Do they still accept letter from www.doctoresparati.com at Embassy and POE.
The letter is emitted by the doctor, not by the billing and admissions department (doctoresparati) and is accepted at the Embassy.

Am trying to do a cost comparison being going there and going to Houston. Ofcos for the latter Il have to rent accommodation. My qstn is ds, for Houston Mamas, which is the most common accommodation used? Comfy, safe and also reasonably priced. Attached is the list of options from Dr.Esperati's site. Need an estimate for accommodation; from intown suites, it looks safe to budget about 2200 for 12wks. Am I on track here? And is 12weeks too long? How long after baby is born is a reasonable time to process baby's papers?
You may try to follow the links you posted from www.doctoresparati.com website, that will take you to each individual website so you can verify yourself.

Has anyone use Doctores Para Ti recently for Birth Delivery in USA, and is it advisable to pay delivery bill in advance for possible visa assurance at the Embassy. We are expecting Twins

I will appreciate all the tips that can help my wife on this...
There are always patients from Nigeria in El Paso (www.doctoresparati.com). Paying in advance may or may not help. If you are not able to provide proof of strong ties to your country, it is irrelevant if you prepay your medical bill since you will still be denied and your denial will have nothing to do with your economic solvency. On the other hand, you may also prepay, and the officer may not even ask for proof of pre-payment and approve your visa, or not.

In some cases, they ask for additional documents to provide proof of financial solvency so it helps if you have pre-paid your bills since this is proof that you have the money to pay for your services and will not ask for govt assistance, therefore, you are economically solvent. So paying in advance is essentially a roll of the dice on how much you want to risk that the officer will or will not ask you for documents that provide proof of payment during your interview.

Ok. I guess that letter will come later then cos I only got an acceptance letter addressed to US customs and immigration stating the hospital and my appointment date.
Thank u so much.
If you already have a Visa, a doctor is assigned upon arrival depending on the availability of the physician available on the day you arrive. No additional letter is sent.

Good question.

Greetings House,

Do you think it is wise using Doctorespariti' zero balance and Itemised billing for a 221G interview? Do they now have a good standing with the US embassy?
You should present the itemized billing and zero balance letter from both the hospital and the clinic where you received your prenatal care. No issues with either at the visa interview unless you have an unpaid balance or asked for govt assistance.

Good morning house.

Are there limitations to the kind of hospitals I can use to give birth in the US?

I'm asking because I was thinking of using University Medical Center in El Paso.

I am really concerned about the fact they don't display any packages on their website and the University thingy.
UMC is a state-funded hospital and recently revised its prices. The Doctor's fees are not listed and frequently total over $3000 since there is no contract saying how much you will be charged.

Hello people, nobody talks about el paso anymore like 2 to 3 ago when i used advices from this thread to plan my USA childbirth waka. Am considering el paso for this present missionary journey. Any advice please. I need to know why people aren't going there again like before
El Paso is alive and well. Its not mentioned much since the package includes everything and there are no questions about the services. People come here to ask questions here so El Paso is not mentioned much since everything is straightforward.

Its better not to reapply again. Most people who had interview like as yours and who reapplied were refused again. You would be seen as desperate
As with anything in life, it is always best to try and try again. Many people have been approved on second, third, even forth interview. Had they not tried, they had not gotten approved. Good luck!

Whilst I was breaking down the cost of obgyn, hospital and pead to her, I made an attempt to show her my personalized letter from the Doctor/hospital including budget sheet, she declined sighting it. Infact she didn't even check any document out from me.im hoping she isn't seeing the amount as too small? But that's what I got from Doctores Para Ti
You should apply again as soon as possible. Sometime VO are unpredictable.

Hello house, kindly help me review my transcript biko, so I can know where I went wrong.
Email correspondence is not enough at times, did you provide a personalized letter from the doctor accepting you as a patient?
TravelRe: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 6 by Vlesparza: 1:54pm On Mar 07, 2018
MCareNetwork:
Critical question: Is the budget sheet supposed to be from the doctor or hospital? I have even seen some examples here where people write it by hand. Isn’t it just to show a total based on the different costs of medical and non medical expenses? The applicant even added another $15k for emergencies and showed account statements that more than covered that.
Your personal budget (expense) sheet does not have to be from a doctor or hospital but you should have some kind of documentation from your doctor or hospital that specifies the cost of the treatment otherwise there is no proof that the numbers on your budget sheet are correct. Ideally, provide an additional letter from any personnel at the hospital or clinic where you will be seen that includes prices and a contact phone where the officer can call in case he/she should have any questions or want to confirm the prices and/or your appointment.

But isn't that even supposed to be POSITIVE desperation sef?
Pre-paying will only help if you are asked to provide proof that you are able to pay your medical services (hence they are already paid), but you may or may not be asked to for proof or any additional documentation other than the info you provided on the application. It all depends on the VO that you get the day of your interview.

LESSONS LEARNT:

1) NEVER EVER use an agent to fill your DS-160 form. Trust me, the form is pretty straight toward and there are some information that an agent might not put much thought to. But if you do it yourself you have all the right information in there and can't be thrown off
This is extremely important. If an agent fills out your form, you do not know what the agent filled out. Once you are scrutinized by the VO it will be evident that you do not know what you are talking about. If you don't know what you are talking about you are not prepared and will be very difficult to pass your interview.

Pls house , need some clarification on these , I engaged two hospitals and below are excerpts from each
Hospital 1: “You are not required to pay for the acceptance letter but if you are requesting on be written for
any reason you will first make $200 non-refundable fee“
Hospital 2, after sending my requested status profile : “I have scheduled you to come see Dr ** on 21st may 2018 by 11am. Pls let me know if there’s anything else I can help with”
My question: do I need to pay a certain amount for an acceptance letter that I need to go to interview with or for Poe?
Does the response or correspondence from hospital suffice for what I need for interview and Poe
You will be spending thousands of dollars for the opportunity of your child having a dual-citizenship. You are risking an awful lot at your interview and your POE to save $200 or whatever the doctor is billing you for the letter.

For your information, house didnt recomend anyone. People here just have used them and shared their experiences maybe. However, Docesparati or whatever isnt a person, you may need to read well to understand the TOR for docesparati and decide on what u r using. In d process, u should come accross their email addresses too. Best of luck
The difference is the way they are referred to in this forum since most private doctors have their own clinic that typically has a name different than their personal name. When you get a bill from Dr. Fagbohun you do not get it from him personally, you get it from the billing department with the name of the clinic. Doctoresparati is the billing and admissions department for several doctors and offers all the services (epidural, hospital, pediatrician, etc) at a discounted rate for international patients.

Hello family, please is there any advantage paying the $150 (or thereabout) hospital registration fee alongside correspondence with your doctor before going for the interview? At least to show some form of genuinety. Thanks
It may help to have proof of acceptance from a doctor if you are asked for it during your interview. Some are asked for documentation and some are rejected without being asked for any documentation.

It's not personal, he knows his wife's condition so knows how long they might need to spend in the hospital... As their rep, you could have responded a bit better and possibly won yourself a client.
The matter is not one about gaining or losing a "client" it's about informing and educating a patient so they can determine if they should come or not given all the possible outcomes, wherever they may choose to go.

Oga @ Ala (something) pls ignore and waka pass. Bless you!
I apologize if the statement sounds harsh as I mean no disrespect. I simply want to emphasize that he be informed as to the prices for an additional stay at any hospital given the statement that was mentioned made it seem as if the poster was not aware of this. Also, as honorable advice, I suggest anybody that plans on making the trip have enough money to cover at least a $1300 unforeseen expense should it arise and not be caught off guard and jeopardize their immigrant status. My statement is meant as an honest advice and I hope It was not taken in any other way. As it is, I hope my advice helped anyone who was undecided to embark on this trip or cancel it if their budget does not allow it.

DW and I are considered El Paso. But the $900.00 and $1,300 per day for mother and child respectively for hospital stay after 2 days is scary. We are now considering Houston Northwestern Medical Center. Please what is their policy for hospital stay beyond 2 days? DW will require a CS.

Thank you.
All hospitals have additional fees after each day if you or your baby need to stay for extra days. Most hospitals charge a lot more than just $900 and $1300 so make sure the hospital you choose discloses how much they will charge you for additional days since it will not be free regardless of the hospital you choose. You may even want to reconsider your trip to the USA if your budget cannot handle a $900-$1300 emergency.

Please I want to find out if anyone made us of the El Paso package and would like to confirm how good it is. Thanks.
Although El Paso is still one of the most popular places since it has been receiving international patients for the longest time, very few questions appear here since the package includes everything and there is assistance from staff (Denise) if you have complications or questions. Use the search button on this site for Doctoresparati/El Paso.

how does doctoresparati come in when we have no documentation/s with them at all? I really need answers cos my wife's interview in coming up fast 19th, I'm so worried
Take the documentation you received. Doctores Para Ti provides the billing and admission of patients for several doctors (this is standard with most private practice doctors in the US). The only documentation you will need (if asked) is the doctor's letter. The other document can be used if you are asked to provide proof regarding the numbers you used on your budget sheet.
