I hope you'll be successful in suing.Such things can makes make some one bitter. By the way, you didn't mention the name of the school or your department, I feel you. What some of these schools do would make you feel like bombing the buildings. I have heard a lot of things about schools. Missing results, inconsistency- in 100 level you might have a 5 in a course, then in 400 level it will change to 2. Worse case scenario, a person's profile just gets missing.

If you can find a very good lawyer or you have some sort of connection, it would be very help for you. I feel you still stand a chance of winning depending on what you can provide. This was not heard from someone it is a confirmed story, he even told me about the lady and the first son while the second son is less than a year now.
