An example of how schooling does not affect the opportunity to get the job, one guy from Senegal that we hired 2 years ago, had no college training but he was self taught, he knew the principles of physics, chemistry, and mathematics, and also techniques of situations like bolts - threading, flanges, soldered, or welded. He could identify causes of things; so when he was working on site and going through trainings, it was easy for him to progress. He is now in the control room and one of the undersea leads, he also gets jobs in welding container ships or going underneath to do inspections and/or repair if need be. He made almost 800k last year alone. He was in norway for the first 6 months, and now in Canada. It is a high standard and high skilled job, you work with your head for the most part and once in a while, you go underneath to do a project.


Long story short, I do a 3 or 4 weeks training programs for these companies in troubleshooting and techniques of the trade, and I do spend about roughly the same time every year supervising or assisting on projects, in order to stay sharp on how the trade is progressing. We also hire directors and other high positions, the 7 to 8 digit guys. So we are very busy. My team picks who they think is the right fit, no excuses or sentiments. We are respected by these organizations because they see we are serious in our duties.

These skills are also helpful in another marine projects, surgical rooms where air tanks are used in isolated areas, manufacturing of all sorts, research labs, etc. If you also know about electronics and/or programming, your scope will be larger, and so will your pay.

Water chemistry, material science, physics, chemistry, and mathematics basics, and some trade techniques including team person, then the rest are teachable in the field.

These people make over $20k over 25k a month, which they are worth even more. So the serious new recruits are hip to being open for recruitment at any period. Once you are in, hold steady, improving yourself and teammates, then you will have leverage in holiday seasons like this.

Chairman, compliment of the season. I wish you great health and abundant blessings. You are right, I got in Nigeria early this morning, body still dey adjust. By tomorrow or next, I go level out. I owe you the time to assess your papers. I actually told my people to help see if you would be one of the early assessed on our list. Nothing is promised yet. We have learned to manage our hope, so I advise you on that too.

We got files from Nigeria and many parts of Africa, we also have from Europe, Ukraine, north and south America, America, Canada, and even Russia. So please understand our process. But I did let my people know what is going on, i will begin signing off on the new batch of people by mid to end of January. But the undersea welders and software teams can be from a qualified citizen and/or migrant.

We've had a good and detailed six year run with this, and we have a good reputation so far, our clients and picks are happy so far; I have made good friends and assisted some in switching positions.

We don't choose with sentiments or pressure. I have a good team that are focused on this projects, so I don't interfere with their flow of vetting. We have planned meetings, in due time, they send me the choices they see fit, i reevaluate them, and approve them if I think so, then i let the sites aware. The people my team approve now, will begin their process of leaving for their sites by early February.


Right now sha, is christmas and new year season, we will relax a little bit, and do home projects, help out in the community, and learn from others.
