Now whether Obi said something was 17% and it actually turned out to be 11% means nothing to well meaning Nigerians because he spoke extemporaneously and is referring to events over a decade ago from memory. He was not willfully attempting to deceive.

Compare that with the deceitful current govt that lies and deceives the people even in written and vetted documents about current events.
