I'm glad you didn't die. I remember the story of a lady who committed suicide due to depression. Her saving grace was that she asked God for forgiveness just before shooting herself. She died and found herself in hell. God brought her her back to life - He heard her last prayer.
Surprisingly, quite a number of beautiful women get depressed over relatively trivial issues; that makes me want to believe that it's some sort of demonic influence.

And what also saved me, when I thought of all my clients as well, who have paid for my services and waiting for me to deliver but unfortunately they will hear, ha! Vicky is gone. Their sad faces of how much they invested in me, and trusted me with their monies but I messed up killing myself , images of their faces flashed right in front of me and also made me determined to fight off such evil thoughts, then my late mum face also flashed right on my face saying am about to disappoint her but why? I sighed. And vow, I will never let such depression affect me ever again.

You are right, it's an evil influence inflicted by wrong people around us.
I thank God am alive and I live everyday, like its my last.
I also thank God, I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Without God, I am dead. But with God, I feel alive, refreshed and renewed everyday. I marvel at how great I feel inside, and how it radiates out from me.

Honestly God is great. Thank you Jesus for saving me. Thank you Lord. Thank you Holy Spirit. Thank you.

Nobody should judge her. We can all see how matured she looks.
She must have been through alot waiting and searching to get married.

At least married to ooni of ife, grazed with title, money and power is better than being a single prophetess preaching somewhere, praying and fasting to get married but no man is forth coming except Ooni..

If only you people know how happy, relieved she feels with all those years of loneliness . I understand where she's coming from. You don't know what depression is. I pray you don't experience one.

Trust me, anything I advice on I know exactly what it means.

Have been depressed way back. I mean pure depression, I tried killing myself by taking over dose of drugs. But somehow I saw my self in the hospital, wit worried looks from my neighbor and younger bro.
I had an earful after I was discharged.

I was suicidal again after that episode, I then realise the friends I had way back were very bad influence, selfish and leeches. I then decided to cut everyone off and be alone for a while, building myself and confidence up. I decided to accept Christ in my life and dwell in his love and teachings. Immediately a new friend come close to me and sniff any negative remark from the person thru discussion? I quickly cut off! I don't waste time at all..on whatsapp I block like crazy! My phone lines too I block numbers, if your own too much! Even till date. I no longer have patience for rubbish.

The wrong crowd can make one feel useless , why hang out with such people? Dating wrong guy or lady can make one feel less of one's self.
Have been there before. It was bloody. My heart bled for years.

Have been dealt hard blows of self esteem , trust me it was determination to keep living and say to hell ! with everyone who doesn't like am chubby or doesn't like my dress code or who doesn't like the fact I can't speak my language.. Mehn to hell with everyone who critizes me negatively,To hell with any guy back then, who frowns and stopped chatting with me, because I live alone due to the fact am an orphan.

. I simply cut them off too, smiles... and surround my self with friends and family that think alike with me.

That's one way of combating depression.

Be determined to change your crowd,appreciate yourself, love yourself and hold onto God.. Attend fellowships and be with positive people. That's how I handled mine.. Today am very happy, and content.

Nobody holds the control key to my door of happiness. I will never give u that control number lai lai!

I can love today and quirky cut off the next minute if I realise u are making me depressed. That's how fast I cut off.

She has no choice but to manage him and be happy. They are married already. The time to say no, I no marry has come and gone.
With money, lots of petting and sex, she should be fine.

Stop moving with the wrong crowd.
Change your friends if they can't add value to your life, withdraw from any negative thinking family members and appreciate the little things u have and finally love yourself.

Same here. If you see my hubby outside, you will never guess especially as he is in the "beard gang" and looks tough.

But men!!! He can cook every dish both local and continental, bake, he does the plumbing in the house. If a pipe is leaking or something, he fixes it. If there is an electrical issue, he does it.

He is a hands on guy that knows a lot about DIY. Even car issues, he fixes it except it is a major problem. I have not seen his type.

And with kids...fantastic. They guy try all in all. His mum and dad did a fantastic job with him.

That's how a guy was hit by a fast moving car, he somersaulted and fell on the ground. Some guys carried him to the pavement on the road, they were just looking at him, as he writhed in pains, and he was alive, blood gushing from his mouth. No one carried him to the hospital, which was just ten houses away. People gathered around him and watched as he bled to death and finally gave up after 50mins. They were all watching.
I couldn't go close cause I am scared of sight of blood. I will simply faint trying to carry him. But I and some ladies were urging the guys to carry the man but none agreed saying police will arrest them, If they do. And hospital will ask for money, when they don't even have a dime on them.

That's how the man died slowly and gave up the ghost.

In the next 40mins we heard siren playing out from Lagos state government ambulance , coming to carry the dead body.

I had to sack my company lawyer, three months ago, cos he was on my neck about having fun with me, as we were getting close in lynching a certain business deal with a client, he Introduced to me. . I was so mad at him. He thought because we've gotten to a certain business agreement between me and the investors , he can then come up with his ridiculous demand. I had to free him from his Job with us and his feelings, cos he claims he is lovesick. Just imagine!

I complained to hubby when he came back from his trip. Hubby just shook his head and smiled. Honestly it's very annoying .
Thank God I am not looking for job, and by Gods grace I won't be an employee in Jesus name. Amen.
