divalishis:BankPhb does not exist anymore. the bank that used to be bankPhb is now named Keystone (not sure which is which) but the important thing is that it is OWNED 100% by AMCONso u dont have bankPHB shares again. it gone, zilch |
you can withdraw your money, nobody will stop you. even if the bank was to be wound up, NDIC will still pay you your money eventually it will only just take time as it is right now, you can walk into any of the bank branches and make withdrawal |
it is really horrible to read most of the comments in this thread, a government just passed a law that seemingly favors tenants and it is people who are tenants or leaving with someone who is a tenant that are already coming up with a thousand and one ways to sabotage the law ![]() rather than think of ways to help the govt implement the law and make it work you are all whining, with this loser attitude i think landlords just need to sit back and relax cos they have nothing to worry about, and i guess that is why there has been no formal protest from landlords since this law has been in the news |
Ujujoan:if you put 50 on the table, im sure you can get all the house keeping help you need to do everything from sweeping to cooking and cleaning. all over the western world, there are millions of women who have never boiled water in the life talkless of doing laundry. they elect to be equal to men and are willing to pay for it. they put 50 on the table and dont clean up after the man they're with cos thats part of the agreement. some dont even have children cos they know that it is impossible to share the pregnancy 50/50 my problem is that african women want to have this level of freedom but refuse to stand up and be a man. if you want to have a traditional wedding and have dowry paid to your family, if you want to be wooed by a man so that people will not say u're desperate and running after a man. if you wont step up and propose marriage then dont turn around and demand equality when african women grow the balls to be equal, they will not need to demand equal rights, you know why? because they are already equal to their men |
armyofone:going to a bar that offers strippers as entertainment is no different from watchin p0rn0graphy, note that the main issue in this discussion is not infidelity. |
people, if we put the issues into perspective and separate them. NIFI is a good financial concept but tilting it in the direction of religion is not wholesome. that said, i dont think this is a good enough reason for Sanusi to be removed. the man has done well despite our personal views on his handling of the rot in the banking sector, truth be told, the bank was in a terrible state and would have fu-ked everybody up if the guy had not taken the hard stance he took back in '09 |

jennykadry:there's nothing on the list that said HARD WORK, so the fact that ur brother's friend works hard doesnt mean he has the 7 qualities listed above, being poor is as hard a work as being rich what counts are the other ingredients you put into the hard work jennykadry:maybe u have seen a men with one, two or even three of the qualities listed but i can guarantee you have not seen a man with ALL seven qualities who is poor not even in a country like Sudan not to talk of Nigeria where there are countless opportunities to be rich |
jennykadry:are you saying success comes from luck? |
talknafree:@kisskriss, i assume you had a job before you married your wife and probably up until you had your first child, if now that you're going thru a down time, your wife's family want to take their daughter back, i will advise you to let them take her, at least now you know the type of family u married from. if she chooses them over you, then you need to start questioning the basis of her love? for you if she has paid the house rent and she says her family must come there and do/say whatever they like whenever they like, MOVE OUT of the place but whatever you do, dont let your dignity be taken away from you, a man with no dignity cannot be a great man there's a yoruba adage that say, what you will not condone as a rich man, you need to reject it as a poor man, |
@b0bnel, was suprised at how guys on here have been going off on different tangents due to a uduaghan sponsored newspaper story that news publication is apparently achieving its objectives |
the court ruling for the 5 governors will not affect Uduaghan's case because the constitutional amendment was before his own annulment. the court's position was that the amendment was after the re-run of the election of those 5 states. that amendment was in July 2010 and it states that if an election is annuled and a re-run ordered, if the incumbemt still wins the election his previous time spent will automatically count towards his tenure, delta election was annuled in November 2010 and since Uduaghan still won the re-run, his previous years must count |
she took over my sponge, wears my t-shirt, boxers and tops when she feels like, uses my towel when she feels like even though there are many towels in the house, and of course my phone |

atilla:problem with indemnity is that banks dont give it anymore and stockbrokers and insurance companies charge a shitload of money for it, my broker said i had to pay 10k for a signature on an indemnity form while an insurance company told me the minimum charge is 5k or a certain %age of the stockvalue whichever is more is there any other way to get a cert replaced? |
ladytravel:i think you should put the facebook link, like someone said, an existing facebook profile could remove the stress of registering before voting and help her cause |
dezhi:everytime i go to a registrar's office (i go regularly to chase my stocks and get the normal services registrars are willing to render shareholders), i see a crowd, so if you say folks are not keeping in touch with registrar, i dont seem to understand you |
wondering why lola is representing Sweden and not Nigeria, can anybody clarify that for me |
knzguru:hi, i sent you a pin message on the bb pin i saw on your website |
Ujujoan:i think the point @Claus was raising in his post is that, if the woman spends as much time earning a living as the husband and contributes as much as the husband to the family purse, she would have EARNED the right to be relieved of half the domestic duties that is traditionally expected of the woman in the house so if the woman chips in financially as well as the man, there's no reason why the husband will wait for her to get home before arranging dinner (if he gets home first) or refuse to help her in putting breakfast together i am all for gender equality but i am baffled by the tendency of most women to want to be equal in some respect and not in others i.e. women want to be equal in earning power, decision making, domestic chores, politics but dont want to be equal in financial responsibility, is that not unfair?) |
naijacutee:You must become penniless to qualify legally for bankruptcy! 1. you must be able to show negative balances in your accounts, you must not have a property or other assets in your name or 2. the value of any asset you have must be significantly smaller than your indebtedness such that when the assets are disposed of at the best prices, you will still be indebted beyond your capacity to pay back. usually, the court will grant your lenders rights to dispose off the assets and then order your debt to be written off. |
the phone is being introduced to the public today ![]() |
zelig:sent you a mail |
zelig:lets continue this conversation on mail |
femmy2010:i agree with you it takes less than 5mins to paste a sticker, but i dont think 'im a winner' sticker gets pasted within 4 days of buying a car, plus the fact that all the other markings on windows and windshield common with tokunbo are missing, less than 4 days after the car was brought in ![]() |
@chealseabmw you said the car just got to your house monday july 25th afternoon. today is thursday july 29th am and your car pictures show a 'winners' sticker on the windscreen already? in 4 days you have a winners sticker and there's none of the toks stickers or writing common with newly imported vehichle on any of your windows? kinda curious dont u think? |
i'll do N3m. if its ok, leave me a message here or at my email (check my profile) |
