dayokanu: OP If he is so traditional how did he toast you? Did he just say "A furungi nnanya"

Do you go on dates or just play hide and seek in the farm?

Does he eat rice with spoon or prefers his bare hand.

Does he use fan and AC or prefers sitting under the tree to enjoy fresh air?

Does he have electricity or he uses lantern

Girls next time beware of guys whose names are AFAM4EVA, AGBABIAKA, or OKIJA JUJU cheesy cheesy grin
You have come. Lol.

Inspite of all the locality the guy is still a hunk.
Girls amaze me sometimes.

In fact may be you should say he's an illiterate.Lol.
But you would be surprised a lot of people bliv CR uses juju. Someone has claimed that he belongs to illuminati. So your bf is not the only one.

Hahhahahahahahhahaahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahhahahahahahahaah

This is the funniest post I have read in my entire stay in NL. CR uses juju to play football. I can't stop laughing.
Calling potato pigeon food. Eating yam and oil instead. @poster you can change him. Behind evry successful man is a woman that's why he didn't go for a village girl.
(By the way ps don't mention his tribe or name)
Food › Re: Is Eating Out Alone A Social Taboo? by vislabraye(m): 1:46pm On Sep 08, 2012
Eating is the most basic thing any one can do without the fan fare. So if you go out shopping and hunger catches up with you. Won't you eat?

Watching a romantic movie alone might be a little atrane and no eating alone.

damola1: What crap.... and the land am sure is also haunted...and it'll be there forever.. no one will touch it....listen to yaself

Like the man said, it should have been auctioned off, hotels, property management are good businesses....and money doesn't really know any source... because IBB looks clean in the face doesn't mean his money is cleaner than any of these guys... they are all crooks.... Don't get it twisted!.. so yes, they shouldn't have wasted the resources..

On another note, is the rule of law really been followed.. I mean.. on what basis is a kidnapper identified... what if this is a personal vendetta by a police inspector against a personal friend or even by Obi himself... me thinks the due process is essential and needs to be followed, if anything should be done, it should be to improve the process of police arresting, court judging, and sentence served!.. not for the state to automatically become a police, lawyer, jury, judge...my 2kobo
What other due process are you talking about. You saw armed ammunition, people have already identified the house as a base for criminals.
You know what our judiciary is. When criminals commit crime you say due process.
When a BH sponsor was caught he was released because due process was followed.
Politics › Re: Enough Is Enough, ACF Tells Boko Haram by vislabraye(m): 1:15pm On Sep 08, 2012

virtuoso01: If you do not want undue embarrasment then stay put in your country, the world is not a fair place and it will always be so.

They said they do not want us in their country so why are we forcing ourselves on them?

Perhaps if we can build our country they will be begging us to come live in their country, but until then...
What you're saying is uncalled for. Are there no foreigners in Nigeria?
Do you know how many Ameriacans, British and the likes are living in Nigeria? Since their country is good why do they travel out?
Are Israelis not in Nigeria and in other African countries. This is racial.
Celebrities › Re: Yvonne Nelson & Mzbel Fight For Ice-Prince by vislabraye(m): 10:33pm On Sep 07, 2012
I can see why Ghanian men hate their Nigerian counterpats. We've got the swags. The Ghanian babes trip for our accent. They just like us too much.
We have enough Naija guys over here. Those in Ghana have been held back from leaving.
If this two best Ghanian celebrities can trip for Ice Prince I wonder what they'll do to Tufcae
Politics › Re: JTF Kills & Arrests Suspected Boko-Haram Members by vislabraye(m): 9:34pm On Sep 07, 2012
If Nigeria should divide they are the ones to suffer the mosts. They're so idiotic.
Their sultan, emirs and governors live in extreme wealth yet these paupers are the foot soldiers. Can't they reason? Can't they ask why the children of the elites are not getting involved.
I think many of them are plain stupid.
How I wish one Boko Haram member that has gone to Hell fire would come and tell them that hell is real. There are no virgins waiting for you.

What is our Intelligence Agency doing? Let them attack the root and not the branches.
Something radical must be done before its too late.

If they can kill police how much more corpers. Besides three weeks orientation camp is not enough to make them soldiers

Politics › Re: PHCN Assets: IBB, Abdulsalami, Tinubu Lead Bid Battle by vislabraye(m): 11:23am On Sep 07, 2012
I smell trouble. Tinubu, IBB and the likes are hypocrites. All they do is to accuse and sabotage this govt and they want to take part of the spoils of war.
Why are people criticizing Johnathan over Nnajis resignation? I see all these bidders as predators.

Meanwhile before telling him, you should tell an elderly family member.

This crime didn't happen in Lagos.
Overall, Lagos is relatively safer than many states in Nigeria.
But I haven't read any tribal bashing. Can I say NL posters are now matured or there's something more to it?

What does Ibori or the late Abacha have to say to this ?

People like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Roman Abrahamovic etc are some of individuals who worked their way to the top.
Its quite unfortunate that in Africa, many of the rich guys are into shady deals.

In a society that worships wealth, people look for short cut. A lot of yahoo yahoo guys or some malo millionaires are not necessarily smarter than the average Nigerian.

And the fact that someone is struggling today does not mean he lacks these qualit(ies)y or mindset.

Humility and the teachability is also a very vital mindset which is usually ignored.

Tinubu is not better than any PDP governor.
He's equally very corrupt. Who's behind the toll gate plazas? Who owns oriental hotel? Tinubu. Thief.
But he's a good politician. OBJ could not throw him out.
At first when I read your post I thought you were a lady but seeing you are a man makes it more annoying. I understand your point and possible frustration. Most churches see it from your point of view no doubt.
My advice to you is to read the prosperity and riches aspect of the Bible more, love it, understand God wants you to prosper, understand what the Bible meant when God called you a son as well as a 'god' (Psalms 82:6), visualize yourself in great wealth still serving God and giving for His work to continue. I mean, you are not to small to give God and your local assembly N100,000,000,000.
You speak like someone who's versed in the scripture. I like that.
God can make someone rich without fraud or dishonesty. Solomon is a good example and several others.

There's a lot of truth in what was said. I think exposure and being in the right place at the right time is very vital. Ones attitude is also very important as the writer has mentioned.

But how many rich people are clean? Or did not commit one fraud or the other? Look at the Iboris, Abacha , even MKO. Can you say they are clean? How would you feel if one of them start talking to you as if they re some kind of geniuses or rare species from outer space?

Overall, there are very honest people who are still very rich. I think you can be honest and still rich.
Romance › Re: When A Girl Is 30+...and Still Single. by vislabraye(m): 7:39pm On Sep 05, 2012
I won't blame all the +30 yrs women who are not yet married. Life is not usually fair. Many of us have had dreams and aspiration which did not materialize as when expected.

However there are many girls who use their youthfulness to do runs. They think they can eat their cake and have it. When the reach a certain age, they start going to church.
