igwegeorgiano: Good morning everyone. i dont really know if here is the righr place to post this? Mods pls move it to the right section just in case this post misses its way to the wrong section.
A friend of mine called me yesterday to break the good news that he got a miracle job early this month with Nigeria Brewries Limited as a maintenance engineer. you will agree with me that NBL is one of the few coy in Nigeria today that has fantastic renumuration packages for it workforce.
just last sunday, after the church service my friend, with all the excitement in him decided to informed his pastor about the recent ugrade that has just started in his life. when he told his pastor about the job he just got with the Nigerian Brewries, the pastor's countenance changed immediately. he told my friend that he should immediately resign from the job on the excuse that such job opportunity does not glorified God and that it will lead him to hell fire. My friends has dependants who are looking up to him for support. his wife and four kids are there to take care of. At the moment he is at a cross road contemplating on weather to quit the job cos of the pastor's biblical assertions or hold on to the job for his family sake.
Counsellors in the house, please what do you advise he should do in this situaton. thanks. What will the pastor say if British American Tobacco were to employ him ? . Tel him to take the job jare. Does tne padtor drink malt ? How does he think malt drinks are prepared ? |

LorDBolton: I think the OP and the initial poster are both ignorant.
So if I knack miss A and tell my hommies...i'm a weakling?
Ok if i'm dating miss A doesn't everyone automatically know i'm knacking her??
It's 2016 nobody cares about that, what's wrong is when u LIE about knacking a babe...thats the only thing I consider irritating
Others are fair game...
Kids everywhere. Thank you. If they see miss A in your house at night do they need to tell some1 what you've been doing to her ? Don't women kiss and tell ? |

Pedagogue:
Fair point.
But what the Op is saying is: Don't bother going to the UK if your intention is NOT to leave immediately after your programme.
You still don't get it? Let me explain.
Your masters programme gives you a Tier 4 visa status. That visa will expire about four months after the completion of your masters programme i.e. after you must have submitted your dissertation.
After this, you have three main options-Leave, marry a British citizen, or Work (by applying for Tier 2 visa or another Tier 4 visa-another masters).
The first two are straightforward. The last is technical. To apply for a Tier 2 visa, it must be a job that attracts nothing less than £20,800 per year. Believe me, only 1 out of 10000000000 can be that lucky!
Talking about becoming a British Citizen or a permanent resident (indefinite leave to remain) is another kettle of fish. With the new rules, you need to have lived in the UK for about 7-10 years (subject to certain exceptions) to be qualified to apply for permanent residency. It's insane.
Countries like Canada, New Zealand are more pro-immigrants. Don't waste your hard earned money.
I've taken my time to Give this free info because I don't want more Nigerians to fall for the UK deceit. However, If ALL you want is quality education (and nothing more), the U.K. should be your preferred choice.
Very concise and straight forward. I think Canada is a far better option to UK. UK wahala is just too much. Some Britons even go abroad for better paying jobs. |

Oluwalosheleyi: What? which governor sued him for trying to build our foreign reserve? rewind and listen to yourself bro.no hard feelings but you sound misinformed. No, you are not informed. Where were you when Amaechi and co sued the FG for saving money? They complained that the government should distribute the money to the states. Smh. I expect you to make research before coming out to debunk what yiu have little knowledge about. If you have to blame Gej for not saving, at least you should also blame the opposition. |

Onegai: This is simply the truth. I voted Buhari, I expected him to hit the ground running. I thought I would hear him calling every single ministry and parastatal to give a full audit immediately after swearing in and have an economic team on ground a month later. Instead he wasted time and for what, to put in old faces to run the show and a finance minister no-one is sure knows how to run an economy of a country. I'm disappointed and I'm tired to hearing "GEJ, PDP". Yes, they messed up, but that is why I voted for you, so you would FIX THEIR NONSENSE. And don't tell me it took 16 years to destroy, it took longer and that is no excuse, what is stopping you from at least having a concrete plan and explaining it and starting to execute some plans? Don't say you're broke when your civil service is bloated and your lawmakers are still earning fat salaries. No-one outside the country thinks Buhari has a plan, is it chasing corruption that will diversify the economy? If he had insisted States be independent because he has no money it would have helped. If he insists that each governor report monthly to him solid plans to improve their economy, not "go and farm on Thursdays and Fridays", that is something. Thank you. That's the same thing I say which zombies don't want to listen to. You can't keep blaming the past. You'll hear people like Mbaka say, PDP took away the lungs, heart and kidneys of Nigeria and handed Nigeria to Buhari. All such statements are not helping him. This government is irresponsible. |

He's somebody who is really passionate about the growth and progress of the country and it's citizens.
The ball is in APC and Buhari's court. They can't get truth delivered in a better way than this
God bless Chukwuma Soludo, my man anyday Why didn't Buhari nominate him as an economic adviser ? Here is this same man blasting past government. At least he's better than the die hard zombies |

Oluwalosheleyi: Remember crude oil was $140+ during your regime but the price of crude oil is less than $30 per barrel now, meaning you made so much money then sir and you should have left enough reserve for us instead of giving out billions to religious leaders, monarchs and politicians for your re-election and employing millions of ghost workers. When he wanted to save, didnt the Apc governors sue him ? Had it been they haf cooperated with him to save, by now Nigeria would have had a few 100s of billions of dollars in reserve. |

wirinet: You guys are pathetic. Any positives in Buhari's government, you credit Jonathan, but any negative, you exonerate Jonathan. For example, Buhari's government is defeating boko haram, you praise Jonathan for starting it and buying arms, Boko haram strikes, you castigate Buhari. NEPA has improved, you praise Jonathan to high heavens for fixing NEPA before he left, NEPA supply darkness as usual, you blame buhari for not supplying power. The list can go on and on.
The only house that your Hero, Jonathan build was a house of corruption and the whole world was aware except PDP and its allies; IPOB, NDA, TAN, etc. On the contrary, that's what you guys do. GEJ has been blamed for where we are as a country and Buhari exonerated. Have you heard Mbaka's recent speech ? Even when he appointed ministers 6 months into office, it's GEJ'S fault. As for the NEPA issue Buhari even gave credit to Gej. But some die hard buharists claim it's bidy language that did the change. Tell Buhari to learn to take responsibility. |

chimere66: Just in:
Fulani Herdsmen attack Akagwe Ugwu community in Enugu state killing a seminarian.
They killed one catholic seminarian who just returned from apostolic work and 4 others were seriously injured. They have been taken to the hospital.
The community is in disarray now. However report reaching APGA Interactive Forum indicates that the youths of Akagwe Ugwu have quickly mobilised and are in hot chase of the herdsmen. They must be caught definitely.
We also learnt that the commissioner of Police has arrived the community.
Gov Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi is too weak, he is still sleeping and snoring at the govt house. He must be Corrected come 2019.
This is the body of the murdered seminarian.

Our Presidiot president won`t come out on camera to condemn it. All he will do is to send someone to type from twitter about how Buhari is unhappy about the killings. Now people will think its the president really tweeting.
I wonder how a president of nigeria in 2016 won`t have a verified twitter account.
Are you thinking what I`m thinking Father Mbaka won't say anything now. Let him keep on blaming Gej. He has never spoken against the killings of Christians. |

Pls nd pls Never make a mistake of been too comfortable teaching...just be seeing it as a way to prepare yourself
No matter the pay, Teaching in private schools suck! They suck like an olosho n a customer I dey tell you. If you have have some money, I will advise never to venture into private teaching. Do your masters or a professional course at best. There's no career growth or development. There's no structure. There are some schools that will ask you to teach maths, physics, chemistry and further maths assuming you read a course like chemical engineering. I forgot to add intro Tech to the list. If you read microbiology you will be asked to take biology, chemistry and Agric. They may even add junior maths for you. If you are seeking to build your career, please run from this people because it's like entering a black hole. You can't come out. But the benefit is that, it will sharpen you and give you some exposure and of course small cash to take care of little expenses. (I said little expenses). |

It is one thing to call someone a dog and it is another to call a dog someone and then go ahead to write the the person's name on it- all this in a peaceful environment.
Had Buhari been a tyrant, no one would waste their time suing the idiot- they would simply throw his sorry ass in jail and have his dog swallow the keys.
I wonder why he didn't name his dog after his father- abi him like Buhari pass him papa?? What is this one saying ? So do you prefer they call you a dog or they name a dog after you ? Some people nevet cease to amaze me |

None of them in politics now have clean hands. They all know the truth. Jonathan is now the latest thief because his party has lost power. But we are quick to forget that some of these saints in this present administration were part of the former.
Whoever is willing to probe Jonathan must be confident that he hasn't been part of governance either in the military or democratic dispensation. No mind the mumus. When them Fash, Amaechi and Rochas are still being rewarded for their corruption, do they have the justification to sack Gej ? |
