@ Nwando that is actually true, I watched an Afaghan movie where a little girl had to decide whether she wanted to go to prison or marry an ancient Mallam. After being forced into marriage with the nasty old man she ran away and when caught again she was imprisoned. Nasty old men, women and children always bear the brunt of nasty minds. Most Chinese study economics anyway so why not put the money in a savings account to accumulate more then invest it into something important after getting education. I have a similar question. I was actually searching online for reasons to disown one or both of your parents, and it led me to this discussion. I am very seriously considering, and most likely will disown my father. I don't need approval or validation, but I was wondering if others have any valid reasons why they would do the same, and what they are.
