do it in the heart of anambra of even in the riverine area, I tell you, these fulani foolishmen won't dare come there. Since they even know we hate them and the way their news are scattered online. They can be dealt with.

do you have AK47 to guard your ranch around the clock?
If we have like four ranch together, they can employ vigilantes to do the job. By the way, these ranch will be situated inside the east and not border towns.

like i said earlier, cattle rearing is fulani means of survival, i do not think they will sit idle and watch us render them jobless. they carry AK47 around with impunity, and they can easily show up at your ranch and spray your cows with pellets (groundnuts). until we have full control of our security in the region, i dont think it is wise to drag with them the only work they know how to do. those guys dont reason intellectually. they will just yamutu all ur cows and dissappear only to reappear if you dream of restarting.
Wait, I am learning here. Are pellets harmful to man? Or u mean spray our cattle bullets.

Don't mind all these little brains. All these thousands of butchers that keep 1 to 4 cows at a time for butchering are already in a rearing business on a micro level. All they need now, is to scale it up and innovate
I am telling you. Scale it up and let's see who will stay in business, we or the fulanis

I heard the story of these tsetse fly and I know that can be fixed. I wonder what people like Ifeanyi Ubah is doing trying to run a danm football club without any guaranteed profits while we have so many areas where he can invest his billions and reap quantum profits. I shudder.
We were afraid of tsetse fly in the 90s but now, to hell with tsetse flies. The fulanis are not afraid of tsetse fly and they're rushing down to the west.

We shouldn't waste our time and keep being scared of that fly and do real business.

bros, you dont mention me and defeatism in one breadth. that is if you know me in person. what i said is common sense. we dont know that stuff, we have to learn that stuff from those who does, we need not go to the university to learn shit. all the "aji amus" in our various markets learning a trade are doing so from their oga that knows the stuff in practice.
A good animal husbandry expert will solve your problem. Animals know their owners and when they find out you feed them, give them water and they don't get hungry anytime, they will obey you and always follow you. Its not rocket science.

We're not going to buy fulani cows that needs fulani language to follow you, we need cows that their ancestors are known to stay in a particular place. If we buy fulani cows, they might end up running because they're using to walking up and down. But ranch cows are used to staying in their house. We call these cows "ajebutter" cows.

Cows that don't move around will grow fatter than those that spend most of their time moving from one place to another.

If you know any rich man who is confused on what to invest on, tell him to come to anambra state and invest in livestock farming. He is going to make billions of naira and no fulani herdsmen will kidnap him.

He is highly welcome! I can provide him with the necessary experts and workers to kick start the business.

I am serious!
PoliticsRe: Anambra light of the nation, eastern economy power house. by VickJames(m): 12:48pm On Oct 02, 2015
If someone can look into this business, its very lucrative. The only time the person will have to spend money is buying these cows and erecting fix assets such as house, the ranch and those iron bars.

The amount of sunlight in the east is relatively low, so the cows will not cry about dehydration. Infact we can incorporate water sprinkler into their housing system. This will always keep them cool at all times.

The food the cows will eat isn't much of a problem. This can easily be gotten from the environment with additives to make them grow faster. Like protein supplements. This can administered in their foods or water.

We can even spray the environment from tsetse-fly. So someone will not come and say tsetse fly is our problem. So tsetse-fly will say we shouldn't make billions of dollars? Who the hell is tsetse-fly? Tsetse-fly dan baff?

Our people should do this business and make billions from it. Atleast we will be able to consume fresh milk and meat.

Ndi-anambra should understand that the cost of using interlocking stones isn't expensive. They can help the state government by using interlocking stones in their streets leading to the main road, so that the state government can take it from there.

We shouldn't be begging the state and federal government for everything. What u can do, do it. Its majorly for your own good and no one else.
PoliticsRe: Anambra light of the nation, eastern economy power house. by VickJames(m): 12:28pm On Oct 02, 2015
Anyone saying we can't rear cattle in anambra must be dreaming. So someone who studied animal husbandry and veterinary medicine cannot do what you're saying?

Very few countries in Africa can produce milk in their countries. So, if we go into that business we're looking at a very big business gain. Attacking the different countries with igbo style of business.

What these cattle need is mainly food and water while you give them some time to move around the ranch. We have enough grasses in the east that can feed them till eternity. With our great biochemists and micro-biologists, we can incorporate feeds that will enable them lactate and grow faster.

Fulani herdsmen should go and sleep one place. Its not by walking the whole thy-kingdom-come that make their business make sense.

Self sufficiency is tomorrow's answer.

We have not seen anything yet from these northerners. They will dominate every public institutions like they did during the military era. Their kinsmen will occupy top positions and give the lower positions to yorubas. They will make sure their people are well-fed and some will be ghost workers. We have not seen the end of northern domination. They're ready to deal with anyone.

An errand boy will always be an errand boy. A governor having more say than a vice-president shows the inability of the vice-president to maintain his status as the vice-president.

His charisma doesn't even show a man that can be respected nor feared. For Saraki to call him "mere commissioner" shows how people in APC see him, a puppet.
They see him as Tinubu's baby.

The only thing we see or hear about him are:

1. Going to IDP's
2. Visiting countries with no clear intentions.
3. Visiting universities to lie to students about invisible 5000naira.

When you look at the ways they have treated this man since the beginning of this tenure, you'll know that if the vice-president wants to come out as a president, he will be pushed to the corner and will not garner a vote.

A good lawyer doesn't make you a powerful man. Power and law are from two different worlds. The powerful give laws, while the lawyers quote the powerful.

HappyJoe:
We CANNOT build seaports in the East. Seaports are on the exclusive list, you cannot build a seaport until the FG gives approval & FG will NEVER give approval for seaports in the South East.

Donald Duke built TINAPA, all that was required for TINAPA to function was dredging of the Calabar Channel, but with a Yoruba man as president (Obasanjo) and a Yoruba man as Nigerian Ports Authority Boss (Dapo Sarumi), it was never going to happen. So TINAPA never worked (while Atiku got Onne to work).

Lagos does not want any port to compete against it and Northerners do not want functional ports near the South East, so we will NEVER have functional ports unless we FIGHT for devolution of power. Without that, we'll simply waste our money and nothing will happen.
Nwanne, when did you start being afraid of the Hausa men?

We should concern ourselves with when are we going to start rather than when will one hausa man or yoruba man stop us.
PoliticsRe: Anambra light of the nation, eastern economy power house. by VickJames(m): 9:35pm On Sep 29, 2015
Since we've gotten a semi-full house now, let me use this opportunity to highlight my views about this seaport.

What we don't know about the east region is that it is strategically located and we can move round with much ado. The eastern states are not too big therefore, what you need from Abia state you can get withing 2hours in anambra state if we follow a strict rule of distribution.

The seaport will be located in Abia state and not anywhere in the south-south. We can't spend money to feed another state again. No! We can't spend money to make another state centre where investors will run to. Nah! We will run our economy our way.

First, the seaport being in Abia state doesn't mean Abia state will get all the investors, No. It is not like that. We're going to create a transportation system, second to none in the whole of Nigeria. We're going to create a rail-cargo system of transportation. Reason being that, we can't trust our roads with heavy duty machinery and goods. With the hold up it will cause for travellers, it will also cause armed robbers to launch attacks.

The rail system will be fast because it will have its own route and it will connect your state directly without and I mean without stopping in another state. Abia state can connect Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi and Anambra state without running more than 2hours. Its the same thing as someone who wants to clear his cargo in wharf and stays on the island. The employment this will create will be too much for our people. We will even beg people to come and work grin.

With this effective transport system, investors will be comfortable to invest in their home states and not congest other states for them. It will also help to open every state equally and all the states will grow at the pace which the people wants it to grow.

With our people delving into agriculture and other forms of production and manufacturing, this form of transport system will also boost businesses because customers in other states will get their goods at when due and we can send it back to Obuaku seaport and export our goods to other countries without the prying eyes of our neighbours.

The dream of being a self-sufficient region is about to come, let's use the lapses in Lagos as our gain. It only pays to wise and clever.

Seaport is today, Development is now! grin grin grin

Will it be difficult for igbos to pay diaspora tax? This tax won't go to the government but rather the EastPort Ltd that will build the seaport.

Worst situation, we use PPP style.
