1. The kyuubi shrunk when it was divided and that has been it's current and full size all the time that it has been in naruto

2. I mentioned that there were two occasions where the Kyuubi shrank, the second was after naruto had collected it's chakra after the battle in the subconscious, it shrank again but after feeding on naruto's chakra for a while it reverted back to it's original size (the size it was when it was out into naruto after it had been divided by minato)

When Sarutobie used the jutsu we got some tips from it
1. It can be used with shadow clone jutsu to seal more than one soul (Side question- Do clones have souls if not why does the jutsu allow clones?)
2. It is a short range jutsu
3. What is sealed depends on Chakra

But from minato's fight we saw one new thing
4. Depending on the prowess of the user, the jutsu can also be used mid range and long range

So what's your own with rule rule rule.

II. Orochimaru eats you but takes over your body. For a Jinchuriki, the tailed beast is sealed inside the person
III. What you're seeing inside Orochimaru's technique is not a suppression of chakra but a suppression of consciousness which in a jinchuuriki, it involves suppression of the entire beast consciousness and chakra both the jinchuuriki and the owner can reside inside and switch consciousness freely but for orochimaru's technique once, one is free, it takes over
IV. Orochimaru indeed swallowed sasuke and entered his body, so sasuke didn't absorb orochimaru. From what i described above you can see that orochimaru commenced the first part of his jutsu the right way, the problem came when it was time to suppress sasuke's consciousness and sasuke used his sharingan to reverse that. So you can see that sasuke did not absorb orochimaru if we break it down except you say that orochimaru's technique is a form of absorbtion of a human rather possessing their bodies as it has been proven to be..

2. Why is it that When naruto absorbed the Kyuubi's chakra it shrunk? Also it shrunk when it was split in 2.. Why did kyuubi also get bigger again after feeding for some time on naruto's chakra? Have you seen a human shrink from having his or her chakra absorbed? Or more appropriately a SUMMON?
3. Yes the sealer and the Sealee, humans not chakra constructs. Now how do you know that the death God seal Was used to seal the Kyuubi into the death God? That's a baseless assumption.. Minato Said that he wanted to seal half into himself and then the other half into naruto..
a. So in essence the second half could not return to the first half because it was not sealed into the death God direct but into minato. This and points listed above explain why kurama is not a traditional soul and also could not return to minato.
Now i know there's another objection rising in your head concerning what i just said so let me hit you with another theory
3. What if i said that the death God Jutsu was just used to PULL out kurama's YING chakra OVER LONG DISTANCE, (carefully note that i have given you two reasons why he would use that jutsu) so that he could seal it into himself with the 8 trigrams seal. Explains everything. Proof that it was the 8 trigrams seal? Look at the markings on Minato in his Kyuubi mode..

1. The Death God sealing jutsu was not the one used to seal the 9 tails into naruto it was the 8 trigrams sealing jutsu or something like that.. We know that from throughout the series. so i'm guessing i'm agreeing with you
2. Now The 9 tailed beasts are living things but they're not say LIVING... Case point being that they are CHAKRA CONSTRUCTS given life by the Izanagi like technique of the rinnegan. The only way they can run out of chakra is if they diminish into nothing... This concept is difficult to grasp i admit but the way i use to differentiate it is that all the tailed beasts together form the chakra of the juubi but without the body of the juubi, they cannot form the juubi, the juubi is a full fledged beast...

Next theory i'm working on is why obito had the markings and trappings of the sage after absorbing the Juubi, think i used that point to prove to ihedinobi that the sage was born with his rinnegan

Besides the way you're saying that the Death God jutsu is not a jutsu is not a Jinchuriki sealing jutsu, you're sounding like you know all the jutsus that are used to seal Jinchurikis, Even bee Said that the one used for him was different and less powerful than the one used for naruto.. And i'm assuming that the jutsus used for sealing all the different tailed beasts is different for each... So you cannot extensively know all the possible sealing jutsus

Kimco, after researching that ish we talked about, I came to the conclusion that Orochimaru albeit knew much about the snake sage and he also had sage chakra, he didn't have the body to bring it to fruition.

hehe... Orochimaru was indeed a sage, he mastered how to absorb natural energy and manipulate sage chakra but he COULD NOT ENTER SAGE MODE...
Now you might want to say that because he cannot enter sage mode therefore he is not a sage, but i find that unreasonable because the fault is not from him directly, it's not that he doesn't know how to do it but he cannot because of his transference jutsu putting him in incompatible bodies. I believe that were orochimaru to have his real body he would enter sage mode. After all for one to be able to use senjutsu he must have balanced to an extent the natural energy with his normal chakra...
