Well male or female, although I'm leaning more towards female (e get why grin), it's at best imaginative writing.

Someone who was raped will hardly be so detailed.
Do you mean if you were robbed at gun point, you can't give detailed explanation after the event?
Though, she may not think of nairaland as soon as she was raped in such violent manner.

bukatyne:
The male monikers will list all their faults and still wonder at the wives' reactions:

1. I don't bath, slump all day in front of the TV and have bad breath: I don't know why my wife refuses sex. He goes to bed by 3am on a work day o'

2. I flirt, cheat, stay out all night and jobless. I don't know why my wife is 'disrespectful' or a 'nag'.

3. I cheat on my wife and feel betrayed my wife does same.

The female monikers are pristine married to demons:

1. My husband suddenly changed, he doesn't talk to me anymore

2. My husband just wakes up and beats me

3. My husband keeps malice even though I don't say anything.

At this rate, keep us entertained. cheesy
Lol, we will all keep assuming, believing and commenting accordingly while we are entertained.
Family › Re: My Wife Betrayed My Trust by Vyolet(f):
I may believe this story because I've witness something of such so it is not out of place.

Mr Op, i know your pain is the fact that the guy is spending more money, younger and somehow gets your wife to be emotionally attached.
I am also glad you said the truth about your own self and how you have been unfaithful to her.
If you have not confronted her, do so now, let her explain herself, confess your own too and forgive each other. If you feel the African man in you cannot forgive her, kuku give her divorce and let her go be with the oyel guy she loves.
If you want to forgive her, take time to find out what went wrong, could it be the distance, lack of emotion or she already knows you have not been faithful to her after preserving her virginity for you.
Talk to her and not us.

Dupalmer:
The truth is that rape is barbaric. Gagging you is another thing altogether.
So sorry for the sad encounter. But waito:
1. I really don't understand how a nun should be living with a Hot oversexed groin and be expecting a monk treatment.
2. Forget about going to the police. There's a whole lot of burden of proof to look into especially considering the fact that you are leaving with him. Also you MAYBE robbing yourself of a great RELATIONSHIP and Happy MARRIAGE.
O yes some blessing come in disguise. Hard fact.

3. It hurts to have your treasured virginity taken away in a way you didn't bargain for. GAGGING YOU IS THE MOST WORRISOME, it shows he has violent and CRIMINAL Tendencies.
4. You may reconsider taking it as one of those things. try and match his good qualities and make up for his weakness. There's no perfect person anywhere.
5. Most girls lost theirs in a more horrible way only to later become sex champions.
6. Pondering over the pain of what happened may cause you depression and unnecessarily mood swings.
7. Console yourself with the fact that virginity and balloon has one thing in common. "A pick and it's all history"

8. If you see genuine remorse in him forgive him, get the both of you go for medical checkups, free your mind and continue with him. You'd see he will treasure you forever.
9. If you have made up your mind to forgive him then close your ears from sorry loser feminists. Their counsel will bring you more horrible pains.

9. You implied that you guys loves/loved each other. Well, love endures and there's no love without pain. Love heals.
Imagine the thrash you wrote there, what good is in such animal?
I hope you are sane.

At Op, parents may have known that some kids say age 13- 17 already know adult stuffs but rather than encourage them and make them see things like they are not bad, why not allow them be their age and watch series meant for their age while with you or while away from you?
It is your duty as a parent to guide them right.
Family › Re: Lock Down Wahala : Can Children Watch “R” - Rated Movies With Parents? by Vyolet(f): 5:49pm On Apr 22, 2020
crackkhaus:
That we think teenagers/kids are already knowledgeable about certain things does not mean parents should encourage access to age-restricted content.

TV shows and movies always come in ratings - FAM, PG, 11, PG-13, TV-14, 16, NC-17, R18, R-Rated, TV-MA, etc.. I think there might even be more in-between and far apart.
The point here is, there will always be something interesting, educative and fun, to watch together as a family which is not R18, R-Rated, or TV-MA.

That said, how anyone goes about raising their kids is really their business at the end of the day as long as they're not breaking any laws.
No one can really dictate for another what/what not to do with their children.
I disagree with this, how anyone raise their kids is not their business alone, it is everybody's business. A badly raised child will not allow a well raised child live peacely in the society, they become a menance to the society at large.
Example, if you are busy shielding your underage child from sex scenes while another parent is there exposing his own child to such, the latter's child will end up tricking your own child to school toilets and practice those things on them, it is a cycle.
Everyone should be encouraged to raise good kids.

If this OP is genuine, scammers will so have a filled day. grin.

Madam, Op, go to general hospitals around your vicinity, there are many pregnant and nursing mothers there for antenatal and post natal purposes or visit the paediatric emergency or wards, you will meet the mothers face to face, don't enable scammers on nairaland.
God will grant your heart desires and give you your own children.

Gilbertase:
All this back and forth English ehn..my view on this has always been clear. God who ordained marriage, brought the man and his wife together. Nothing or no one should put asunder. If you now so choose to move halfway across the world in your marriage leaving your significant other behind even with the noblest of intentions, then live with the consequences of that decision. But from experience of others, there certainly will be consequences. You may not know until later, but you will find that there will be. There is a being called the devil and he doesnt joke around. As for me, wherever i go, IF IT WILL BE FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD of time, my wife/family goes with me. It cannot be God's will for me to be separated from the same family he gave to me, for ANY REASON. Call it whatever you want, you cant be across the world from your family and still assume you are together, that a void wont be formed, that the devil wont make moves (both ways). 20 million video calls wont suffice.
Some men even leave their wives for as long as 15years and still expect her to be one and the same by the time they come back, all in the name of searching for greener pasture.

Is this man really hungry or he just wants to trend?
What exactly does he want the Government to do?
Should the Government allow everyone to go about their normal business and allow the spread of the virus?
Government cannot satisfy everyone honestly, they can only do the little they can.
I can bet if they told him, the first step outside his house would see him contracting the coronavirus and he would die instantly, he wouldn't dare step outside, he would prefer the hunger at that point than stepping outside.

It is just unfortunate that some men don't know how to differentiate it.

What's your point? And have you already confirmed the kind of generator he has? Maybe you don't know that some Bimbo are so allergic to technology that they can't even press a simple button to start a plant and change switches.

And who told you the generator is not of the modern type that's so easy to put on, but it's the woman that's using that as an excuse to lure the man?
Just a little detail and you already "broke shaming" the husband
I don't even understand why your body is hot, are you the husband? cheesy

Send her money to buy a bigger, better generator that would only require the press of a button to start.

Hmmm, if we tell them to make enough money before marriage, they will call us names.
Now he is afraid his wife may be cheating simply because another man helped her draw generator.
