okoroemeka: first of all I will thank you for posting this picture of very beautiful African women,it made my day just looking at these wonderful women,it set me thinking how our creator will take time to create such masterpieces and mankind will fabricate bogus laws that says we will not touch and appreciate such, are they mocking God? moreover back to your question,if you are a reader of ancient historical novels or books especially about the Islamic caliphates, the caliphs ,the Moors and the ottomans you will see that keeping a large harem guided by castrated men is fairly common during the ancient times, most of these women are slaves or captured in battle, the head of the house may have one or two women that he will be with almost as wife ,but the rest are just ignored and can be left for years without the head of the house touching them,so they resort to lesbianism and bestiality,no man is allowed into the harem only castrated men,if you can take time to download and read this book by Colin falconer (HAREM)it is a very insightful story about the inner workings of the harem of hundreds of women of an emir in Istanbul. I think the concubines would have come as gifts or wars, the wives from alliances. |

seyi072000: Solomon married those women for alliance.
Marrying from each kingdom is basically not to wage war against him, as they will see him as their in law. Political and economic gains
This is what too much of knowledge cause. I didn't read this your post before I even posted mine. Kudos to you. |
Romance › Re: Was King Solomon able to satisfy all his wives and concubines? by webizone(m): 2:07pm On Dec 19, 2021 |
Ok. Here are your answers:
King Solomon wouldn't have had sex with them all. If he did, some would only be touched once. Israel had a long peaceful period during King Solomon's reign, a large part due to alliances similar to agreements countries sign today. In those days, sealing alliances would be done through marriage. He still had access to those type of wives though, but I seem to think that the women were allowed to freely find other lovers.
And no, because King Solomon's name appeared in the Bible doesn't make him a Christian. You people talking like that are making the same mistake of calling Buhari a Biafran because his name appeared in IPOB's newspapers. |

emmaodet: Also, no woman is doing a broke man favour by marrying him. Whether women decides to marry poor or struggling men or not, most ladies too will be broke if they stay on their own. Have seen it a lot. A lot of aunties or sisters on the street stay in one room with many ladies, all struggling together. If they had married 5-10 years ago, they would have put the blames on men for using marriage and poverty to cage them and not realise their dreams blah blah blah but here they are, 10 years down the lane alone with no excuse of a baby or a man slowing them down yet wallowing in poverty. If only a lot of poor and struggling men also know the kind of favor and grace God is giving them by allowing women to avoid them, they all will be dancing. Now, let us imagine a struggling man earning 50k per month without any unnecessary baggage of women... Guy. Your wisdom dey clear o. |

Someone told me that that bridge at Kawo will be a gateway to Arewa if Nigeria breaks up. That the northern states contributed to El Rufai so that he can transform Kaduna into a worthwhile capital. Now seeing this bridge with the "Arewa" and seeing something like a toll barricade might be confirming it for me. |
Business › Domain Flipping And Affiliate Marketing Is Old School, I Guess. by webizone(op): 10:09am On Nov 24, 2021 |
Guys, I have been wondering about this but I think I am correct (open to debating opinions though). Domain flipping and Affiliate marketing had long been the go to business models for people wanting to earn online. But with the advent of digital cryptography as applied to the internet, we now have people talking about web 3.0.
Domain flipping and affiliate marketing is you renting digital space from a corporation and earning from its sale or renting. That's a web2.0 model. But crypto and DEFI creation, mining and trading is now the new way of doing this same business with an added perk of you owning a part of the internet yourself and earning royalties from its usage.
This being true, can explain why some countries are against it, because it makes people more powerful, right? |

szczescie: Shh! Don't tell them I told you oh
Her other daughter Chinelo was also made a magistrate just some months prior That one is married to a house of representatives member in Rivers state
This one was just made a judge and is married to the son of a judge in court of appeal
Them go use them settle their mama for the inconvenience of that house raid and also for retirement.
Their papa and mama set compass for them left, right and center, staking their claims to government even in the next generation. This Naija Ehn.
Pension as ex governor of Rivers State no be one small moi moi state Pension as ex Justice of supreme court of Nigeria And their in law's too are loaded + this now
Edit: All of you celebrating are fuuls, how is this good news if it was based on merit it's a different thing. But before your very eyes people are building an enclave, an island of wealth and locking you and your generations yet unborn out of the wealth of Nigeria and you dey celebrate. All this positions they hand to their kids could have lifted someone else who is more worthy out of poverty.
Imagine one family had a magistrate Another totally different family had the judge Another different family had the house of reps member And another different family had the supreme court justice And this Odili family only had a governor
That's over 4 families and atleast 20 mouths assuming each of the nuclear family has only 5 members, that's atleast 20 people lifted out of hunger and poverty for life.
But now only one family is hoarding everything and we mumu people of Nigeria who think we are smart are clapping for them, admiring them as they deny us opportunities, because she is a woman like me or she is from my state or tribe or my religion.
So the theif can steal from Me as long as he is from my tribe, The rap!s+ can have his way with my sister as long as he is the same religion as me
NIGERIANS ARE docile E-DIOTS the worst type, I mean the type with Stockholm syndrome.
Ask yourself does this girl even need to work a day in her life to live a normal big girl life? She doesn't her parents have money running out of their nose, ears and mouths look at all they own and yet they are adding more
And fuuls are applauding because they are from the same Geographical expression on a map as them
And let me tell you guys they don't consider themselves Igbo, I am from Rivers state, they are from rivers state. Go and tell them they are Igbo and hear what they'll tell you. It's shocking seeing Igbos celebrate them, most of us in rivers state are not very happy at things like this, this is not an achievement to anyone else but the family.
Also You people have not learnt from your experience with Wike.
Stop being stooges, and yes-men to your oppressors please.
Wetin concern me, I don dey wash my hand commot for Una matter small small.

Oh so Mr. OP, you want Nigerians to be wasting their time protesting when the root cause of all these problems, the Nigerian setup, has not been addressed. In a place where there's no justice because people can be oppressed and they cannot get reprieve, you still want to protest? How many products will you protest? Today nah bread, tomorrow nah sardine, next tomorrow nah fuel, ah ah. Where are your government agencies and representatives? Mstick: Anybody with a brain knows that thread was created to massage the ego of Nigerian men.
Nigerian men like to praise themselves and make it look like women from other continents are falling over themselves to date them but believe me it's 100% false.
Black men are just the worst honestly, you see them opening threads upon threads insulting and humiliating black women but you would NEVER see men from other races do that. Are their women perfect? NO! but they respect and protect them anyway.
The reason why most of this black men go after white women is because of the standard the white men set for their own women, they built a country and environment where there women can thrive meanwhile our own men are still here debating if we're allowed to serve them garri with one meat. Got to this post late, but if it makes it any better, I am only attracted to black women, and Asian African mix. I am sometimes irritated when I watch porn and see white man black woman sex, tho. And yet, the girls I love the most, never seem to see anything attractive in me. |

Indeed words are *Powerful* Yes they will. I understand the government. Kanu is a veritable instrument towards the dissolution of the Nigerian union. But the Biafran citizens in Nigeria should have their wish respected. If I was the Nigerian government, I would go on a campaign to get people's interest back to the union by showing absolute changes to the way Nigeria is being run before a referendum is called. |
