If that tattoo was intended to be Rihana, then it was a poor job.

Simeontaiwo: I am guy,bt my gf do use velvin,nd wen d pain is 2 much she lay down on d floor wit her stomach nd its working 4 her
Its felvin not velvin. Its a very good pain reliever. Even as a man I do take it for general pains and it works well.

Esss: Please any lawyers in the house?!

I would like to know if the highlighted portions of the requirements arent a breach of the consititutional right of Nigerians to not be discriminated due to circumstances of their birth?! Especially the height, beauty and weight parts?!

I have taken the liberty of even checking up on the constitution and here is what it says in CHAPTER IV, Article 41 of the Constition;

42. (1) A citizen of Nigeria of a particular community, ethnic group, place of origin, sex, religion or political opinion shall not, by reason only that he is such a person:-

(a) be subjected either expressly by, or in the practical application of, any law in force in Nigeria or any executive or administrative action of the government, to disabilities or restrictions to which citizens of Nigeria of other communities, ethnic groups, places of origin, sex, religions or political opinions are not made subject; or

(b) be accorded either expressly by, or in the practical application of, any law in force in Nigeria or any such executive or administrative action, any privilege or advantage that is not accorded to citizens of Nigeria of other communities, ethnic groups, places of origin, sex, religions or political opinions.

(2) No citizen of Nigeria shall be subjected to any disability or deprivation merely by reason of the circumstances of his birth.

(3) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section shall invalidate any law by reason only that the law imposes restrictions with respect to the appointment of any person to any office under the State or as a member of the armed forces of the Federation or member of the Nigeria Police Forces or to an office in the service of a body, corporate established directly by any law in force in Nigeria.

Basically, these requirements are prejudiced towards fat people, midgets and people under the height requirements and ugly people.

I might just be able to excuse the weight and height requirement as it can be argued that these can limit their ability to do the job, but to discriminate/judge a person based on looks is just criminal...

Please lawyers, explain this...

Not every job is an equal opportunity employer. For instance in the military, there are criteria for joining. Height and physical fitness.
I've not seen an albino in the military. I stand to be corrected.
Its places like banks that should be equal opportunity enmployer but they're not.

If they like let it turn into gun fight. Local Maffia.
That's the problem with forming cliques. That's why I admire Tuface, PSquare. They don't have time for immaturity.

Women don't make sense. They just need someone to wind up their emotion. But when emotion beclouds sense of judgment I don't know what to call it.

@poster. Delete his fone number and warn him never to call you. If he does, report him to his wife.

Politics › Re: Bianca's Lawyer Warns Ojukwus Over Properties by vislabraye(m): 5:32pm On Sep 10, 2012
I'm not surprised it has come to this. One thing Africans need to do is write a will.
Also heard Ojukwu father was very wealthy. Ojukwu studied in Cambridge. No be joke.
I've seen his house at Queens Drive Ikoyi. A very beautiful bungalow. I think he also owns Jamb office property or his property shares the same fence.

This is what happens to men who can't control their libido. As far as the law is concerned, Bianca is not legally married to Ojukwu because his first wife wasn't divorced.

bonysmile: D boss says 'I', d leader says 'we'
D boss knows who is wrong, d leader shows what is wrong
D boss demands respect, d leader commands respect
D boss knows what is done, d leader shows how to do it
So be a leader, be not a boss.
Unfortunately, your boss is there to be your boss and not a leader. For a boss, grumbling is allowed. He doesn't look your face twice. If you want a leader, form a union and appoint a leader. Lol.

When I become a good girl she starts suspecting me
Damn! That woman is something else! undecided
The female boss can be ruthless at times. Not just to their fellow females but male workers inclusive. Some go to the extreme of even heaping insults on others.
Some male bosses can also be problematic. They want to bully their fellow male or harass the female workers.
All in all every job has its challenge.

Very very true. Especially 1 and 4.
I have been in a situation when I had to mark scripts (maths, physics, fmaths, comp. Sci) for nine different classes. I was asked to solve the question and prepare the marking guide. In addition to that I was supposed to teach.
I was also compiling registar and students results.
When I couldn't make it on time they said I was slow and unseriouscheesy.
Its good to be the boss anyway.

A lot of the rich guys are also confident. They're not mutually exclusive. But if you're rich and not confident, you'll become a MAGA big time.
Romance › Re: Handsome Vs Confident Guys: Who Attracts The Ladies More? by vislabraye(m): 10:13pm On Sep 09, 2012
Confidence is a thing of the mind. You don't really need any reason to be confident except that you're human.
If you're depending on possession or position what happens when you loose it?

The guy may have had unrealistic high expectation from his wife only to realize that there's nothing entirely new.
Truth is a man/woman can loose that initial spark or what people call butterfly in your stomach after a period of time. There's nothing wrong about it. He just have to be committed to her. Marriage is about commitment.
Even if the wife is miss world you'll be surprised that you'll get less thrilled after some time.
Romance › Re: Most Naija Babes Are Into Runs... by vislabraye(m): 9:37pm On Sep 09, 2012
Many girls are into runs especially those living in Aja axis. At first you may think that they are well brought up but after some time, you will see them in different cars and different men.

Women can be as bad as men. They used to have some inhibition but I think that is eroding these days. Sometimes its not about the money.
If you have a nice apartment and you can entertain them a little, you'll have them.

Some girls could be bold.
I have managed to pick girls I did not know especially at night and they willingly obliged. When we get talking I tell them I'm a kidnapper. They laugh over it. (But that doesn't mean they're sluts).I don't knw whether its just a carefree attitude or they want something in return.
If you come to Lekki Aja area you'll see the level of promiscuity going on. Young men don't want to marry because of what they're enjoying.

A big shame. In this country all kinds of lawlessness abound. This shld be in the Guiness Book or records. The air line should be penalized and compensation paid.
Christianity Etc › Re: Which Church Will You Advice A New Convert To Attend ? by vislabraye(m): 8:20pm On Sep 09, 2012
Thereishel: DEEPER LIFE BIBLE CHURCH! THIS CHURCH IS NOT MATERIALISTIC IN NATURE AND THEIR FOCUS IS HEAVEN.
You can only tell by outward appearance. The church is the people. But so far I can tell you that pastor Kumuyi is one of the few men of God without controversy or scandal.

The question is very crucial. From the beginning the church was one body. But trust human beings and their xteristics. Some man made doctrines were injected here and there (the church was pimped so to say). But by being mentored by a matured believer, the new convert would be able to discern what is right and wrong.
NB most of the good churches may not be perfect because we who form the church aren't.

Mona Lisa is pretty. I once saw her in shoprite and her complexion is stainless steel.
But ps don't compare her to Genevieve. I know u like light skin women, that's understandable. But if you have to access Genevieve in totalitl she'll beat Mona.

Deep Sight: Obviously you were born to fill the deficit of st.upidity existing in the world at the time of your birth.

That deficit is now no longer existing: in fact there is a surplus of st.upidity now in the world:

As such your existence is no longer required.

I will recommend that you commit a quiet suicide by hanging in your bedroom as a generous and altruistic gift to humanity,

Much appreciated.

I remain,

Your comrade in the defense of human intellect,

Deep Sight
Must it turn to insult?

Ofcourse I don't agree with the slapping issue seeing that she's underaged. However, the prosecutor didn't do his homework well.

The law does not recognise witchcraft. So whether she has killed many people before, she can't be proved of any wrong.
Go and kill someone you think is a witch and see who will end up in jail.
