This is the guy that widened the gap between official exchange rate and black market! Imagine you have to pay almost double to buy Dollars or Pounds in the black market for legitimate reasons. I know people who have Form A requests that has been pending for over 6 months to pay tuition fees abroad. Yet that Mallam at Sabo never runs out of Dollars. 1 Like 1 Share |
