What has the protest achieved, really, besides blessing us with the very nice cleavage photo above?
But seriously has anybody made sense out of this statement yet?

Lol . . . .what for?
We keep em as leverage for power supply and passage of corruption bills as well as amendment of the 1999 junk we call constitution that makes the ilks like Ibori roam free!. . . let's grab their family. . .that way we equal the equation, Nigerians are not happy, they don't deserve to be cool

@violent, u never reach that level oo, kidnapping their kids? ah cheesy
It might just be the most effective strategy. . .if someone kidnapped Turai and her kids long ago with the ''bail" conditioned on steady power supply and improved security, we might not even need all these protest to begin with!

PoliticsRe: Charly Boy, Dele Momodu, Others Protest Bad Leadership by violent(m): 3:37pm On Mar 17, 2010
I think we ought to start taking the protest to their houses and not the national assembly. . . first to the Senate president's house, and the big lipped Demeji Bankole's compound. . . if they still don't listen, then we start taking kidnapping their kids! grin grin

Oh yes it did achieve the fact that Nigerians are tired of "suffering and smiling" and indeed we can really voice out our concerns even if they don't want to listen!

Even the heavens said yes with a beautiful rainbow!

PoliticsRe: Charly Boy, Dele Momodu, Others Protest Bad Leadership by violent(m): 12:41pm On Mar 17, 2010
we need more of this protests!

If only a general protest can be motivated, where all Nigerians stay back at home from work for a day. . and by that i mean all private and public sectors, even the local traders too. . while we declare a match against corrupt governance

Bankole is not only a shame, he is a good example of what mothers advise the kids not to be!

Also meaning that the guy should understand that compared to other big sized SUVs, its very very okay in terms of fuel consumption;

1. Range Rover Sports averages 14MPG
2. Lexus LX470 averages 12MPG
3. Hummer H2 averages 12MPG
4. Lincoln Navigator averages between 11.5 and 12MPG

So, these trucks and in their own class AND for you to buy any of them, the fuel should not and cannot be your concern simply because you know what you want to use it for.

Personally, for me, its a king on the road - not an everyday ride, BUT its one of the best in its class.
With one ring, the range rules them all!

I believe its just a propaganda to spoil business for the Hausa guys in the south selling suya. . . .

Well, that aside, my theory is, a sect of people that riot because they "hate" western education, or even worse, massacre innocent kids of extremely young ages, i doubt if such people will bat an eye if the whole south gets poisoned!

I will also ask us to be careful of an EFCC under Waziri that will go a National directory of home owners addresses, type Ribadu and associate every property found as that Nuhu Ribadu.

I don't hold brief for cecielia Ibru. I just hope the EFCC did a thorough investigation. Ibru is a popular familar and not all property associated with that family name will belong to Ceceilia.

I hope the EFCC did its job well.
I believe they did, the facts are specific enough!

PoliticsRe: Chief Of Defence, Paul Dike's Position Irrelevant : What Are Your Thoughts ? by violent(m): 8:42pm On Mar 15, 2010
xterra2:
For those of you who dont know
Guards Brigade is the only independent brigade of the Nigerian Army and its Commander can deploy troops without recourse to any body be it Chiefs of army and defence or even the C-In-C but only if the troops will be used for the protection of the president,vice-presidency and the presidency(villa,SH e.t.c)
People just were shouting because they are ignorant of the works of brigade of guards, ask anyone in the army to confirm this to you,
And to the work of CDS,Paul Dike,if troops deployment are needed after receiving the orders form the C-in-C he then orders the Chiefs of Navy, air force and Army, In the army for example after the COAS receives the order from CDS he then order the GOC to deploy troops in which case the GOC will choose the battalions he want to deploy if the CDS or COAS did not specify
To those saying that because the CDS is from South he does not command respect os a big lie-for god sake it is not everything in nigeria that is about Ethnic/religious crises
He is the highest ranking member of the Armed forces he cant be disobeyed if not he can discipline the officer even a General
To the issue of Jos,the DHQ handed the operation to GOC 3 div,(i think if not 2 div),so he has not any role,
In the armed forces whenever there is a crisis in the nation the CDS bars top military officers from travelling e.g during the boko haram crisis and recently Yaradua absence,
to people who say that why didnt he speak,he cant, the CDS cant speak on that type of matter even the COAS,CNS,CAS e.t.c thats why there is a spokesman not the service chefs themselves to come out and speak
While this CDS,i know is a man of high value and he commands respect,no one in the armed forces can deny his order if he gives it
And he also, monitor our peace keeping operation right from his office(he get live updates of everything)and sometimes doles out little little orders to the troops(thats why there is a force commander),he also monitors the troops of NA,NN,NAF
Well said!. . .
