It's not about presidential ambition, this is plain truth. I'm an Igbo too I hold the same view. Kanu cannot be Mr know all. How can one person take decision for a whole race.

If we look at ourselves properly we are itinerants by nature. How many people from other parts of the country build and live in Igbo land? How many igbos are in other parts of the country? If you get your Biafra you automatically become foreigners in the other part. Can we contain ourselves in our Biafra? The answer is no. We must move to the other part. What happens to us? We will be treated as aliens.

Kanu and his IPOB don't think through all these. While there are valid issues concerning how we are treated in Nigeria since the end of the civil war, agitation for secession is not the solution but well planned engagement can achieve it. Kanu's actions are centered on personal gain. He has almost succeeded. One unknown person that resided in UK like any other person has become known nationally. Every other person around him including his Ejimakor lawyer are feeding fat from his agitation. They don't want this to end. Sowore has joined the queue. Even Atiku that his brother started this whole thing and he didn't talk has joined to make a political gain. It's the latest smart way to cash out or make political gain.

Is it not safe to say that after so long and nothing has been established against him he should be left to go
No where in any court does an accused or defendant determine the length of a judicial process.
Nnamdi kanu through his lawyers have responded with a no case submission.what we expect the judge to do if the lawyers on the part of the government have provided evidence proven beyond reasonable doubts is to go ahead and pronounce judgement

The Yorubas will definitely need a figure like KANU but they don't have for now so the best they could do is to form one southern block called southern Nigeria and then break, then spend the next 3yrs to stabilize with the help of Trump.
For this to work, the Igbos are highly needed.
So yeah anyhow it turns out as long as KANU is out, it gets the Igbos closer to their self determination.

This lawyer should be sanctioned by the court. You don't talk like this outside the court for a case that is in the court. Particularly when you are the defence counsel. Being a defence counsel is not activism. The same lawyer encouraged Kanu to insult judges and one by one judges began to avoid his case until more responsible and senior lawyers apologized on his behalf. Some people including lawyers are using Kanu to shine. That's why they don't want the case to be concluded.

Low power generation and distribution.

Massive petroleum products subsidy corruption.

Heavy corruption through fx arbitrage.

Well, next year carries so much significance for the opposition. If they like they should continue in disarray.

Kanu overdid everything. He behaved as if he was untouchable then. He insulted all igbo elites and ndieze. When he was released rather than allow the legal process to run he again went on overdrive. Thank God for democracy. If it was during the military it would've been history by now. If obasanjo, Diya etc can be jailed and MKO and wife can be killed then kanu's case under military would have been nothing.

Let him be released conditionally or let the legal process run its full course. Unfortunately his legal team has never been interested in fastening the process.
