Fake statistics produces fake conclusions. So you have not watched the video on YouTube where Kobe Bryant's childhood friend was crying while revealing that the superstar was always saying when they were young that he must die young to become a greater legend than Michael Jordan. Keep speaking negative about yourself and the works of your hands but stop trying to deceive others about things you are ignorant of. linearity: Bros take a chill pile....
About 150,000 people died today world wide....more 90% of them were positive in their confessions and never wished to died.
The words from their mouth, their thoughts, etc was to live, but they still end up dead!
Now, if 90% who were positive end up dying, and only 10% who were negative died....by every scientific measures....it means, one stands the chance of survival if they are negative.
Am not in anyway saying that, been negative somehow makes one not to suddenly pass...am only bringing in stats to let you know that, the data did not back your conclusion....they even appear to contradict them. |

Your points have some merit but like I said your previous example represents the lifestyle of perhaps 1 out of 10000 couples. Don't be deceived by Instagram. The statistics tell us the truth. Most Nigerians are poor and the with the present currency devaluation coupled with the economy getting worse since this govt took over the upper middle class have all slid further down into lower middle class. And the lower middle class have fallen down the ladder. They just don't know it yet. Note No middle class lives like the man you mentioned. lozanni: You are quite wrong as it has value to some middle class and upper class citizens. The very poor ones might not be able to solve such problem as, sadly, the daily rigours of searching for means to fend for their families, might leave both husband and wife completely exhausted at the end of the day. However, provision of modern transport facilities, like the light rail, can reduce travel time to one hour, to and from the office; also provision of Hi-Tech internet and communication facilities that ensures you do not spend the night at the office ( especially Bankers), will give couples more time for themselves and their children. |

It's either you are a student or an employee. If you were an employer of labour you wouldn't post such. The Nigerian work ethic is among the worst in the world if not The worst. With the exception of those in multinationals who don't want to lose the perks of office and those in the diaspora who are very hard working because they will earn more by adding extra hours. In Nigeria, the work ethic is abysmal. You cannot find a small business owner who is not praying and fasting for committed and honest workers. Nobody does that in The West because laziness and bad attitude is an aberration over there. You are describing an environment where the worker gives their very best. No clocking in. Show up when you like as long as your work output is high. So some stroll in by 11am but will still work till 8pm without being monitored Can any business try that here and last 2 years? namenick: When you go through the list of the best foreign movies and series that a lot of us Binge watch, it was written and produced in an amiable environment. Thank you for your kind response. Have a blessed day excelsiorfarm: For little elaboration, answeing vulcan. The calculation is correct.
First you can use fish net or sleeve to get your fishes for sampling without killing anyone
For the calculation, lets break it to small bits, the reason why 1000 is down is simply because 20 grams to kilogram =20/1000. Hence the 20 is up and 1000 down.
The reason why 100 is down is because it is a percentage. 5% used is 5/100. That is the reason 5 is up and 100 is down.
And the last up is 2000, the number of the stock rate used. There is no need to put it over anything because it is a stand alone factor.
Nothing else to emphasis, it have been broken down to pieces.
Have a great day.
Jesus is Lord
God bless
I appreciate the question, how do you measure without killing them?
There is something that is called fish net that could be use to bring out your sample from the pond.
About the calculation? If not correct, by His Grace, you won't see it here.
Let me help you clarify
First the number of fishes=2000 Grams of each=20 grams Body percentage used= 5% (Feeding)
Now, 1000grams =1kg
20x2000x5(at the top as shown and quoted)
1000x100(at the button as shown and quoted) I believe you can see the slash sign that means divided?
20x2000x5=200,000(@ top) 1000x100=100,000(@buttom)
If you divide 200,000/100,000 what will you get?
The Answer is 2kg

Ridiculous figures. So one out of every 3 Nigerians is involved in sports betting And these people also have N3k a day to gamble? Meaning they make a minimum of N90k a month to gamble away N3k a day. Where did he get these figures from Bikonu? PublicHealthNig: Place cigarette-like hazard warning on all betting sites, Oche Otorkpa tells FG
The Executive Director of Public Health Nigeria, Dr. Oche Otorkpa, has called on the Federal Government and its agencies, including the Federal Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to, as a matter of urgency, consider the compulsory placement of public health warning labels similar to those on cigarette packs on all sports betting (online and offline) and gaming business websites in Nigeria and a compulsory sign-off for all online betters stating they understand the potential long term effects that gambling could have on their lives and the lives of their families.
The public health practitioner warned that online betting addiction has escalated the mental health crisis in Nigeria, destroying lives and livelihoods, wreaking businesses and tearing families apart. The crisis according to him, is such that addicted parents rather play bet than pay school fees, leaving their children uneducated, malnourished and vulnerable.
According to him, “today, it is not unusual to run into students of secondary and higher institutions who are begging on the streets because they used their school fees or tuition to play sports betting. The irony of this scheme is that while the promoters of these sports betting (online and offline) and gaming business sites smile to the bank, such cannot be said of their customers who slide deeper into penury, poverty and hopelessness.
According to statistics, about 60 million Nigerians between the ages of 18 and 40 are involved in active sports betting. On average, these punters spend roughly ₦3,000 Naira every day on bets. Almost N2 billion is spent on sports betting daily in Nigeria, which translates to nearly N730 billion in a year. The get-rich-quick syndrome has exacerbated the gambling epidemic in the country, forcing many young people to think of short cuts to success. “Gambling addiction leads to other serious effects, including loss of jobs, failed relationships, and severe debt.
Effects of gambling is often associated with mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. “Studies have also shown that the warning label on cigarettes introduced by the US Government in 1965, which mandated that cigarette packaging include a warning that smoking cigarettes may be hazardous to health, significantly improved health indicators while smoking rates have dropped dramatically in the United States,” he said.

Agriculture › Re: Hidden Truths About Catfish Business!!! by VULCAN(m): 5:57pm On Jun 21, 2020 |
Wonderful! Pls how do you weigh fishes without killing them? PS.Pls check the figures you used for the calculation. There is an error. Those figures will eventually give you 20kg instead of 2kg. God bless excelsiorfarm: Let me teach you how to calculate the amount of fish feeds you would need daily in your fish farm.
First get the weight of your fishes, in some cases especially for big farmers, you can do an estimate by picking out 5 fishes and getting the average, then multiply by the total number of fish in the pond.
It is appropriate to feed your fishes between 3-5% of their body weight daily. Anything beyond +/-6 is already a waste, that is what causes pollution, depletion of oxygen, stress and leads to diseases and also mortality.
E.g to calculate amount of feed to give 2000 fishes of 20 grams for example is given below:-
Ikg = 1000g Weight of fish =20*2000 = 40,000g
Now to feed them, the formula is
Weight of feed= 20*2000*5/1000*100
Using 5% as our choice of body weight used for calculation (remember between 3-5% is OK, though 4% is good)
Which is equal to 2kg daily, to be accurate, you have to check their weight through random sampling every week or biweekly, depending on how convenient or increase by 10-12% after a week. BEST IS TO CHECK FISH WEIGHT
THE 2KG CAN BE GIVEN TO THE FISHES BY dividing into 2, I.e 1kg in morning, 1kg in the evening, preferably before 6pm or at worst 6pm.
In the evening oxygen content in water reduces and feeding them late can cause mortality to not bore you with details.
Share with other fish farmers, more than 70% just feed and later come to complain |

Religion is worthless but The Spirit of Life in Christ is where the real koko is. Go and study The historical Quakers. They were able to simultaneously hold very moral and spiritual beliefs while being highly successful businessmen of their day. The current Pentecostalism has failed because it has been unable to uphold either side well. Barclays and Lloyd's Bank were founded by Quakers. Also Cadbury and Rowntree. If you look around you and you cannot see spiritual people who are highly successful whether in Business or Career that's because such people don't make noise not because they don't exist. Kenplay: With my personal Experience, Observation and inner conviction, I think I dont want to be part of any religion again. This thing is truely an opium of illusion meant for people who cant take their destiny in their hands and for a sheeple masses.
Despite withdrawing from religion I found myself even having a better moral compass which I cant explain. We are throwing away common sense, hardwork and universal principles to leave in illusion. At the end of my observation I have come to the conclusion that its what you do for yourself that counts more.
When I see poor people dying of hungry in a country which have the capacity to be the global industrial hub I know we have throw away common sense, Nigeria biggest investment to South Africa is Religious buildings (Church) while here in Nigeria the South Africans brought us MTN, DSTV, SHOP RITE e.t.c which employs thousands of people and gives profit to our Investors inventing in the stocks and shares of those companies I realise religion is lack of common sense.
No amount of religion can make you succesful without application of common sense. No amount of religion can make your marriage succesful without application of common sense and consideration for your partner. No amount of religion can a nation grow and prosper without application of common sense, productivity and good policies.
At the end of it I think am leaving religion, its not worth it. Even uprightness and moral comes from a person inner conviction and not because of religion. |
