I'm not expecting Buhari to do any magic when for instance the minister of budget is a lawyer. Minister of transport read English, minister of works, power and housing read law too. A lot of things is by the grace of God. What the guy did was to clear his mind of any guilt or condemnation. To tell you the truth, it's not everything we can restitute.
