If IPOB Kanu can use Twitter to make violent statement and Twitter did not see anything wrong and it was not banned, If Twitter support and sponsor endsars protest, then I think Twitter is not having good intentions for Nigeria, it has the gut to disrespect our president. The action of the President shows we have a leader. China banned Facebook and all was well, what joint statement are they making over just one man business. The problem I see us having here is that the anger of the President is like that of a poor man to a rich man, so he cannot sustain the anger for long unlike China's ban on Facebook, Nigeria practically depends on the super powers, we borrow like hell,we are debtors,we are not strong, we only bark but cannot bark and bite at the same time, the President and his cabinet totally forgot our position. The President who failed to reposition country is now seeing that even the little like Twitter can one day mock him, he should not be surprised, especially when he will be visiting their countries for treatment, when we can equally have everything we needed Nigeria, he has ridiculed Nigeria before the world. It's just that I will not support the enemy against my father even when he has failed, because I made him failed, I did not tell him the truth, that is what the Politicians around him did to him, that is what we as a people did to him. Even if he doesn't like the truth we would have forced it ,on him, the people did it during endsars protest, no one went against the Politicians rather, the Politicians are the real problem of Nigeria, they are so corrupt, they loot, launder our money with nothing to contribute for Nigeria to progress, so we all take blame. We can see what even Ghana is doing to Nigerians in their country, I just pray Nigeria gets better
Please, please and please, cancel all these "we" and put in "I" or "I and my friends". Meanwhile, which politicians did what to who? Did he not have the power and SUFFICIENT TIME (6 months fa, haba!) to select those around him? Is that not another failure on his part? Na wa o.

You and who? Say na me f**kup because me never voted for Buhari for once before. You guys were warned severally but you thought you were punishing Jonathan. Enjoy the fruit of your labour now. My pain is that even we that never voted for him are in the same sinking boat now. That's just my pains.
You just wrote it exactly as it was flowing in my mind. Nonsense people. The only way to punish them na to use superior intelligence and take advantage of their suffering. The only pain na the ones wey dey good wey still dey suffer.

Better than all these young disrespectful boys and guys parading themselves all over the place.

HML to them.
When people like you talk, I just dey wonder. Every young guy for your front na disrespectful guy. If I was a prospective and I want to meet you (I am assuming you are a young lady) for instance, you wouldn't give me the chance. Many girls these days have a very nasty attitude and are actually very disrespectful to young guys. I get it. Many young guys are very poor (resources, connections, etc). Don't just insult us with it. I kinda believe that this lady in this topic has a young guy that is willing to do anything for her. But no.

Maybe only your vote will make it happen. Boast till eternity , no single state will vote the apc in the entire south come 2023 the way things are going..except you pretend not to know. The only thing which could change the tide is if and only if tinubu becomes the party flag bearer which I doubt. Only north east and north western votes can't produce president. Hope you know this. Pdp too will be disappointed
So you are still saying that you will vote Tinubu?

We have already forgiven them.

If not for The Clueless one emerging as a president, by now many Igbo will be comfortable with Slave chains on their neck shouting Atiku help us while Fulanis decimate us in our land.

But our Hatred for Buhari and his emergence as president helped us to think fast and save ourselves. Thank you Buhari

You might have a point.

Ok, Well it depends on you, Some people start business at this age, so I don't know if you have someone that you can trust in the aspect is your business.. so that the person can take care of your business while you go and find another business profession, but you know people may not be trusted because your don't know who is who, so that you have a multi career or business at hand.. I don't pray for anything bad to happen ooo but you just have to keep this your current business alive, because that is what have been keeping you for a long time or a period is time now, so is like looking for a greener pasture, when you get there before your will know if the place is greener to live in.. you can't trust anything that some one say, so get a way to keep your current business going and check that greener pasture out..

But if you have money and the resources you can learn about the bag importation and come back and invest on the business..
And remember going might be bad, not going might be good also.. so life is a game, just enjoy life..
I get you. I am thinking about joining up with the door supply chain in Lagos if I go there. My family in Kaduna is still in the business so I would supply to them, but then I would lose my own personal shop.

During the lockdown, I was learning alluminium fabrication, doors, windows and all that, I suggested for that my boss do online advert, he told me he later did it and the turnout was great, I have friend who is into furniture and carpentry works, most of his clients are from north and east through adverts but then whatever works for you
PM me when you are ready for importation
Check your WhatsApp, I used the number on your signature

You want my advice? You really want my advice? You really really want my advice bro. Sell everything and travel out. Nothing wrong in getting married at 40. You have 7 years to hustle before 40 and I can guarantee you that your success isn’t in Nigeria. Besides it takes a lot for business to be financially stable lately in Nigeria. Imagine you get married and start raising kids with struggles of business lately! See! A lot of people are dying silently inside in this country! Even the ones who look like they are doing well are not really doing well but dying inside! Make out plans on how to travel out of the country and seek greener pastures in Europe if not America. The only advice I can give you but if you wants to stay back Naija, you have to take care of your business and not your business providing for you, except you have other illegal means of making more money.
But how can a foreigner start a business abroad? I think it's usually not allowed, right?

Stay in kaduna and be doing what you are doing
Take your business online, do some adverts
As for bags importation, it's not necessary you come to Lagos, order for your goods and post online
I wouldn't advice you to come stay with a friend that is married,NO!
I can teach you importation for Free if you are interested
What I learnt in doors business, online no dey favour am. People who buy doors will want to come, feel and even lift what they are buying. Trust me, I tried. It's only good for a shout-out like, "hey everyone, if you are close to my location, and need doors you can call ...... and come to check my store." But if na fashion stuff, yeah, online is the bomb.
I think I will take you up on your offer to teach me what you know. Every bit helps.

The future is unpredictable, so what I will say is that, if there is still time you know, you can actually go back to Lagos to start with the business your friend, suggested if there is still time like if you are younger but if you are older just stick to your own business and try to make it through business is not easy it takes struggles, when you have your own business the way you are doing now, it will really bring your own self confidence to the top(entrepreneur) so in business there are ups and down, so that is why you shouldn't get jealous of your friend, who are doing business and you know. So you just have to be patient, a little bit.
Yes, we know that the economy is affecting. everything in Nigeria, so you just have to wait, just know that you have to invest your money somewhere like part of the game, you can invest in other lucrative business, serious business, so you can use the find in the other business to back up your current business that you are doing, that will eventually boost your business plan and and more business leads to what you're having, you know you should think of multi-business like if you are doing, or phone accessories repairing of phones, you should be thinking of getting into spare parts and importing of goods. when you have money and ideas, come together, you can be able to flourish in any business that you are doing so that is how it is, but if there is still time you can go to Lagos to make sure that you learn about the bag importation and sales and all that, just took to the one that you are doing for me to remember business is up and down so that is how the games goes... remember time is one of the major factor..
I am 33. Is there time?
CareerWhich Path Should I Take? I Am Confused! by webizone(op): 10:03pm On Apr 22, 2021
Guys, I need your advice. I am very confused right now.
I am 33, single and graduated as an electronics engineer since 2012.
From my nysc days, I decided I never wanted to be a job seeker, I would rather be in business. I did do some interviews, got reinvited but not successful in securing the jobs.
So I went to understudy a phone accessories business in Lagos, spent six months doing that and started the biz. It wasn't successful as I wasn't getting the volume of business I needed to make it work.
I left Lagos and moved to Kaduna to join in a door sales business (family biz).
I even got a shop of my own which I have managed since 2018.
It wasn't easy at all. I kept struggling to pay rent for both my shop and house. But somehow I managed.
Fast forward to now, I am under pressure to succeed ( both family pressure and myself as I am not getting younger and need to settle down).
A friend who's done quite well for himself came on a visit and told me that I should decide to leave Kaduna and come to Lagos (I was like, again?)
He's into ladies' handbags. He told me of his brother who he trained and sent him off with 500k. He told me about how successful he was, that he was married and pays the rent of both house and shop (which if I can remember was just above a million altogether).
I would have to live in with a friend of his and wife who has apprentices already.

Side note: the handbags biz would be importation which would take rather long to land in Nigeria coupled with how inflation affects our currency while you are trying to replenish your stock.
The doors business we kinda arbitrage our purchases from different suppliers and we get our stock from anywhere in the country within at most 2~3 days.

So, I am confused. Should I go after the offer in order to improve my situation or remain where I am, keep at it and hoping I would get better, possibly inheriting the legacy of the business?
